Wendy's

I had to up my review and rating to 5 stars. The staff are super fast, and very friendly. The Manager, Jason, is so friendly he makes you feel like a regular customer at a family owned establishment. Way to make someone feel welcome and not like just another number.

This place was so busy I would of quit if i worked there, but the staff was happy and friendly and definitely think they work hard to be polite and fast great job thanks

Worstest experience ever! (16 Sep 2022)

The food was horrible! Even horrible was the employee’s attitude. (Especially one lady employee - most uncivilised person)

We ordered Apple Pecan Salad and a burger. They said it would show on the screen when its ready. We waited there- it was kinda busy so we sat at the table at the very back. The Screen was showing our order is in progress. When the girl called out our name we went to get the food. The chicken was rotten and mushy. And it smelled so bad. I went back to the counter and said very politely to the girl that the chicken is spoiled.considering the fact that others were waiting on the line and it would be nicer if I let them know in person. That girl was so good and she said she will get a new one! Then there comes the bad mannered lady and she was shouting at me saying it was my mistake the food was spoiled.she was saying They made the food on time called out our name and we didnt hear- Thats why the food is spoiled. Ridiculous!
So the well known brand of Wendy’s have only 10 -15 min of life span and then its spoiled. Unbelievable!
And that reckless lady was throwing the food in the garbage as if she was throwing on us. What a great customer service!
Then a male employee came as a mediator and was siding with that behaviour. They were saying “you didnt hear us call out your name and the food is spoiled and we have to make it again”. (Bro if the screen doesn’t show the order under READY better not display it) Blaming us for giving us rotten food. We would have taken the food issue in a lighter sense if they could simply replace our order or BEHAVED proper - at least keep a minimum level of standard for the sake of the brand WENDY’s. After the over reaction scene of that lady we didn’t feel like eating there again. We decided to walk out because THE EMPLOYEES THEMSELVES CLAIM THAT THE FOOD’s LIFE SPAN IS ONLY 10 MINUTES implies its no good.

We’ve been in PEi for a long time and have been to other provinces countless times; We love food at Wendy’s. Honestly we have never experienced such a slobbish ill-mannered behaviour from anyone at Wendy’s

So pathetic!

To Whomever the lady was who made the burgers at about 830 pm on the 18th of September 2022, let me just say it was the best burger I've ever had at a Wendy's franchise.
This thing was perfect. The toppings, sauce amounts, patty alignment, you name it.
Really wish I would have taken a picture of this thing. Of course I was too hungry and just drove right into it.
Back where I'm from we refer to Wendy's as Sloppy Dave's because you usually end up with what looks like the insides of Rosy O'Donnell when you open up that burger paper.
This couldn't be further from what I received tonight. Mine and my wife's burgers looked better than those pictured on the board.
To the burger artist who was working the line tonight, thank you!
And to whoever runs this location, get that girl a raise!

After a long day at work, a busy evening and some not so great customer service at the East Royalty Crossing mall, we decided to grab some Wendy’s on the way home. We placed our order in the drive thru and it was quick and painless (bc let’s be honest…sometimes it’s just not)
But the absolute best part of this particular stop was a guy named Obed. He was at the first window, the payment one. And his energy was next level! I was just kind of blah before I rolled up to him and then he was so upbeat and positive and funny…it was awesome and he completely turned our evening around. We need more people like him in the world

When to get breakfast at 10 and they changed over to lunch menu early and refused to serve breakfast. Very disappointed

I needed a midnight snack and it was the only food place open near us. Went through the drive through. Yummy chicken sandwich. It is open 24hrs, so it became our place to go for late night dinners during our vacation in Charlottetown.

Sorry to say ordered burger and fries The bun was not fresh and cold the meat was only warm this was at lunch time will not return waste of my hard earned money

Fantastic! Had their breakfast sandwich & spicy potatoes.out of the park goodness. Staff very polite & friendly.

Literally ordered a burger combo and had TWO managers argue with us that a combo doesn't come with a drink because they didn't ring it in properly before we paid. They then switched to saying that we didn't order a drink even though we specifically said COMBO and recieved fries with our burger. Instead of apologizing for taking the order incorrectly we were argued with, and told we had to pay another $4 for a small drink that should've came with our order anyways.they did not handle the situation well at all.

Was here today (Sept 14,2021). Service was awesome and food was delicious! All the staff were great, but especially the guy that appeared to be the manager. When calling out the customer's orders he'd say things like, "Enjoy your food, Patrick my man" or "Here you go dude, enjoy! " It really made for an enjoyable start to my lunch break at Wendy's. My meal was delicious, as usual. My only complaint is that one of the pop machines appeared to be out of regular Coke, which I found to be strange. Also the touchscreen was a little glitchy. Fortunately, through the glitchiness, it selected the Orange Cream Soda. Instead of messing with it anymore, I just decided to go with the cream soda. Well I think I just found my new go to drink while in town! It was amazing and tasted like creamsicle's. All in all, this was a great experience at Wendy's and I will be sure to be back!

Speedy service, current COVID-19 precautions is impossible to be adheared to due to it being cramped at the cash and unable to socially distance as you wait for your order. Otherwise it is a great spot.

Food is fresh, and served fast just like it should be but I wish they'd leave the Murphy-ness to the backend where people can't see it. Would you like cross-marketed narcissism with your burger?

This place was a very bad, angry experience. They messed up my order 3 times! It was so frustrating. I asked for no ketchup, so finally they -scraped it off- and put mayo over it. Like really? I can still taste it! I just gave up and left. I really reccomend a different place to grab a bite.

All the food was cooked but ice cold. The pop was flat and they freeze their beef. Everything was worse than burger king

Very clean - from the sparkling windows to the floor. Great staff experience from Duran who is more than helpful.

Worst service and chicken burger ever. Even though I was careful in passing payment and I advised how much I was passing she dropped change. I had to squeeze out of my car to pick it up in drive through and then chicken burger was overcooked.cold and dry with no flavour.

The food was good but the restaurant could have been cleaner. There was a lot of garbage on the floor and the floor was dirty.

Amazing Wendy's. Modern, clean and fast. It is quite something to see them handle a large crowd. Well run.

Just stopped in for some quick supper, and found the systems were down. Instead of giving up, the whole staff was happy, and ready to help customers. Friendly service despite the chaos. Food was excellent.

No veggie burgers so I ordered a baked potato. Very small, but the same price as it was when they were twice the size. Disappointed. Probably won't be back.

Employees are great but there needs to be a higher level of organization, ease of work isn't compromised when workers take the shift with slack, it's when the minimum requirements to provide excellent service that things begin to fall apart, so the manager is obviously important, you want a young fresh face in charge and being nice yet assertive male or female

This is by far the worst Wendy's on the island and it's a shame because the restaurant itself is very nice. I've had my order messed up here more times than probably every other restaurant I've ever gone to combined and that's not an exaggeration. I live quite close to this Wendy's but go 10 minutes out of my way to the uptown one just to avoid this one

Every order from the drive thru was filled before filing an order in the restaurant. As a result, extremely (unacceptably) slow service in the restaurant. Bacon deluxe could not be called "deluxe" in any way - looked more like the value menu jr.bacon hamburger (or the order was filled wrong).

Great food quality in general. As a diabetic, I appreciate that there are lots of diet options and the salads are very good.

Burger was good as always, service is fast and friendly. Drink and frosty were both on point as well. Restuarant was clean and stocked. Only down side is the fries can and normally do come out feeling undercooked or below quality expecting.

Always check every part of your meal, I don't remember the last time my order was actually right. Ordered 4 burgers today with no tomato, he read it back to me at the speaker, the lady handed me the bag saying 4 jbc no tomato. Guess what cover in tomato and guts. Not impressed.

Messed up my order I received no mayo or lettuce as requested. Always somthing wrong with my order.
