Christine did my mani padi; I loved her work. She was professional, cares about details and knew the color I wanted immediately after I showed her a photo. I would definitely go back again.

One of the best shellac manicures I've ever done in my entire life. Wonderfully detailed nail artist, never nicked or hurt me once, took time to chose color and design with me, and for an incredibly good price. I cannot recommend Kim and Beauty 9 enough.

5 days ago when I visited this salon for a change of Color and to trim my length. The lady suggested me to retain the gel and just change colour. She removed the old Color along with some gel came away but she didn’t fix it and continued to add new color. Four days later I developed a green nail. I had to remove the entire gel from a different salon. Waste of money, they don’t maintain hygiene.

Both ladies that did my pedicure and manicure were friendly & welcoming. I love how my nails got pampered today & the outcome. I only do this once a year hence I need to ensure that my money doesn’t go to waste and glad I tried this place! Will surely go back to this salon.

Update:
After several visits here for Pedis, I now have had QUYEN a couple of times working on my feet and ingrown toenails. This girl is absolutely amazing. She takes such care and does not rush as has been the experience at many places in the past.

She is patient, obviously takes pride in doing a great job and makes the customer feel valued.

My second visit here since moving to the area.
Had To Tyla for my special request for soak off bio manicure and she absolutely nailed it. She was quite knowledgeable about products and techniques, had patience and the will to create exactly what I was wanting.
She did excellent work both times and I shall definitely be going back to her.

The Pedicure was done by Lynh who I found to be very good, conscientious, took her time and I was extremely happy with her work.

So this satisfied Senior says a huge thank you to both Tyla and Lynh.

I do not hesitate to recommend them for Mani/ Pedis.

It was ok but it's almost pointless making an appointment because you either have to still wait or feel rushed.

Staff is very rude, I haven’t seen such attitude before. They humiliate you if you don’t understand what they’re saying and role an eye on you. No smile, no please, and no thank you when you tip them. Also, the place is unbelievably dirty, there are nail powder everywhere, dirt on the vanity and floor. I’ll never go back.

Absolutely worth going here, was my first time getting my nails done and they were super understanding and knowledgeable! Would fo again.

I was running late. They had staff available upon my arrival which is important because I needed to get my nails done. What has taken 2 hours to do in the past, they were able to accomplish in an hour! I am definitely going to be making another appointment.

I used to come to this place regulary 20 yo. I tried it today without appointement and was lucky to be served right away. I am a picky costumer cause I know what I want and can tell if job was done well. I was satisfied with my result. It looks much more beautiful that on pictures. I recomend this place. In my opinion, every costumer has right to tell, in the polite way, if she likes it or adjustement needs to be done the way she likes it. We pay good money, we want to be satisfied and come back again. Right:) ?

This is the worst place I have ever been. We had an appointment at 12h30. Waited half an hour as they were late. Then, it took them 2h30 to do a manicure and pedicure. But ended up forgetting about the top cover for nails. And ran after my niece in the street to put the top cover. Her nails were already ruined at that time. They had us pay the full price but then refused to reimburse the incomplete job they did. The lady was very rude and said she would never reimburse.

Yassssss! Love the service here. Always feel like I'm coming back home. Even after not going there for almost a year, the quality of service hasn't changed. Got the shape and design I wanted within a decent amount of time and for an amazing price. Quality can be affordable. Thank you 9 Queen Ongles Nails!

Service au top, la propriétaire est accueillante et aussi professionnelle toujours au petit soin de ses clients et fait le nécessaire pour les mettre à l’aise contrairement aux autres salons voisins. Very nice place and great service. I got a French manicure done by Jeanne and it was exactly as I wanted. She also did an amazing job doing my eyebrows, showing me the progress as she went along.
De plus, son français était impeccable!

Very friendly staff. You always feel welcomed. Clean space. I am very satisfied with the service the service and my nails each time.

Great salon went today for the first time and ill forsure be coming back my nails were horrible from another salon and this place fixed them and i love them and nothing beats the prices here! Very happy and the workers were SO nice!

Mary is one of a kind, staff are professional, kind and polite! They offer you coffee and/or water. Salon is very clean. If you can't get Mary, no worries, all the other ladies there are also really great from what I can see. They make everyone feel comfortable even if you don't have an appointment, However, I highly advise to pre-book appointment to avoid waiting (Can get Busy) let them know if you require removal of full-set, shellac etc.beforehand this way you know how long your appointment will be, in an out! Always works for me:). They take pride in their work and won't let you leave unless you're satisfied. I recommend Ongles Spa 9Queen all the way!

I have been getting Mani/pedi's even waxing here for over a year now. I frequent this business every couple of weeks, religiously. I'm not sure who the previous owners were, but their reviews seem poor. DON'T confuse them with the current owner.
Marie and ALL of her staff have been serving me with pride since I started coming here. I've been over 100x (@1hr+/visit).
These women are so incredibly hard working and very obviously care about the work they put out.
I cannot stand reading abhorrent comments. Especially prejudice ones like, ' they insult you in their language'. I do not speak Vietnamese, and you obviously don't when you call it 'their language'. I can respect anyone's experience but let's keep those unacceptable comments with racist undertones in the past where they belong. From someone who has spent so much time in this establishment, you cannot say such nonsense when you truly don't know what is being said. I have watched the owner and staff uphold the highest regard for professionalism when people were being just plain ignorant and unreasonable. I've been in the salon first thing in am when they open and late in evening when they are closing. Not once have I ever seen anyone wait 1.5-2hrs without an appointment certainly NEVER with an appointment. I can only speak from my hundreds of interactions over hundreds of hours.
I have no affiliation to the owner or staff. I really appreciate their work, professionalism, the pristine sterilization of the utensils and salon spaces, the time they make for me when I break a nail and come in unexpectedly, and of course the prices!
OMG, cannot forget the cushy large, leather pedicure lounge chairs, with a remote activated massage that literally feels like a massuese is working the knots out of my back with their fingers! This place can't be beat, they have me for life and the people I've sent there. Thank you ladies for all of your hard work, I couldn't do what you do! ️

Je suis cliente depuis longtemps et malgré ça ĺ accueil etait devenu horrible depuis qlq temps et aujourd'hui c'etait pire. J'ai pris rdv pour me vernir les ongles des mains et pieds. Elle m'a demandé si elle pouvait faire passer une cliente rapidement j'ai accepté sauf qu'apres elle a fait passer 3 autres clientes, elle a abusé grave. Et qd j'ai rouspeté elle m'a proposé de ne pas me faire payer mais j'ai refusé par principe. Puis coup de théatre elle me dit c'est bon pour vous. Elle m'a viré. J'en revenais pas. Je ne retournerai jamais chez elle. Pour elle j'étais une cliente aquise. Ce n'est pas normal. Vraiment c est la pire experience veçu. Je deconseille deconseille decoseille je suis sortie avec des ongles non finis elle a juste enlevé le gel et m as dit fini pour vous. Quel service la honte

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! Worse service ever don't go to this place. The waiting time with appointments is 1h30 or 2 h. If you would like to have your worse experience go there. The owner seems nice and smiling while giving you the worse service ever, they even talk to you in their language and insult you. Last week, even I have an oppointment, I spent 2 hours waiting! After that she spent almost 1h30 doing shelk and it was gone after 5 days. I will not come back even for free

The best nail place ever they give you exactly what you ask for and they take very good care of you

It's my fav nail salon! They do an AMAZING job (the shellac last at least 3 weeks). They are all super nice & attentive, I only have good things to say.
