Très satisfaite de ma première expérience en tant que cliente dans cette école. Les soins sont prodigués avec des produits et des équipements de qualité. Je recommande fortement!

Very professional set-up for lower cost beauty treatments - from the welcome you receive from Angie, the receptionist, to the care received from both students and their teacher, Cassandra. Treatments provided in a large airy room in the old convent in Ste Rose - be aware you may be with other clients, but it is very discrete and the whispering is very soothing!

Très satisfaite de ma visite à cet académie Édith Serei de Québec. Les soins sont personnalisés et faits avec professionnalisme. Les locaux sont chaleureux et l'accueil attentionné. De bons produits et services à des prix accessibles. Merci à votre équipe!

Been waiting on a refund for 2 months now (9550$)
Excuses given that they changed computer system and have to transfer documents (sent them my contract). They act like it's no big deal and that we're talking about 200$. It shouldn't take two months to refund a customer. They do not contact me unless I contact them to know what's going on.after letting them know protection of the consumer they have 10 days to issue a refund and no response from their behalf at this point. Still have no idea what's going on with my refund after two months. Communication between the staff is un organized and un clear. One person says one thing and another says something else.

Les étudiantes sont des perles: professionnelles, gentilles et douces. On passe un bon moment à jaser avec elles. En plus, très relaxant. Cependant, il en est autrement avec la direction dont les 2 représentantes peuvent se montrer caustiques et intransigeantes si vous êtes en désaccord avec elles. Dommage, elles auraient tout à gagner en affichant le professionnalisme de leurs élèves.

Super variété de soins, les prix sont vraiment très bons et les soins reçus sont excellents, toujours sous la supervision de professeurs qualifiés.

L'académie Édith Serei propose des formations de qualités depuis plusieurs décennies. C'est un plaisir pour moi de travailler à leur côté, de référer mes clientes à l'école et de partager leur renommée!

If there was a below 0 review I would select that. Just stay away! I have prepaid all my classes with them in January, one of them got cancelled in May and I was supposed to get refunded in the next 40 business days. 3 and a half months later and I have NOT received it. The manager doesn't come to the phone after numerous calls and voicemails. They take your money but they are not willing to refund you. Completely unacceptable. Worst worst experience ever

Im currently enrolled in the combo 5, amazing teachers at the Laval campus. The staff is very helpful as well. I could not have had a better experience. If you are interested in aesthetics, Linda is a great teacher and you will learn a lot!

A smart clean office building that hosts a couple of short and long term rental units. The unit we rented was on the top floor as were at least 2 other units we know of.
The back lot extends just about to the river which hosts a carried wild life of Gueese, Ducks, and even Herons and more. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Edith SEREI Academie laval! Best privet school I attended that changed my life and gave me hope and the tools that I needed to achieve success in aesthetic world!
I would recommend it to everyone! Excellent for everyone, bilingual, great partnerships, amazing staff, provides guidance to those who love ️ esthetics and a brand new beginning no matter what age or sex and a brand new and a promising future!

Pour moi, Edith Serei est là meilleure école pour le monde de la beauté à montréal, un service à la clientèle hors pairs, professeurs merveilleux, prix abordables j’en demanderais pas mieux.
