J'ai récemment eu une expérience très décevante avec cette entreprise. Voici un résumé de mes préoccupations:

-Difficulté à joindre par téléphone: Il m'a été impossible de les contacter par téléphone malgré mes multiples tentatives. Cette difficulté de communication a grandement compliqué le processus.

-Suivi de dossier médiocre: Le suivi de mon dossier a été très amateur. On m'a demandé mon numéro de téléphone à plusieurs reprises, ce qui témoigne d'un manque de coordination interne. De plus, j'ai été invité à visiter le logement plusieurs fois, même après l'avoir déjà fait, ce qui reflète un suivi inadéquat.

-Gestion incohérente des demandes de logement: Aujourd'hui, j'ai reçu un appel m'informant que ma demande pour le logement avait été acceptée et qu'il fallait fournir certaines informations. Cependant, moins de deux minutes plus tard, un autre appel m'a annoncé que le logement était finalement réservé par quelqu'un d'autre.

I don’t usually post reviews but I believe it is fully merited. Exceptional management and amazing customer service! Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an apartment in Montreal.

Just have the worst experience with them I tried to call them for an apartment in Ville St Laurent and the person who answered the phone could not speak in English to top it up they seem to choose the kind of people they want to occupy their units worst worst service ever.

Great experience! Maria was very professional and helpful with setting up all the documents before we came to Montreal. The apartment was in very good shape: spacious and modern. When we would need help with repairings or other things inside the apartment, our concierge Denis was always of great and direct help.

Great experience! Maria was super helpful! She was able to show me the apartment, guide me through the application process and answer all my questions (which were many). The webpage (building stack) they use to manage everything is amazing. I like the rent payment options and requests system.

Jessica is super organized and has a lot of options to accommodate what you're looking for also super friendly and responsive, in the 1 year i rented from her she was already doing renovations of the building and cleaning it up real nice!

I have spent more than three years in the apartment building in Alexis-Nihon. And I really enjoyed my stay there, the communication with the management was always fluid, and there was always a solution to a problem.

Disorganized incompetent management.ever since they took over the building a year ago.something that needs fixing, have to reexplain among a few different employees and doesn't get done.not trustworthy.i would stay away from any rental building managed by them.

Super gestion, elles sont toujours disponibles pour aider, pour donner des informations ou faire des réparations. Tout ce fait en ligne donc pas de perte du temps.

Une visite de prévue, nous sommes devant l’appartement il n’y a personne à l’heure du rdv. Personne ne répond au téléphone et le numéro n’est pas valide alors que nous avons communiqué par texto quelques jours auparavant. Perte de temps, des escrocs!
