Had great service from the amazingly polite young man on drive-thru tonight. Best service at any Tim's I've had in a long time

Very slow service and inaccurate orders. Took 10 minutes for a simple bagel and a coffee. Might need to either replace the sandwich person or hire another. Got the job done in an Regency but will definitely not be a first choice or stopover in the future

We have been through this drive thru many times. We always get amazing quick service and the coffee never disappoints. Keep up the great work!

A short drive thru but they keep it moving. A great place to grab breakfast while the family sleeps in.

A busy place! Not keen on how drive through was set up. Cars lined up and a lady yelled at us because we came in from the wrong direction. No signs saying we had done that. Ended up doing an online pick-up order and that went better.

I was visiting PEI last week and went to Tim Hortons in Kensington, and let me say the service was FANTASTIC and the employee helping me was amazing! Her name was Raychell and was so nice, she even drew a heart on my drink and it made my day!

Come here pretty often to get coffees and man will I say am I ever disappointed. Seems like every time I go and give these guys another shot I have a mountain of sugar on the bottom of my cup and zero creamer. If all you want is a black coffee come here. Or bring your own spoon!

How can a bacon and egg English muffin sandwich be tasteless? You almost have to work at that. Service was quick, however.

Black coffees should automatically come with a sleeve, the new lid leaks and burns my hand……McDonald’s coffee is better
