This place was great, the best option in Montreal. Good breakfast included and there are many restaurants close. They storaged our backpack after the checkout time so we had time to visit the city.

Great service, receptionist was very nice and helpful, he gave me a good room with a fantastic view

Worst hotel I've ever been in. DO NOT GO THERE. Booked for two nights and I'm surprised I didn't leave in the middle of the first night. Didn't get any sleep at all due to poor isolation of the windows and the room was right across a bar with people outiside shouting until 3-4 am. Place was filthy with stains on the walls and in the bathroom. With a bed cover that hasn't been washed since the 90's. They reimbursed us the 2nd night so they get 1 star.

Good location and the room was clean. The bathroom was dim and felt uncomfortable and the building had a weird smell. The worst part were the windows. The blinds didn't close properly and some of the window frames had gaps allowing all the noises from the street right in. This made it difficult to sleep.

I stayed here Feb 18-20,2023. It was good. A 2 star hotel and fit my needs as a solo traveler. Room was dated but clean and large. Bed was not the most comfortable but fine for few days I stayed. TV definitely ain't smart but a non issue for me when traveling. There was a lavatory (sink) in my room but Bathroom is shared. It was clean and open when I needed it. They offered a complimentary breakfast but I was out early and missed it. Check in and out was simple and fast. People at reception were friendly and welcoming. Location is FANTASTIC. A few blocks from China Town, around 800m or so from the Old Port - walking distance AND You're literally less than a block or 2 from the main festival area. It will be noisy at night during anytime type of festival due to the location, so keep that in mind. The area around the hotel may appear "shady" but I didn't have any issues nor saw any. Eating options nearby including a Tim Horton's and an IGA in a nearby indoor mall. Metro and Bus lines are nearby, so if You need to go to the airport like I did, it's less than a block to the Airport bus. If You take VIA rail, it's a walk of maybe a 1km or so. I walked from it with my luggage to the hotel in the winter with no problem nor need for transportation.
I wouldn't stay here with my family BUT I'd stay here as a Solo traveler if one of my 1st, 2nd or 3rd choices wasn't available.

L'hôtel est bien placé mais ça reste son seul bon point.
Déjà, si vous avez des bagages, sachez qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et que les escaliers ne sont franchement pas pratiques. Il y en a dés l'entrée!
Ensuite, les lits. Que dire, les draps son jaunes et tachés de ce qui semblerait être du sang (menstruations j'imagine). Vaut mieux ne pas s'y risquer.
Sachez que, dans cet hôtel, vous ne vous sentirez pas seul même si vous l'êtes. Effectivement, le radiateur vous tapera la conversation toute la nuit!

Enfin, j'ai reçu une décharge alors que je débranchais mon ordi! Bon, ça n'était qu'une décharge mais, je préférais prévenir le personnel, pour éviter un accident a l'avenir, qui sait! Mais il n'a pas l'air de s'en préoccuper.

Bref, je ne m'étendrai pas sur le sol qui grince, les toilettes communes avec des traces d'urine sur la cuvette ou encore l'isolation inexistante, comme ma nuit de sommeil!

Stayed at this place back in November but decided to write a review now since Expedia has not gotten my refund back. DO NOT STAY HERE! This "hotel" is located in the red light district and the room which I stayed in had grimy wooden floors and an itchy bed (which I then had to get checked for bed bug bites). Had someone trying my door knob in the middle of the night and decided in the morning that staying there another night wasn't worth it.

When going to the desk with my complaints I was told I was out of luck for a refund and "that they were sorry I was having these issues". The photos in the reviews DO NOT reflect the location. Honestly surprised this place hasn't been health coded yet.

The service was great, very welcoming staff I definitely would refer this place to my friends.

Stay away! Terrible, noisy, dirty, scam the pictures showing totally different than the actual ones
