Excellent service! I woke up to a deflated tire the morning I was to drive to New Hamphire and they got me in right away, patched the tire, checked the others and got me on the road within 40 minutes.

We are traveling with our truck and trailer around the maritimes for several weeks. We began hearing a grinding sound and wanted to have it checked. Wendell Taylor's garage was willing to fit our truck in for an evaluation and found we needed new rear brakes and rotors. They fit us into their busy schedule, working late so that we could safely continue our trip. They also checked over the vehicle to he sure it was in good working order. We can't express our thanks enough. We so appreciate that they were concerned with our safety and were willing to somehow find the time to make the repairs. We called several places and this was the only garage willing to take on the job on such short notice. We hope local PEI residents recognize what an exceptional business this is and what excellent customer service they offer. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful!

We had a breakdown on a very hot day they went out of their way to enable us to get home. Thank You Sooo much.

This shop is honest and knowledgeable when it comes to Volkswagen & Audi services and repair. When it's service I can't perform myself, my GTI will only be coming here from now on.

The customer service is second to none! Each staff member I’ve dealt with has been informative and transparent and they really do go above and beyond every single time I take my vehicle for service.

Called them this morning regarding an issue with my dash cam wiring, the lady on the phone was very helpful from the start and the gentleman that worked on my car (they got me in today) was amazing. One of the best spots I’ve been. Will be back.

Yesterday I rolled in with a dead bird stuck in my grill. I didn't have the tools needed to pop my grill out. With no appointment, the owner comes out and spends 30 minutes helping me out. Any other garage would have charged me big money for this I am sure.

NOT FEMALE FRIENDLY. I was a loyal customer at Wendel Taylor's for 2 years and spent over $4000 over my time there on repairs to my car.needed emergency servicing this past weekend on my car and took it to Wendels in which they refused services because I wanted to use my own parts that I bought. Took it to OKTire and they were happy to do it and did it for half the price wendals was asking. I am a young girl who doesn't know much about cars and if it wasn't for my boyfriend noticing and saying something Wendel Taylor's would have continued to overcharge and take advantage of me. I believe that I would have saved a lot of money NOT going to wendals over the years. They have lost my buisness.

I was looking for an on-island garage for my BMW wagon and found Wendell Taylor’s Garage. They provided regular maintenance, new brakes, took care of some diagnostics and did some other repairs. They honored their warranty without question when the repairs needed to be redone due to a defective part - which I hadn’t even noticed. Wendell Taylor’s is THE BEST place on PEI to take you vehicle. Scotty and Stacy greet you and they couldn’t be nicer! Helpful, knowledgeable, and mindful of YOUR money they never steer you wrong! They give you the honest assessment of your car’s needs and will also tell you what is immediate and what can wait a bit. I love this about them! I NEVER feel I’m being hustled just for a sale, NEVER! They give you the written work order and do just what is on it! If there is a problem or something comes up while the work is being completed they call right away. The boys in the bays are terrific as well, pleasant, courteous, and they treat your car as if it were their own. They do quality work and it is done when they say it will be!
I also like the fact that Wendell Taylor’s helps out in the community any time they can! They give back! Great community citizens! I love Wendell Taylor’s and wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! If you care about your car, neither should you!

Took my 2006 Toyota Corolla in for an Alternator Repair, (currently still in the shop) but I didn't realize that was not the only issue. One of my CV boots was broken, Powersteering fluid and transmission fluids needed to be replaced, the battery needed to be recharged, and there were a few other issues. None of which I was aware of, I greatky appreciate the time they took to look over everything and tell me exactly what was wrong with the car. Very professional and very respectful. Well knowledged and I will be going here for any future repairs that I may need. It's got 400,000KM or more (its stuck on 299,999.99KM on odometer, and I am fully confident that this garage would be able to make that car live for another 400,000KM or another 14 years ️️ thank you for your help and I definitely recommend this shop!

After having a rather unpleasant experience with a big name dealership, my parents recommended I try out Wendell's, and Im very glad I did. I came without reservation, but was worried about my car, and they took me right away and helped me out. They took the time to explain the services and the car inspection for registration. The whole staff was so kind and I instantly felt reassured, my car was in good hands. Ill definitely be coming back here and Id recommend it to anyone who wants honest and helpful people to take care of their car, especially those who dont know many technical terms but dont want dealerships to take advantage of them.

Beet experience I have ever had! People there are friendly, professional, and honest. They are very professional when it comes to the German cars and also have lots of parts in stock. They will always give you recommendations about all the things you want to know. Most importantly, price! Price is very reasonable! I recently brought my 11-year old car in for an oil change and MVI. In my appointment that day the staff identified a few more issues that required repairs in order to pass the MVI. The staff were professional, explained what needed to be fixed in terms that I could understand, and worked quickly so that I could have my vehicle back. They arranged for me to bring my car in the very next morning, and it was ready to drive by that afternoon. They did their best to find quality parts to keep the repairs affordable and within the quote they gave me, and offered me a ride in case I had to go somewhere. Special thanks to Jeff and Scott for being so helpful and patient!

I was given an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection on very short notice. The staff at the desk were very friendly and genuinely pleasant despite it being the end of their work day and our appointment running over their close time.

Their garage staff were very knowledgeable, approachable and honest. Scott and Chris were very helpful, allowing us to shadow them during their inspection. And took the time to help us to see the issues with the car, and to explain details we didn't understand or were unfamiliar with.

It was what every visit to a garage should be like, and will be where I return to for any future inspections and repairs. Thank you again to the team.

Just had my annual MVI and full inspection on my 2001 XKR. This is the eighth spring checkup on it by Wendell Taylor's Garage. Always great service and sound recommendations for necessary maintenance. Never a greasy fingerprint or boot scuff. EXCELLENT!

The shop charged me almost $900 dollars for work did to my little truck. A few minutes after driving into Charlottetown, the Check Engine Light came on flashing and my vehicle stalled out/shut down a couple times. I was so disappointed this happened I couldn't even get angry. At Least I was able to make it home after holding up traffic a few times and people getting upset. I'm not comfortable driving my vehicle in fear it will just shut off while driving again. I worked so hard for my money and I feel it wasn't spent well at all.
