*****Update*****: In the summer of 2020 we began seeing water damage on our kitchen ceiling. It turns out that the HVAC which is in the attic above the kitchen had been leaking. An A1 Agences Techniques technician came to see and verified that there was an installation error with the drip pan. This had been slowly leaking whenever it was very hot or humid out, so all of the insulation was soaking wet and the ceiling got worse and worse. We contacted A1 Agences Technique to remedy this situation and after numerous conversations, they will not take responsibility for this and cover the cost of repairing the ceiling.
We are not people who usually complain and tried to come to am amicable solution but A1 Agences Technique is no longer responding to our messages. We are no longer happy customers.
After having about 3-4 representatives come into my home to estimate what I needed in terms of replacing an old mini split AC with a new central system added through the attic, I felt at ease with Blair as he was clear, warm and extremely informative.
As for the job itself, the guys were great and worked in tough conditions as we were in the middle of a cold snap (close to -20 every day) and my attic has quite a bit of insulation. The technicians kept me up to date on the daily progress and left my house nearly spotless at the end of each work day. They even went out of their way to look at and make some adjustments to my hot water heating system that has been running much better ever since!
I would be confident in referring any friends and family to them and will use them for my system maintenance needs.

By far the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with. For the last 10 years I tried over 15 different companies _ never a good experience, A1 is by far the best. Professional, courteous and super knowledgeable, they fixed my thermopump issues and I can not be happier _ issues that have been lingering for over a year on a brand new installation due to other incompetent installers from another company who never installed it right from day one and the new thermopump broke down many times since which cost me an arm and a leg in running expenses and visits from the original installer. Thank you A1 Agences Techniques and please keep doing what you do best.
