The UPS Store

Visited this store today to get my passport pictures reprinted. Because there was something wrong with the originals. The owner told me I could come back and get them done again if something was wrong with the pictures and I shouldn't pay. I still got charged full amount which is against their policy, as he told me himself I could get them redone for free. Not a happy Camper.

I was the 2nd customer when the Charlottetown UPS Store opened.and their service has been excellent all 4 years! I have a mailbox, receive and send many packages. Thank you! Eric

The UPS Store Charlottetown has been so helpful this holiday season for me! Being away from home, my family had sent me care packages from Alberta and Ontario but UPS couldn't find my address, so they weren't able to deliver the packages to my place. The lady at the UPS Store was so helpful and worked after hours on a Friday to call their warehouse and support team to help get me my packages. Thanks so much and a Happy New Year to the team at the UPS Store.

When I first started using services at Charlottetown UPS. The service was good, however things have gone downhill since. In the last year or more it has been difficult to contact staff at the store, since they don’t seem to answer the phone, and their answering service is disabled. I have had my email inquires bounced back to me from their system as spam. This fall I was asked if I wanted to renew my mailbox subscription, to which I answered yes. However, the store did not bother to let me know that there was a large increase in price for the mailbox rental. On another occasion, I asked to have mail forwarded to me, only to receive someone else’s mail instead. I wouldn’t even darken their door step. I will be finding another mailbox solution for next year.

I wanted to ship Christmas gift to a family member in Ukraine which I thought would be impossible because of the war. The store staff there was very helpful by taking a lot of effort and time to find a way of shipping my package when I had been refused by all the other shipping companies. Thank you so much.

I had a insurance claim though this store regarding a package with the UPS in the states and I have nothing but great things to say about the level of management over at this store.highly recommend.

Worse service i had received in my life the Indian lady over there she was really rude if someone came to your location he need help he is not just bugging around despite of helping she was just rufusing to serve She need to learn how to talk with someone.

Very happy with my canvas photo print. Quality is super. The colors and canvas are great. Dogs love it too. Had a great time speaking with the staff. They fully understood what I wanted and they delivered!

I had a confirm pick up, from 14: 00 to 19: 00, email but no one came. I was leaving the next day so I have to deliver my cartons before rush to airport.

I shop online a LOT and have only had two packages completely go missing. Both times were via UPS Charlottetown.

One of the worst UPS team sitting here.they will share wrong information and without helping they will lie you. I asked the guy when I will receive my shipment he said it on the way and the driver have to complete the run and will come to you.while on the UPS Cx service they said the parcel/ order is at Mt Edward store and will be rescheduled and then process again.which is different story. The guy is very rude at this location.he don't have manner to even say hi.he don't know how to use the UPS application and always misleading the customers. UPS is destroying their reputation by keeping such illetrate guys.will never do business with them.

Package was left at the end of my long driveway in a snow bank beside our garbage can… didn’t even turn into my lane or come up by the house. If my husband wasn’t outside we never would have known where it was or that it had even been delivered and the package would have been ruined. Stunned by the laziness and disregard for the parcel.

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a package to ship from Florida to PEI Canada. This is ridiculous. And when I get in contact with them, they tell me to wait a couple days and get back to them if it still hasn't moved The package has been at the Cincinnati depot for 14 days with no movement whatsoever. Would not recommend this shipping service.

This is not a standard ups like the shipping company they are 3rd party can not access ups systems so can not check anything or place things on accounts so it you are a business just call and have pickup done

Loved my experience with this locally owned store! Amazing quality products and very professional and helpful staff. The turnaround time was super fast, and pricing was second to none. I recommend UPS for all your signage needs and so much more!

I got some business checks printed here and I must say the quality and price were awesome! I get the exact same checks for $30 less compared with what I paid for another printer - will print more with this store in the future:)

The people here are nice enough, but they offer a lot of services for the amount of staff available.

It can be a long wait to simply pick up a missed delivery. It would be great if they called a second person from the back when there was a line up and they are helping someone on a print service or scanning etc.

Having it all as one service just makes it more tempting to choose another shipping service when given the option.

UPS Store is a family owned and operated business that provides the best pricing on the island, a huge variety of services including poster printing, business card printing, banners, flyers, window stickers and more - BUT even if its something they don't usually do, you can put in a request and they'll try to make it happen. Better yet they have an on-site graphic designer, unbeatable turn around time and exceptional finished product/project quality.

Highly recommend the UPS Store in Charlottetown for your shipping and print material needs!
