Very convenient location for some cruise travelers on a rainy day. The food was great and the staff were so much fun.

Spent 4 days in Charlottetown and ate here 3 times! Feasted on the steamed clams, mussels and lobster. Delicious fresh seafood done right and served by friendly and engaging staff.

We did a walk in and placed a large retail order. The staff is so friendly and welcoming!

Friendly service, good food. It was super busy and a little pricey for us.but definitely comparable to the area that way. The lobster roll was delicious, chowder was great.big order of fish and chips. The 1-2-3 platter was great and the clams and chips were good too.
DEFINITELY make reservations.we were so glad we did!

This restaurant was mentioned in the book, The Great Canadian Bucket List. It was very busy when we went at the end of August, so I called in for a reservation while we walked around the waterfront to pass the time. The wait was well worth it! Their oysters were the best I have tasted. The lobster dinner was THE BEST lobster in all of the Maritimes! PEI was our last stop on our road trip and this was the best dinner we’ve had. Their steamed mussels were large enough to share between 4 people. The seafood chowder was indeed flavourful!
Staff were friendly and efficient. This restaurant is a must-eat destination! Definitely highly recommended.

Looking for steamed lobster with excellent customer service? This is THE place! We were looking for a great spot for such a long time! We also ordered their Coconut Pie and it was delicious! A must try spot!

Awesome experience and food here. Fresh oysters, lobster rolls, fish burger and the beverages. Amazing service in what looks like a family run establishment. Best seat in the house!

Amazing seafood restaurant with great service, but it is so beloved that you have to make a reservation! Everything here is amazing particularly the lobster roll.

Loved it! I always love lobster and this was no exception! To me what made this place stand apart was their chowder and potato salad! The potato salad had some egg in it which made it extra yummy, I devoured it pretty quickly! Definitely make a reservation if you're in the area. They didn't take walk-ins when we were there.

I had the two piece fish and chips and my wife had the lobster roll. This is very casual dining and was otherwise okay. We sat outside and did lots of people watching which added to the atmosphere.

You can't visit Charlottetown without stopping into the Cornershop for Lobster. They also go out of their way to help you bring PEI's amazing seafood home with you with as little fuss as possible.

Such a nice, authentic place. We were sat at bar next to the kitchen overlooking the whole restaurant. The lobster roll and the lobster dinner were great and the staff was very nice. This place is a must when visiting Charlottetown!

Wow, wow, and wow. I absolutely love this spot! The vibes were so unique, and the food was 10/10. Also great value.

Chower was great. Lobster was spot on. Fish and chips was ok. My wife's baked potato was overcooked. So we sent it back and the second one was overcooked. But it still was a ok dinner.

I had the lobster roll and potato salad. It was $31. So they are charging to make a profit, which is what businesses need to do.
Very big brioche-style toasted bun, nice amount of lobster. A small amount of mayo on the bottom of the roll and extra to add was included. A scoop of potato salad makes the meal. I like celery finely diced in mine, a preference that is not the same as everyone's.
I did take out. Dining in would be a nice experience I think. I interacted with several staff and they were all great.
While I was waiting, another customer was eagerly awaiting her treat of a lobster roll. It wasn't quite like I'd make it, but very close to homemade.

Best lobster ever. The oysters we had were also great. Good beer selection, but no draught. We came here on the recommendation of a friend and we weren't disappointed.

So, you may have heard this is the best lobster roll on the island. YUP! Very good, super fast, and such a friendly staff. The decor is off the hook. Love this place for some amazing food.

Such a gem of a place. We took the lobster rolls to go for a picnic and enjoyed talking with friendly staff while we waited. The rolls were boxed beautifully with mayo on the side, creamy potato salad, and loaded with lobster. The roll is that kind of perfectly toasted brioche. Go early to beat the crowds.

Really fresh seafood, if you like the taste of seafood without heavy sauces this is the place for you. Be prepared to wait in line.

Friendly staff and service, however slow service when we went in, could be that it was a Sunday night and a full house.

A must eat place for lobster. Juicy, tender melt in your mouth. Recommended to make reservations as this place can get packed, but after you try the food you understand why there can be a line up to get a table. Friendly and welcoming service. Get your full Islander experience at one place. Also the place was very accommodating for a shellfish allergy, even when they were at full capacity

Know as the corner shop by the locals, we went for the evening meal in the restaurant. Full of a mixture of dinners high locals and visitors.

Good and efficient service (almost too efficient)

Foods were good, but service was bad! I made a reservation at 6pm, but when we came the waitress told us it’s 6: 30pm, they changed time without inform me. It was a raining day, they asked us to wait outside, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not come this restaurant again.

First meal in PEI and it was AMAZING! The food came out piping hot and was delicious. The staff are so accommodating and kind. Our server was fantastic and told us about all the hotspots on the island close by as well as recommendations on other great restaurants in the area. The lobster was cooked to perfection and nicely complemented by melted butter. The burger was well flavoured and fries to die for. The chowder was incredible and served alongside a scrumptious scone. The halibut was excellent and potato salad really flavourful. Would not hesitate to go back again and again. ALSO.we picked up lobster to go that they packaged for the ride! Thank you for showing us that east coast hospitality!

Loved the fresh salad and fish cakes. I never would have thought to put a sweet pickle chutney with the fish, but it was perfect! Really neat atmosphere.

What a great experience! Exceptional friendly service from the staff at this long term family owned restaurant and the best most satisfying fish and chips you could ask for! Plus they will deliver seafood anywhere you want!

Great little place. Had the seafood chowder the chef didn't think there was enough in my bowl so they gave me a cup of the chowder as well. Will definitely go back. Service was excellent

A must try if you are ever in PEI! The place is very small and outdoor seating is limited. You may end up sharing a table with another group depending in seating. We did and we didn't mind at all, in fact it added to our experience. We had one of the best dinners on our holidays here and I can not wait until I can come back. The seafood here is so fresh and cooked perfectly.

Great food and service. I had the halibut. The food was good, but for the price, I was expecting a bigger portion of fish. It won't stop us from returning.

Had the lobster roll today & it did not disappoint! The bun was toasted to perfection & went together with the lobster to perfection as well. The side of potato salad was also delicious. Will def be back again & soon!

Fabulous. Every bite was fresh, briny and tasting of the sea. Best lobster supper in PEI. Steamed clams, mussels, seafood chowder are other must trys.

Food was fine as we expected. But from the old lady server seems owner her act was like pushing us out. Even my 11 years daughter told me the old lady wanted us to leave early. Not really good memory from PEI.

It's a nice little family owned place. The food is delicious! We had to wait a bit before being seated and before someone came to see us. Pace is a bit slow but I think that's how it is on the island. Will definitely return if we have time.

Best. Damn. Seafood. Chowder. EVER! This little diner may be modest and unpretentious but the food is outstanding and the service has that small-town genuine warmth that you really want. If you're in Charlottetown, you simply cannot miss it.

Nous sommes arrêté pour prendre 2 bolles de seafood chowder. A 12.95$ je trouvais un peu cher mais bon nous en avions très envie et nous avons tellement été déçu lorsque nous l'avons mangé elle n'arrivait pas à la cheville de celle mangé à Summerside, donc c'est certain que nous n'irons pas payer un prix exorbitant pour du homard.

This place gives you the real feeling of being in an authentique lobster restaurant. The food is priced a bit cheaper than other places downtown. It’s only open seasonly. I think this year they close in middle December. The staff is super nice and you can also find outside seating. I recommend reserving in advance!

I ordered the lobster dinner which came with mussels as an appetizer, a side of baked potato and two sad slices of tomato.

Pros:
- while there was a wait, it was not unreasonable
- food was quick
- service was friendly
- baked potato was excellent

Cons:
- mussels and lobster were ok. I have had better and I kind of keyed myself up for having a proper PEI lobster dinner so this was a let down
- patrons are kind of squeezed in at the tables. You're not literally touching elbows but it certainly could be more comfortable
- no parking next to restaurant. Just drive down the street towards the water and there is a pay parking lot. The prices are very cheap.

Amazing food! The fish was tender, really well-cooked and flavourful. The home-made fries were also incredible, 10/10 for the overall quality of the food

Second time I've been here and loved it. My partner and I got the lobster dinner and fish and chips last time we were here. Fish burger and crab dinner this time around. Service is top notch, the food is excellent and prices are fair. To me, this is a must visit. Apparently Kelly Ripa said this was the best lobster roll she has had. That will be next on my list to try! Space is limited, expect to sit outside with a bigger group and wait depending on the time in the season.
