Love this place. It's so obviously clean and sanitary, and the staff are so friendly. In the couple of years I've been going here I've seen a lot of the same employees, and if employee retention is high, that tells you something about the work environment as well.

I get my nails done by Rebecca, she is very sweet and pays very close attention to detail, I have also gotten threading and waxing done by her and leave looking great everytime! I highly recommend!

I definitely recommend The Ten Spot! 1000/10 service. I have never walked into a place and felt more comfortable then I did walking in there. They greeted me as soon as I entered, there was no wait and all the girls we're great. I wish I could remember all of their names that helped Kate started me off with a brow tint and wax. She made me feel so comfortable and confident and gave me inspiration for a certain situation. I also had a lash lift and tint booked, but because of my eyelashes they pointed me in a different direction but they we're honest even though it saved me money. I would not go anywhere else! By far best place:) will be back!

So amazing and friendly, they're so good at what they do. Very happy with my experience and looking forward to stopping by again.

Natasha Parker is my go to girl for all my waxing needs! She is articulate, thourough, detailed and truly cares to make sure you look your absolute best when you leave. I've been looking for the perfect esthetician for 4 years now, and I am ecstatic to report, SHE is the one?

Very good customer service, really friendly staff. I just had an appointment for eyebrows and upperlip waxing but they also squeezed me in for arm waxing on my request. It was really nice experience. Great work!

Got my first Brazilian at the Ten Spot Charlottetown. I get monthly Brazilians in Ontario but am staying seasonally on PEI and thought I would give it a shot here. I can honestly say, this was the best waxing I have ever received and was by far the most pain-free. The service was great, and judgement free. They are a bit pricey though but you could say it's worth it.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at the Ten Spot in Charlottetown today. The staff were incredibly friendly, the place was clean, all protocols were followed. I had the pleasure of Akeyo doing my pedicure today and she was absolutely amazing. I am currently in a walking boot and she was incredibly helpful in making sure that I was comfortable the entire time. She did a great job on my feet, was so so friendly and so helpful. I will be going there again 110%

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been to this location multiple times for my nails and for facials, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone is so friendly and sweet, and I love how organized all my appointments have been. Also - you can see for yourself that they take hygiene really seriously. Definitely a loyal customer
