My review for Victoria row is only for an event that occurred Saturday September 23rd 2023. The Moonlight Bazaar.
The street party was very nice to go to. Live music and dj, as well as food vendors and other things like artisans and soaps etc.
The giant inflatable moon with illuminance was cool too.

Great venue for street events, security was present although so were lots of grass smokers.

The street is only for pedestrians, so it is walkable with restaurants along the way with seating along the street. They had a local band playing that created a friendly atmosphere.

Loved it here. Fun for the whole family. Saw some famous Canadian Musicians. Lots of fun. Love roads closed to vehicle traffic!

Nice boutiques and gift shops located at Victoria row. Trendy downtown feel and amazing for a walk. One can find many cafes, restaurants and charming old buildings built in late 1800s and early 1900s.

A National Historic Site, it was the site of the 1864 Charlottetown Conference, which gave birth to Canada.
Within this commercial center, Victoria Row is home to stores, restaurants and the Confederation Centre of the Arts. Nearby is the Gothic-style St. Dunstan's Basilica. The houses in the downtown area are colorful and picturesque.

Beautiful downtown Charlottetown in PEI. The Father's of Confederation came here with a vision. It is called Canada. Spring through to the Fall is a perfect time to visit. Lots to do in this city and throughout Prince Edward Island. Food is fantastic.
