Bad service and are racist.they put all their effort and time into being racist rather than on their customer service. I would give this -10 stars if I could

J'aime bien ce magasin. Ils ont d'excellents produits, ils offrent un bon service à la clientèle et l'endroit est paisible. Les prix sont relativements bons. Les employés en ce moment sont très bien et gentils. Il y a un commentaire sur une employée mal vêtue et je suis en accord avec cette personne mais je crois qu'elle ne travaille plus là!

I love A Votre Sante! I buy tinctures, vitamins and more from them. If something is not available they bring it in for you. How awesome is that! Great staff too! I love supporting local business:)

Tried once, never again: Really bad customer service!

I was walking in this area last week and I saw this cute natural shop. I was super please to see that they have my favorite Brand of skin care (ACURE). So I decided to encourage local store and bought one cleaning cream.
Once I arrived home and tried that product the smell was awful. I called the shop during the week to explain the situation and ask if i could exchange the product. Since i'm not from the area I did wanna make sure that I don't go there for nothing. The lady said no problem come by anytime.
Once I arrive there, the ''skin manager'' ask me who did I spoke with on the phone, which I didn't know then she said that she can't do it and added that the product was opened. I mean come on, how am I suppose to know if it's smell bad if I can't open the product. Really mad that I took time to called before and once I arrived there I couldn't exchange. Next time I rather shop on amazon or sephora, it's not local shopping but at least there customer service is on point.

J'aime bien ce magasin mais il y a des chances que je n'y retourne pas. La jeune fille à la caisse avec une frange et le nombril à l'air est très mal élevée. Déjà elle rodait autour de moi comme si j'allais dérober quelque chose alors qu'il y a des caméras à la caisse. Puis, elle ferme la caisse alors qu'il y a encore des clients dans le magasin. Elle a limite insulté une cliente avant de la faire sortir. Puis, elle me dit qu'elle a fermé la caisse et qu'elle ne peut plus enregistrer mes achats. Toujours pareil quand on est pas propriétaire. On se permet n'importe quoi!

Owner of the place was working inside the store and not wearing a mask. Completely irresponsible behavior, especially coming from a 'health' store. Been a client for years but won't come back, even after the pandemic.

Excellent service from well informed and patient staff members along with a very good selection. Great location too.

They have a wide variety of health foods and supplements. If ever they dont have what I need, they make a special order for me. The ladies who work here are so friendly and helpful!

Amazing place, cozy, lots of rare and great products, the best plant milks, vegan cheeses and tempeh, but THE BEST is their expertize and friendliness. I go 2-3 times per week. I learn and I buy. Also well located on Sherbrooke near Vendome metro.

The customer service has always been at the highest quality. I am well taken care of every time I shop at the store. Lovely staff!

They had a big staff turnover about a year and a half ago and the new girls are extremely helpful and sweet! Wide variety of products - they are happy to order the ones they don’t have in store

I've been going to a voter sante for about 20 years. I've never had any problems it's a nice little store and I'll continue to support the girls who work there.

My wife and I frequent this store often and feel warmly welcomed each time. From the product selection to the staff, this store offers it all and continues to improve its selection way beyond what local competitors can deliver on. A must stop for organic food shopping if you're near or around the Westmount NDG area!

First health food store I’ve ever been to where I was treated like trash.
I’m a visible minority and I lived in NDG for 4 years. I went to this place on several occasions because I needed enzymes and probiotics. I would sometimes by veggies too.
Over 4 years I always got the cold shoulder from staff. I don’t look very new agey but that has never been an issue in other health food stores. My daughter is also a visible minority and has complained of the same issue.
If you’re a white middle aged woman, you’ll do fine here. Staff will be very accommodating to you.

Leurs produits sont plus cher qu’ailleurs et pas nécessairement meilleur qualité, ce qui est décevant. De plus, j’ai demandé une simple question, mais malheureusement l’employé n’a pas su quoi me répondre et évitait ma question. Je crois que si tu es pour travailler dans un endroit, il vaudrait mieux savoir de quoi on parle et ses quoi les produits qui convient le mieux au besoin du client.

Epicerie située en demi sous-sol, c'est plus grand qu'il n'y parait, mais très encombré et la circulation est compliquée dans le magasin biscornu.

Des produits santé, une gamme de choix asez coplète pour ce type d'épicerie mais c'est terriblement cher!

Tout y est plus cher qu'ailleurs, mais il faut dire que tout dans le quartier l'est.

Many years ago, it used to be easy to order certain seasonal or holiday products but the people who have been in charge of orders in recent years don't seem to know what they are doing. This is unfortunate for the customer but also costs the owners money and clients too. To add to the chaos, the ordering system is not digitalized so there is no record (or poor records) of past orders, descriptions of the various products & quantity/size of goods etc. It's a shame as everyone loses. Fed up with these and other problems, I have begun to shop elsewhere. The owners need to become truly aware of the shortcomings of this store before it is too late. Does anyone still remember the wonderful Optimum Health Food store in downtown Montreal? Incompetence drove it into the ground and it is now no more than a memory to those of us who gladly shopped there for years.

Just had the most humiliating experience in this shop. I purchased a product by the brand LOVE GROWN called oat clusters. The product tasted off and when I tried to exchange it, I was faced with an accusation
that I did not buy the product in their shop and that they did not carry the product.
I own 12 fashion retail shops in Canada under the banner Judith and Charles, I would never dream to return an item to a shop where I did not buy it. This behaviour on the part of the manager was unacceptable.
