Luck you abra, you could triple your money, if you have the right people In store. Old style management needs to be replaced and get younger blood in there. Sad sad for you owner.

Great to get all parts to fix things. The staff wasn't very friendly or helpful though, I asked about details for the multimeter, I know I need one but I don't know the differences between them and I voiced that and it was just there they are. Also the orange led I got is actually way more of a red color. Way darker than anticipated.

Vraiment pas impressionné. Quand vous trouvez le prix car beaucoup d'articles n'ont pas de prix (ils ne connaissent peut-être pas la loi sur l'affichage des prix) ils sont vraiment très chers. Si vous avez besoin de circuit intégré, ils ne vendent pas à l'unité c'est vendu en paquets de 3 minimum. A part des prix, les commis sont compétents, l'endroit est propre et bien classé

Greatest electronics store ever, not only do they have a very wide range of parts
but they also have the BEST customer service, the store worker I had interacted with was super helpful and even gave my younger sibling a mug and me a screwdriver set free of charge. If you need anything electronics related this is the place.

Many years ago, a younger me walked for almost an hour to get to this shop. I needed a soldering iron and a multimeter and was only able to find this shop online. Once I got there, what I saw made me feel like a kid in a toy store. So many kits, tools, components, books, and things to spend a whole day looking at them. I asked the guy behind the counter about a the soldering iron I needed and he advised me on the right model for what I needed. At some point, I saw they had a book about Arduino, and lots of boards. I mentioned it to the guy at the shop and he told me that the book was really good for learning how to code using the Arduino IDE. I believed him, and following his advice I also purchased the book, and some arduino boards and components. He was so nice that he even gave me a mug that I still use to this day.

Well, it turned out that this book taught me a ton of valuable things that would later change my life for the better, and help me discover a whole new universe of awesome things that I could create by continuing that learning process that the book and kits they advised me to get started.

So for me, five stars to this magic place and the great people that work there.

While they have a good selection of products, this store has a few major issues that ruin their customer service:

1) most of their products seem to be ordered directly from Asia, and are cheap and low quality items you can get in bulk online that they've marked the price up on significantly.

2) the owner is always unpleasant and unwilling to show you where items are, leaving you to search for them by yourself. He is always dismissive and gruff.

3) they do not stand by their products - they have a 3 week refund policy, after which you are completely on your own, even if the product they've recommended and sold to you is completely defective, even if the item only cost them a few dollars to buy, even if you have the receipt, even if the item was clearly barely used. How many defective items have you bought that had issues before 3 weeks? This simply is not reasonable.

The store has a lot of components but the staff doesn't seem interested in helping you make decisions on what to get if you're inexperienced. I was basically told by 2 different staff that I should go figure out online what I need to get started on a basic anemometer protect (even though I already vaguely know I want to hook up a hall effect sensor to a ESP32-type board).

Once I figure out exactly what I want/need I will absolutely just order the parts online. What's the point of a physical store if l don't get any extra service than just ordering online? The location is a 40 min drive from home and the hours are not convenient.tl;dr: don't come here if you're new and hoping for recommendations. Place is probably great if you know what you're doing and can't wait for online delivery.
