J’y suis aller pour changement plaquettes de frien, in me change le filtre a air du muffler too noisy, j’essaie de leur parler et expliquer que y avait pas de bruit quand je suis rentré il voulait rien savoir hors qu’il savai tre bien ce qui s est passé

As a woman going to the garage it’s never a pleasant experience. This place is the worst, I have to go there 3 times, because they didn’t listen to me. They break my a/c and then didn’t want to fix it. I told them it was working before I came there for the first time, the owner start the same story over and over like I’m a 5 year old, and I ask for bedtime story. « if you are going to the hospital for an headache, they can tell you, you have a heart disease ».

Finally, I’m leaving my car on Thursday to fix my Ac that they broke and my brakes. On Tuesday, I’m calling them to check if my car is ready… and in the owner on the phone is like, « the ac is fix but do you want me to fix the brakes as well? »
Mind you, it was my third time going to the garage, explaining the problem/situation, and four business days after he’s ask me that stupid question.

Just a plain waste of time and money. They can’t be serious.

My volkswagen tiguan, it rained and i got a lot of water inside my car, (from the piping from the panoramic sunroof) took it to these guys they changed the 2 pipes from the back and they unplugged the 2 pipes on the front, now when it rains all the rain water goes out from those pipes, inside the car? Dry as a whistle, i am writing this after 2 weeks of the repair date, we had many rainy days and some of them were coming dawn very hard, great job, and very reasonable price,

The most honest people I have ever seen as mechanic. They are always helpful to people.
The repair price they charge is very fair.
I have fixed my car several times there, and every time they fixed it very well and on time. In addition to that, they guaranty the replaced item for 6 month or one year based on the item.

This place offers a great service for a great price. No wonder why it's always packed at 7 am.

They tried to change the bakes on my car (charged $780) but I ended up going back 4 times as the brakes would make a very loud metal to metal contact noise. I trusted Atlas would use good parts after I went back but still same issue. Dealer confirmed that they have used poor parts and poor job installing the parts. With the dealer evaluation in my hand, they only reimbursed half of the cost. Once the work was redone by the dealer, no issue at all. I will not go back to this garage again. It is not worth the time and hassle.

Fantastic mechanics with very reasonable prices. The owner is polite, extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable. They have been taking care of my car for atleast 5 years and and I have never had a bad experience with them.

We went to three different garages in New Brunswick who all said there was nothing loose with our steering. Finally booked while we were in Montreal an emergency appointment as on our way from driving from New Brunswick to Montreal we could tell that something was seriously wrong and loose with the steering as when we would go around turns the wheels were not actually corresponding with the wheel turning. Alex at the garage immediately found the problem with a looseness in the bolts of the rack and fixed it immediately. Amazing service, we were in and out in no time and they resolved the problem immediately. Highly recommended.
