Sami helped me and made the process easy, simple, in addition to recommending the best plan & device to save on my monthly bill without compromising what I was getting from my old provider.

Great staff. They helped me set up my new phone, took all the time I needed to get things straightened out and never once made me feel like a burden. This is the second time I've bought from them and I would definitely recommend them for anyone not tech savvy.like me.

I have had absolutely above and beyond customer service from multiple staff members here, especially around dealing with phone companies who are an absolute headache. They will go above and beyond to get on the phone with them and get you set up. They will be honest with you on what is happening and get you the best deal.

I just have to say the experience I received at the Source today was excellent. Natalie helped me get the phone that was what I needed. She took the time to explain everything about the phone, explained about the best protection for my phone (otter cases), took everything from my old phone and put it on my new phone. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, spending time to answer all questions that I had, and never failed to answer them.
This young lady knows the products she sells and is the very best at her job.
To be fair as well the other employees were very kind as well and were ready to help any customers that came in, very courteous, and pleasant, and prompt.
The Source has a great team, and should anyone reading this need a phone or anything the Source has to offer, I would definitely recommend speaking to Natalie, she was a blessing for me.

Needed to replace a Bluetooth earpiece for my phone. Staff were very helpful and courteous.

Bought a phone case and we were informed that it has a life time warranty we just need to call the company that produced it. The case broke but the company who produced it didn't want to change as according to them SOURCE is not their authorized reseller. Went to the store and informed them about it but no help at all. The lady said they couldn't do anything. Very disappointing!

Natalie helped me and all my friends get new phones and apple watches, i will definitely be back for all my future purchases! Amazing service and an amazing sales associate!

I started collecting the names to give a review and I realized that they all are great. Even the person I saw in training was very knowledgeable and asked his mentor when he needed expertise. If you want a one on one electrical geek lesson past and present.go there. It's also easier to go in and out faster as it's at the quiet end of the mall Check this place out!

We had Neyo take care of us, He was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our question.when we left we had everything we needed and walked away so relieved. Natalie helped me purchase a new phone and Xbox Elite Series 2 controller today and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They had exactly what I needed. It seems like every vacation I take I leave my camera's USB cable somewhere. I have at least 5 of them at my home in St Louis. Nice folks here. I'll remember this place for my next trip to PEI! Thank you.
