Tim Hortons

You guys have to give a good training to your employees. They don’t want to give an order because the were busy and pritam said we are not gonna give you your order beacause the employees are busy right now and he said you can go to any other tims. I don’t think its a good practice for tims.

Like most places now. The young ones behind the counter know nothing of good customer service.

A decaf coffee is now a decaf espresso with hot water. Absolutely tasteless.
