The workers are brain dead and forget half of your meal that you paid for and this wasn’t the first time this has happened at that location

Honestly a disgusting place to eat the workers will walk by a messy table and pretend it’s not there their floor looks like it hasn’t been swept in a year where I sat to eat there was either a hair net or a beard net on the floor beside my chair

My son and I went there today for dinner. We ordered the baconator and the Dave's triple. It was so good and staff was friendly clean restaurant

You thought Pumpkin Spice was only at Tim Hortons and Starbucks? Well think again.
Wendy’s is now enabling these young millennial gals their daily pumpkin spice fixes. I’m personally not a huge fan of the chain myself as I value my health and well-being but it’s always busy and lots like their wares. And I’m giving these guys 5 stars all around because the truth hurts too much and I don’t feel like hurting anyone’s feelings…. Today.

I love Wendy's but this location has the worst food and service I got a burnt cold chicken burger with the most wilted lettuce and a tomato that looked like it was on theand the fry container was only filled half way my hubby's wasn't much better almost 40 bucks for garbage food. Eat at Tim Hortons

Food quality and service seem to be best between 12 and 6 Food suffers in the later hours. I've tried to get breakfast there 4 times in the past 4 months during "breakfast hours"and they never had the breakfast menu showing each time which is somewhat annoying

I have never been to a Wendy’s and NOT had a fresh burger…until now. I had a Dave’s single with cheese. The burger was flattened to half the size it normally is and was burnt and dried out. I was shocked that anyone would have served this. I took it back and they replaced it with another one which was better but not to the quality I am used to at Wendy’s. The server did apologize and was nice about it. More quality control is definitely needed at this location. To the owner of this location, this lack of quality reflects back on you so please do better in the future and take some pride in ownership.

Just a regular fast food spot. Cleanliness of the dining room was okay, you could tell they were trying to keep up with the amount of people coming and going.

Wendy's was once upon a time a great fast food place but lately the quality, food presentation and service has declined. Maybe it just this location or somebody had a bad day at this restaurant.

I'm not proud to say this, but I've been to my fair amount of fast food restaurants, including many Wendy's. This has to have been the worst fast food establishment I have ever been in, not due to the service but the cleanliness. So much so almost two weeks later, it's still bothering me. Behind the counter was apparently untidy. An example of this was cheese from the warming pot all over the place, and the lid half on another example is the state of the pop machine.absolutely disgusting. They didn't have ice, they didn't have honey mustard, the frosty machine wasn't working. All I can hope is that management sees this review and takes a step back and looks at the appearance of their restaurant through the consumers eyes. Details matter!

The fries were over cooked, small portions, they don't care, about 8 people working behind, and it still wasn't great service. Expensive for what we got, also the pop machine wasn't working properly, syrup was not consistent. They have gone down hill, rapidly, very disappointing.

I had a triple combo and up sized the french fried and drink! My fav was the burger, just feels like your having a real substantial meal! Just my opinion!

Customer service is really good and closing employees are really friendly, especially Harmeet. She is very nice and kind

Sobeys is a crossed the street go buy a bag

Ordered on the mobile app so that I wouldn't have to wait long. Gets there about 10 mins after and still had to wait 20 more mins. Was waiting on potatoe to cook

Chicken was under cooked and apple juice expired in may 2022 and was gross looking, and it’s November now
