The servers try their best but the food is one of the worst I’ve ever had. It’s horrible and not well cooked. The food is bland, the drinks are the worst.

So I’m not going to lie I was very disappointed in the thanksgiving brunch. All the food was not hot gravy, mash potatoes, vegetables, turkey and the desserts were from M&M meats for 39.99 a plate @ 5 people not worth it at all.

Went there today for the Thanksgiving brunch as I was staying in the hotel and couldn’t make it home for the holiday. Wow, what a disappointment. It’s unreal to me how just about everything can be overcooked. Their toast beef (which was a brisket flat) was so dry that it was actually light grey inside. Turkey appeared better, but wasn’t - driest turkey I’ve had. Scrambled eggs were way overcooked, and even the hard boiled eggs weren’t properly cooked in an ice bath and had that grey ring around the yolk. In the end, I paid more than $50 for some mediocre bacon and cheap breakfast sausages. It was pretty sad, I have no idea how a chef could care so little as to let that food leave the kitchen. If they struggle this much with brunch, I can only imagine what their dinner plates are like - but won’t be finding out. Food in Charlottetown is amazing and there are some great restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk max. Don’t get caught at this one.

Staff was great but the food was underwhelming. The bar left something to be desired as well. Not luxury for inside a luxury hotel.

I ordered jambalaya and my chose the fish and chips. We planned on sharing our meals and where surprised when our food was served. The order of fish was huge. Two large pieces with plenty of French fries. Delicious and tender. My jambalaya was in a covered bowl filled with more than I expected and very tasty. We both enjoyed our meal

The food here isn’t just good. Some of the food here is stale. We had Jambalaya, fish and chips and chicken burger and everything was unsatisfactory. We would have definitely skipped this place, but the only reason we head to this place is for the parking space that is available here unlike rest of Charlottetown.

Given the price point and being in the Delta, I expected more. Adding to the fact that Charlottetown had so many amazing restaurants, I expected more.
Our group was disappointed with their dishes. We had 4 different entrees and they were sad. Given the cost per meal, we could have eaten at a number of restaurants for less and received more.
The decor is sad. Given where this restaurant is located, you could do so much more and really should. We will not be returning and would advise others to take your money elsewhere.
