Staff has no manners how to deal with customers. Always Have to wait so long for order. They never care about the customer. Now ii always deny to visit here

The Saint Peters Road Charlottetown Prince Edward Island Tim Hortons is a great and fantastic place to buy coffee tea donuts muffins and the staff is friendly and helpful too

Waited at the counter for 8 minutes, 7 workers turned and looked at me but ignored me. I guess it's drivethru only now. I won't go back! Sandwiches usually look like they were assembled by Stevie Wonder

The coffee tastes super burnt and is really dark compared to what I normally get. Either calibration is off, they are changing the times to do less work so the coffee sits and burns or they didn't remove the filter right after brewing so coffee just drips. (Used to work here) its not that hard to make a good coffee it's really gone down hill the last year in a lot of the locations.
The people just don't care.

I come to tims about twice a week for a quick breakfast and typically my order is wrong at least once a week LOL

Great place to spend time with friends. They close late. 11pm. Great service. Clean and amazing staff.

The cashier needs to be more accurate with the amount of change given I try to make it easy with giving a dime or quarter over the amount owning just so I don’t get a mit full of change but they alway shorting me when change is given they need to slow down at the window and give correct change if I wanna give a tip I will …and again December 8 the change given was incorrect,

Worst experience. I brought potato wedges today and in that there is a long hair and it was fried inside the pototo. I can show picture as well. It is not acceptable moreover staff. They did not listen the order properly.

Always run out of product every evening around 9 every blessed night and this is a 24 hour Tims.just terrible. Would not have thought Timmys would operate like that. It's very odd.

In the two times I've order tea from here via door dash, I have yet to receive a tea instead of a coffee. Yes, I checked to make sure I ordered a tea

Clean and large. Easy to socially distance. Very friendly staff. I have to say this branch seems to make great tasting coffee.

The general manager mandeep is so rude she don’t have any manners to talk to customer and courier of delivery also i think so area manager need to talk to her regarding that and let her know how to treat with everyone she also have lots of ego

Ordered 2 medium coffees using the app last night at the Islanders/Moncton hockey game but never received the coffees despite being charged for them on my credit card. My seat is Section 14 Row C Seat 4. I spoke to a couple of delivery girls about it but still no coffees were delivered. There should be a way you can get your money back or get free coffees at the next game. I received an electronic receipt via E-Mail for the coffees but no coffees.

One of the fastest, unless it is rush hour in which case best go to the next closest. The line can become very long and the parking lot can be a nightmare during those times.

Very friendly Tim Hortons across the street from the fire department. I enjoy hanging out here.

Tim's is not like it used to be, customer service is slowly going out the window as these young ones either dont care or dont understand what people are saying. Their has been a dramatic decrease in quality of service!

Very busy and hard to find a parking spot, but once inside, very fast and efficient and the food is always great. Should have someone cleaning up tables more often during peak times for those who can't seem to clean up after themselves.

In the evening it is not as hectic as it is during the day due to the other businesses around being closed.

Too many people especially students taking up seats while they are not eating any product or eating McDonalds burgers fries etc while paying customers have no seats. Poor poor management

Okay. I'm Canadian so Tim's will always have a special place in my heart but the service today was ridiculous. The cashiers were so run off their feet I was standing there for like 5 mins just in line while the cashiers were busy. And I'm not a racist but I really felt that the cashier who served me should not be taking orders as they seemed like I was speaking pig Latin.

I just don't think they care anymore about service or product. And those stupid loyalty cards are a joke.

Service is good, but can't seem to get my iced coffee order right all the time. Need to fix the hole coming out of the drive threw onto the street.

While there the line up was too long so by the time I ordered I had grown annoyed by the time I reached the terminal to place my order I was irritable which showed threw to the Tim Hortons rep.
