The White Horse Motel

I honestly would never stay here again. Room #7-Our room had 2 queen beds both of which when the blankets and sheets were pulled back, both had many yellow and pink stains on flat/fitted sheets. Both beds also had several long black hairs in each. Mattress covers covered in yellow/brown stains. Bathroom sink has large leak in front and back which trailed to the tub. When I went to the front desk, we were given “clean sheets/blankets” all of which were covered in gross stains. Took the lady from front desk to room and showed her the very obvious stains on every sheet on the beds she replied it’s ok, their clean, the stains won’t come out. She also argued with us when we told her we would remake the beds out selves, literally. We had to tell her no, 5 times. I would never stay here again.

Mid way through my Maritime road trip. I thought this place was charging a bit much frankly for what you are getting. AC unit, almost useless. Very little in the way of plugs, musty smell. The hinges were coming off the door so you couldn't close it and the hot water ran out after my short shower so my wife couldn't have one. Location is decent. The place needs a bit of attention IMO

Nice motel that only needs a bit of love. The shower curtain was a bit goofy as you can see on my photos.

Our room was clean and the location of the motel is close to the city.

Amazing location next to cow's creamery which my family got addicted to. Room clean and spacious.great size mini fridge and microwave. The window ac was hard to maintain temperature and the shower head was not flowing properly could benefit from a replacement. For a great location to Charlottetown and pretty central to the rest of PEI, this was a great value.

This place was very nice, the checkin was very easy and the people working were very nice, the only complaint would be that an outlet wasn’t working in the room so the microwave and the mini fridge weren’t working so i wasn’t able to cool anything.

Loved staying in this place, it's very clean and have a good stove to your own food. Everything was clean and even the receptionist called to check what time I would be checking since we were nearing the office close time of 10pm. Highly recommend this place for families

Great location right off the highway.
Our room had a split type air conditioning, not typical window AC units found in motels that make one of the beds unusable. Rooms are reasonably equipped althoughwe could use a kettle in the room!

STAYED LAST NIGHT 1ST TIME WELCOMING STAFF GREAT ROOM AIR CONDITIONED SO CLOSE TO CHARLOTTETOWN FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE AND ROOM WAS LARGER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE WHEN I BOOKED ONLINE THANKS TO THE STAFF FOR A GREAT ROOM, PRICE, AND LOCATION VERY CLEAN WILL STAY ON OUR NEXT VISIT TO PEI:)

Amazing, I loved it. Stayed here again about a month ago and loved it. It's nice and clean and very relaxing!?

I have had nothing but a very respectful. Common curiosity. Understanding and very polite.great staff and I think this motel actually should be rated. 5 star by. Simply. #1; the staff.the respect that they have given to me while my stay. #2 respect wise towards my family #3. I feel like they have given me more respect and better treatment than. "ANY OTHER HOTEL, MOTEL THAT IVE stayed" SO.as Far treatment great customer service understanding and open to life situations. Been treated the best here. They run a business but they have also understand life happens. And great 10000% personal review 100. Thank you. Been great.

Worst motel we have ever seen. When we arrived, we realized that the room was unsanitary. So we decided to leave for another hotel. When we came to get reimbursed, there was no one at the reception. There was no way to reach them. It was only the next day that they answered us, telling us that they would not reimburse us because we had used the room. Which is totally false, we even had proof of the reservation of another room. They are scammers.

If i could rate this hotel 0 stars i would.couldn’t understand anything the lady at the front desk was saying and when i could it was rude. There was about 7 flies in my room, yes i counted, along with many other various amounts of insects. I had also had two friends in the hotel as planned, i had asked the lady at the front desk hours prior and she agreed but when the guy came back to check on the motel, he had noticed two of my friends coming in he screamed “no party” and kicked us out because of the fact we were 18 i know it was! And had also given me 5 minutes to collect all of my belongings before saying he would call the police? And the worst part of all was the fact that i didn’t get my $100 deposit back for no reason at all, nothing was damaged and no rules were broken. WORST stay of my life.
