As an adaptive athlete, I've always been looking for fun and innovative ways to train. I know that I can do a lot, but I also know my limitations, and need spaces that allow me to still challenge myself fully.
And MY GOSH has this crossfit gym allowed to do that.
Coaches were EXCITED to provide alternatives for me, and always there to adapt their content so I can participate. I've been pushing myself more than ever, and after 2 months, can't believe the progress.
Monthly access isn't cheap, but honestly, worth every penny.
