The store look much better from the other location, it really look like a true electronics store. Its much brighter and cleaner.

Great selection of items and parts. I was able to find what I was looking for and even picked up some neat items such as a computer screwdriver set. Prices are also reasonable.

It's great if you need an odd component but the store is very basic and you kinda have to know they carry the "do-dad" you're looking for.

The store is closing on June 10,2023, permanently. I hope they will find a new location to open. I have been going to that store for the past 10 years. It's a great store for hobbies, and to do creative projects, they had many raw materials to do so. Nice to have a store like that in the area near you, and I didn't have to travel to Addison far away from me. Good luck

I went in to get a specific battery. I had quick polite service. They had exactly what I needed in stock. Again, at the cash, the service was professional. This is a great store.

You can find all your electronic needs at a fraction of pricing from the big stores and staff is knowledgeable

Definitely a great resource for any hobbyist. Lots of difficult to find electronic parts and accessories available on their shelves. The monthly sales are worth noting too. Non-technical people will benefit from the store's knowledgable staff. Great to have a place where selling cellphone subscriptions is not the driving force. Headed there now!

Service vraiment horrible à D. D. O (personnel arrogants, mal-polis et ils se cachent pour ne pas venir nous aider), mon mari et moi sommes des clients de longue date mais c'est finit pour nous avec ce magasin! La qualité des produits est de plus en plus cheapette et bon marché (c'est normal tout provient de la Chine) mais leur prix continuent d'augmenter lol

Have been shopping and happy for years. Over the past few days I visited twice to buy a charging block for my Apple iPad Pro but did not have a usb-c to usb-c cable so I returned and asked them if they were sure it would work, answer yes. I went home plugged in my Ipad and it continued to beep and charge started at 11% and I unplugged at 8%. Tried Beat pro ear pods and the charging light did not come on. Returned with all my devices and cables the next day for manager to tell me that the beeping is normal. Asked for a refund and he said no packaging no refund. I went to the apple store, new block nd cable and all is fine. I have spent thousands of dollars in that store but would not return on principal as they were not helpful after assuring me that all would work and then telling me that the beeping is normal when charging, BS. Poor customer service from the manager

Je suis entré au magasin de Trois-Rivières ce matin et 3 jeunes homme employés étaient présent. Lors que j’avançais dans les rayons 2 d’entre eux s’éloignait comme pour éviter de prendre contact avec moi. Le troisième lui chantait à tue tête au fond du magasin. Aucun d’eux m’a même pas adressé l parole sauf pour me dire bonne journée à ma sortie. C’était ma dernière visite chez Accès Électronique.

I called ahead and ordered 10 diodes and resistors. The resistors were not the 4.7k ohms I had specifically requested and the diodes did not work. When I went to return them the owner accused me of being a liar and told me to get the hell out of his store, he said it was my fault for buying the wrong parts. I said I'd leave after he gave me my money back and that he could test the products for himself if he did not belive me. He tested the products and realized I was right and then I demanded my money back which thankfully he complied to but the overall experience was so sour that I will never step foot in this God forsaken hole in the wall again!

This is an iconic place and a need in our society today. Remember Radio shack? As I said remember? Well they aren’t around anymore and their is a large need for DYI projects.

Great place and amazing staff! Don’t support Amazon, support local for that ten cents difference.

Great little electronics shop, the staff are super helpful and they tend to have almost all you need, especially if you're into tinkering or repairing electronics!

They have many produscts that are really difficult to find on market. Every time when i need something regardings adapters, cables, interrupteurs, etc, I am checking 1st this store. They don't disappoint me. Some products are a little expensive still.
