More than a Tim Horton's, it is a service station and grocery including a very good bakery especially for many types of muffins and white and grains breads.

We went through the drive-thru to pick up a few things. The service was spot-on. The food was very yummy. Overall we had a good experience.

If you don't like dumping out your order and checking it every day don't go here, my last 5 orders have been wrong because of language barriers and the manager is only quick to fix money discrepancies when they're on her side.

I wasn't too impressed one day last week when I pulled in at 2: 00 in the afternoon and asked for a chicken wrap and they told me they couldn't make it because they were closing in an hour and they had to clean up I understand they're in construction but when there's four of you in a little trailer and my family is also involved in the food industry you don't tell customers this sorry we can't we are closing in an hour very bad excuse

This morning I went to Winslow for breakfast I ordered a breakfast sandwich she asked me if I wanted it on a biscuit I said no an English muffin I ordered sausage and bacon and cheese on it …what I got was… A breakfast sandwich with egg on a biscuit that’s not what I ordered I am allergic to eggs I had to throw the whole sandwich in the garbage and I am thoroughly disgusted

I have gone there multiple times & 9/10 they get my order wrong. Their iced Capp machine is constantly down & just not great service all in all.

Sadly, the staff member I dealt with at this location was rude and unhelpful. I went in looking for Christmas merchandise for gifts and the guy at the till just shrugged when I asked him about a particular design I had seen online and wanted to purchase. I also used a gift card to buy my coffee and because it was empty once I paid, I asked him if he could throw it away for me. He held his hands up and said “no that’s ok, you can do it” Merry Christmas!?

I had omelette for breakfast and surprisingly it was so good. I ordered online and my order was ready when i got there. Good service. Fast and cheap. It’s really good to grab a quick bite. Have a good meal here.

Very very slow ordering inside! Not to mention very rude staff! If you don't like your job! Quit! Find something else to do!

Today, i ordered Crispy chicken bowl via Drive through, the quality was not good i say it was absolutely worst. As you can see the attached images, lettuce was at its worst and the quantity was not correct and you may see the other veggies very barely.

This is one of the worst Tim's locations in the country (I've been to over 60 worldwide).
There's something wrong with the management and owner. The staff is constantly cycling with new members. They're often slow and disorganized. They serve stale sandwich bread. They make sandwiches with the bare minimum ingredients. They short ingredients in specialty donuts.
It's as if the owner knows that this location is strictly for transient customers and is knowingly ripping people off because they know they're driving off with less than ANY OTHER TIM HORTON'S offering.
Nearly every Tim's location I've been to has seasoned staff who wouldn't treat customers as ATM's, but it's as if this location is only good for one thing. Coffee.

Anyone rating this location with 5 stars is rating the brand, not the location. Read the reviews. Owners/management are insane to think this level of service is representative of the Tim's brand.

*Edit. The owner thinks that posting a link to the generic TH support is somehow valid to rectify the problems at this location, so I downgraded my review to 1 star from 2 for the dismissive reply and now I'll actively avoid this location permanently. Looks good on your franchise license!

I wish I lived here. The service was top notch. There's a lack of chairs but if you ask nicely you can sit on the staff. They don't mind, it actually kinda turns them on, weirdly. I traded my drink 17 times in 20 minutes and didn't have to pay for it. I recommend the ham sandwich.
