My experience here with my family was so bad…. The person name Carlo took our order who don’t how to treat with customers…I work at food restaurant as well …I would never talk to my customers like he did to us…I asked for something and he was being so rude to me and I think he needs to be polite with the customers and treat them with smile

I'm so disappointed that an old white lady with glasses has a clearly bad racist attitude towards Asians!
Why? Here is Canada, not America, ok!

I got myself an iced Latte. It was a pretty good one. Tim Hortons has a tendency to make an iced milk coffee with brewed coffee, rather than the right way with an espresso or they put in sugar, despite aksing them not to. Glad this place doesn't do one of those common mistakes!

There is a guy working I think his name is Sachin he come early in the morning whenever I go there for my oder he always in sleep he doesn’t hear well what I’m ordering moreover he don’t have any sense how to deal with customers as well I don’t think he knows how to work in a team.

Could not get a simple order right. Ordered a steeped tea. Received a murky hot drink. The facility could use a clean up as it is filthy. Not Tim Horton’s standards. Person behind the counter could also use a cleaning as the body odor was emanating across the counter. First bad experience at a Canadian institution.

The worst service ever, I don’t understand who made this person named (**jignesh patel**) manager for this store this person don’t have minimum common sense, don’t know how to talk to customers at all, the worst customer service by this person he is calling me stupid I don’t know what kind of customer service is this? , very rude behaviour and very annoying just because of this person I had to take no drinks for my family he cancelled my order very rudely and called him self as manager which is very disgusting and disrespectful not at all fit for manager position, please teach him some skills and put some knowledge In his head how to talk to customers the worst experience just because of this guy I had a bad day at this store I’m never ever going to this store nor referring any one to go

It was. Tim Hortons. You've been in one, you've been in them all. The overall quality of the franchise definitely went downhill when it became no longer Canadian owned.

Staff was friendly. But after we left found that the large tea 1/2 sugar and 1 milk was actually made 1 sugar 1/2 milk

Could not head back unfortunately

Great store with the Great Staffs! Happy to visit this branch in Kent Street as my Third Place. People are so nice and friendly, they always asked how’s my day going which made my day. Keep this energy all the time.

Gave us a blueberry muffin when on receipt it said fruit explosion muffin then refused to give us it because we cut the blueberry one in half before noticing it was not the one. What were they gonna do, put it back in the case after we touched it? And tables were not clean.

Food is good but they don't serve whole wheat buns. So may go less often to eat. I suggest they have attractive and interesting pictures instead of advertising. It would make the Atmosphere so much nicer. Advertising is not needed as we have already chosen to be in the restaurant, Thank you

We just stopped in for tea, coffee and a doughtnut.
I was surprised to see an "order kiosk" like they have in MacDonald's!

This is a dream team. Great to watch them work. Visited several times in the week we stayed in Charlottetown. Always had friendly and fast service. Best Tims we've ever been at.

This place is always busy and the lady who works evenings (tonight, last Friday) is always very pleasant and friendly. Really appreciate the kindness it makes this location a regular stop in for me. Keep it up thank you

The broccoli soup and the chili make a great fast lunch. Bread and butter. Coffee is Tim's.always good coffee. Cheers

Staff refused access to a washroom. They closed it for cleaning for a period of 25 minutes then said it was closed for the day more than an hour before the posted closing time of the restaurant. Nov 14 2022 at 7 pm.

Staff were friendly but for goodness sake put a baby change station in the men's washroom not just the women's! It's 2022, not only women are tasked with changing the kids!
