I regularly stop here for coffee and snacking, Amazing customer service, especially the quick drive through. The staff in the evening is very friendly. I usually see a Lady name Lakhveer if I'm not mistaken in the evening she is very energetic and polite.

It's a Tim's, the food is made in Toronto and shipped here. Staff are nice but always changing. Coffee is ok, Not much else to say.

They were super busy but the team kept an amazing attitude up. Best coffee I've had too! (much better then fredericton) Thank you team for the smiles and you guys keep doing great!

Went in for coffee and a sandwich. Got through their busy lineup pretty fast and the order was acurate.

The Borden Tim Hortons is a great and fantastic place to buy coffee tea donuts muffins and there is a Esso Service Station there that you can buy gasoline and oil for your car and truck and snacks and the staff in both places are friendly and helpful too

I have to give this Tim Hortons a five star. We drove across the country from Van Island to PEI and every Tim Hortons we visited served the same two soups. Chicken Noodles or Cream of Broccoli. This Timmy actually offer Clam Chowder. Way to go! The young lady took our order with a big friendly smile!

During the off tourist season the selection is somewhat limited, couldn't get one of the tops I had hoped to get.

Worst tim Horton service ever, this is what they gave for iced cap. Upon calling for supervision, the guy claimed to be a manager and told us this is what I get for this money and have to pay more for extra whipped cream.

Younger crew that was working was not impressed waited inside to order an no one waited on my husband so he left. An I decided to go through drive through. So really not impressed with the service that evening.

Normally have good experience in the day time. Showed up at 7: 25pm March 29 ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches young girl said sorry we don't make eggs after 6pm. I said what about your breakfast anytime sign. She said it's a new policy. I went in the next morning and asked them about it plus get a breakfast sandwich. It's not policy just workers being lazy at night.

Usually a good spot, probably being brought down by the Esso they are attached to Went thru in the early morning the other day and was told the sign that says "BREAKFAST ANYTIME" is only actually between 4 am and 6 pm. At first I was talking to a male, he said they didn't have any sausage, so I asked for bacon, and he said they didn't have that either. Then a female staff came on the speaker and told me the times for Breakfast (that aren't posted on their signs). I just got my coffees, an xl and a lg. The guy gave me 2 xl and I said no, ones supposed to be a lg, he said it's fine and he'd just give me a xl for a lg, then continued to charge me for 2 xl coffees.

Is the worst tim on the island. Ironically its at the gateway of this island. Worst service. Never got my order right. Some guys are very impolite. Its my bad luck that there’s no other tim near around and I have to get coffee from there. Extremely dissatisfied with their service.

There are foxes that like to just hang out in the parking lot, so if you aren't an islander that may be a little odd. Tim's drivethrough is pretty quick, but they don't usually have much soup/chilli past 2pm for some reason:/

Off the charts. Yes, its the same Tim Hortons across the country, but the people. Man on are they different. 5 stars for amazing people working the night shift. Feel bad for you brother for hitting a black bear, but at least you are still laughing about it

Great placed to get gas and nick nacks a bit hard to get off back yo yhe road again due to corner location

Just ordered a toasted bagel and cream cheese was full of “OLD” lettuce because they can’t be bothered to clean off their prep counter. Was toasted in a panini press no less. Squished into a flat mess. Prep area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days.

No masks for the customers protection.
I almost left without taking the order but I am Canadian and paid and took it.
I in past dropped in every trip to PEI.
Not certain if I ever will again.
If I do will ask at order if they now ware masks.

I usually have a great experience here but grabbing a wrap and a coffee on my trip home was very disappointing. It was wrapped so badly that it was only wrapping at the top and all fillings were in the bottom of the package. Hard to eat while travelling. Then my coffee was a mouthful of grounds on the last swallow. That has never happened here before. Hopefully a onetime occurence.

It's your usual Tim Hortons, but I found the service a little faster than usual and the staff were freindly. There's not much else I can say (if you been to one, you know what your getting) The Muffins tasted like the muffins at any other store, in any other Province. The coffee tastes like the coffee at any other location.guess it's good if you like consistency. I guess the best thing I can say, is that I dont have anything bad to say.

Very difficult to actually get what you order, not only do they speak terrible english, they dont seem to understand english either. Service has gone downhill drastically since foreigners have been hired on. Tea and coffee make me sick I only get hot chocolate and I seem to keep getting a tea when I order hot chocolate. Sick of this disease on our island.

My experience here was poor. For a main location, the services were very slow. There were long line ups for the washroom and the counter. Why wasn't there a full Tim Horton's built in this location?

Terrible service. 7-8 people lined up inside with barely one person working the counter. No recognition that there are customers waiting. Drive thru runs smooth.after I inquired said one girl is assigned to the drive thru. What about the other 6 employees I saw behind the counter. They could at least recognize the customers inside the station and be at least pleasant. Customer service us really lacking. Customers were displeased s we waited. Not just us. Hopefully things improve

It takes to long in drive thru. For a coffee that most times they get wrong. They are way to expensive and the order screen is getting so ridiculous.if your ordering 40 dollars or more you should go in the store and not at the drive thru. The drive thru is supposed to be a drive thru. Im like a lot of people

Very slow service even though it wasn't overly busy. Plus, the men's washroom was broken and everyone was using the women's, which had at least one toilet also not working.

Great staff and great service! Tim Horton's.should we say more? Love it! I joke to my wife that when we come back from the tropics and you are walking through crazy Toronto airport.and you see a store marked tim Horton's.you know you're back in Canada!

Wish they were in Albany, Georgia!
