Tim Hortons

I got a hot chocolate and an icecapp. The hot chocolate was watered down, I could have made better at home. I have never had a hot chocolate like this at any other Tims. The other drink was fine and service was quick, but it was disappointing to get a bad drink like this.

There food is so good but there were Flys landing on the food and I thought it was kinda gross and the service was ok but the worker was getting annoyed when I asked for stuff they didn't have In stock

I wish i can give them 0 star for the food. Do not waste your money. Never coming back to this location

I ordered Veggie Cliantro Lime wrap today at 12: 40 pm Date May 3,2023. They gave me a Chicken wrap unfortunately I have taken a bite from it that’s literally a worst service ever. Being a pure vegetarian that was against my Religion. Management needs to check in that

Great restaurant in general, competent staff and excellent manager who cares for customers.

Quick and friendly (like most Tim Hortons hah) This would be my 'home' Tims I haven't had any issues with this Tims and any mess up are always fixed with a smile and an apology (usually unnecessary but thoughtful all the same)

Edit. This specific Tim's is still but the quality of service in a vast majority of the other Tim's Ive visited recently (minimum of 1 or 2 a day at least 2 or 3 times per location depending where we work) is getting worse everyday and our whole company has noticed it to the point where we won't even go to specific stores anymore due to the absolute misery inducing experience it's becoming

This morning, I asked for a large Triple Triple and I received a Large FV. I don’t like FV at all, and I wanted coffee and this certainly ruined my day at work.

Both coffees were made incorrectly and I had a breakfast sandwich advertised with cheese but came without.

Had one of the new wraps, the employee who made the wrap put way too o much sauce on it. It was a sloppy mess.

Regular Price and tea.
But the speed of service for dining in is kinda slow. And the WIFI doesn't seem like working well.

Very long time on drivethru i have to wait 20 minutes just to get coffee lots of time i just have to leave without getting it. Worst experience in time between 2 to 5 in afternoon very bad for management who cannot mange this problem that is there for so long

Sometime they just mess up the things but AKANKSHA is someone who made me give 5 stars. She is amazing everytime she makes the coffee. She surely needs a raise to serve the best Dark Roast everysinglw time.

The North River Road Tim Hortons is a great and fantastic place to buy coffee tea donuts muffins and the staff is friendly and helpful too

There’s been staff changes specially in the morning, the line ups are not maintained and I haven’t been given the correct order in weeks, completely wrong. I’ve mentioned once or twice no change. There was incredible staff in the mornings before.

I think only in this Tim hortons you can get best of the best donuts in great shape with the perfection. They all seems attractive, I will go again and again for those Donuts

Very disappointed with the honey crullers, have been buying it for a number of years and the quality has been degrading. I will no longer purchase this item and perhaps quit Tim Hortons.
Doughnut appears to be frozen then thawed before serving and it is left with soggy interior.

This place makes me feel so damn tired every time I go there. I don't know if it's a matter of the people working there who dislike their job giving off bad vibes or what, but it could also be the people who are frequenting? Everyone's in such a rush that Tim's is always horrible. Hasn't been good in decades, just my opinion!

I really like this location because it is smaller and more quaint than the larger ones, but still has the full menu and good seating. The service and food is usually great as well.
