All the staff here are great, but there is one employee Spenser, who is the kindest and most helpful person ever. So friendly and welcoming! He always goes above and beyond, every single time. Truly an incredible employee that I think should be training others in how to provide such amazing customer service!

Will be doing online shopping after today's experience. Was confronted by a man about my child "having a contagious disease in the store". Mosquitoes had a feast on all of us the night before at the park. I told him this and he proceeded to go on and on about him not wanting to offend customers and how he needs this job. He then proceeded to ask my son questions that are none of his business ie his birthday name etc. The way he speaks usually makes us avoid the areas he is in because he's a little too overbearing but tonight was the last straw. Will not be doing that again. Left with buying nothing because of how uncomfortable my son was.

Took the kids in to browse for holiday ideas. Walking through the aisles, one of the attendants was very happily belting out some songs. Made the experience great.
Think his name was Spencer.

Myself, my wife and child drove 45 minutes into Charlottetown Toys R Us location to pick up some items for our unborn. Bottles and blanket sets and sorts. To be approach and asked if we needed help finding anything. Shortly after the employee confronted us we were followed around the store by 2 store employees that did not make it hard to notice them and were followed through every isle we walked through only taking our time to search for products we needed. We were stereotyped for stealing goods, we checked out with a grand total of $250 at the cash register. My wife was made to be felt very uncomfortable going there afterwards. We will not be returning.

It's my 5 year old daughter's favourite place ever. Sgr is autistic so very particular. It warms my heart watching her explore the entire store. She looks very happy, very focused and walks like she is on a mission.
