Des bleuets en abondance. Facilement accessibles.
Wonderful place for picking blueberries n raspberries with reasonable prices. They also sell other farm products in kiosk, we had some shiitake mushrooms as well.
It is a nice way to spend a few hours on a beautiful summer day with family and friends. Beautiful rolling hill of blueberry bushes. Some local fruits and vegetables available at the cash counter.
It's a very nice field of blueberries. No a big sign for the farm's name, just a stand on the street. You bring your blueberry containers or use their cardboard provided ones from that stand then drive inside to where the fields are. Lots to pick from and we were there with only 3 other families on a Thursday afternoon in August.
We go out of our way for this farm, as U-Pick customers and produce kiosk customers. This farm offers many berry options for u-pick. We spent hours picking Saskatoon berries; no one else offers these delicious and healthy berries! We returned for their raspberries (they have two varieties). And many visits for the ample blueberry crop, with and without our guests! The kiosk is my go-to source for local produce -they have a good variety and the freshness can't be beat! My personal favorites are the local garlic, jalapenos, sweet corn and giant zucchini. The gladiolus flowers last weĺl over a week! The man who operates the produce stand is helpful, bilingual and has introduced me to new berries and ways of preparing vegetables. At his suggestion I tried the fresh shiitake mushrooms in a simple omelet, and we are big fans! We quite like this farm, the experience it shares w its clients and some of the best local produce on offer.
