I Called to inquire about using a gift card. The information I got was not clear. They told me I could not book a reservation online using a gift card and that I had to go in person and “hope” that would get what I was interested in. Anyway when I got there I was lucky to be able to have my kids do one race.

As well my $50 gift card just covered one race and I could not even use remaining $12 bucks on anything else. Not even arcade. And the laser tag only opened at noon which was two hours after I arrived. Anyway with the remaining money from the gift card I ended up buying over priced drinks and chocolate so I would not leave with a $12 balance remaining on my gift card which, by the way, looked like a printed regular piece of paper. And the bill said “no balance remaining when there was one. ” Just strange.

In terms of cost 34$ for ten minutes on track seems expensive.
The girl at the counter did not crack a smile but was able to accommodate another request which was nice. Overall it was a weird vibe. Not sure I would go back BUT my kids liked their TEN minute “$34+ tax” on the course.

My kids received gift cards for Christmas, so we decided to enjoy this outing during Christmas break. We went at 12: 30. It was practically empty. The space inside was very dark, with only some black light. I didn't like that ambiance too much. On the plus side, my kids loved karting. They had a blast!

Took my kids karting for the first time. They really loved it. The younger ones (7 and 9), had difficulty at first, but a couple of laps later, it was perfect!

Recommend for a fun kids’ activity.

They say in the safety video crashing into each other will not be tolerated. We were just there and this is not the case, there were some heavy crashes, more like bumper cars than racing and no one said anything, disappointed.

Pire expérience à vie à Dorval Les règles de sécurité de base ne sont pas respectées! Se faire foncer dedans, aucun drapeau de sécurité, personnel qui n'intervient pas! Dangereux pour les familles! Endroit à éviter!

Went there with friends and had the chance to experience laser-tag and go karting both super fun activites. The staff members are friendly they also provide you with all the necessary safety gear.

Made a reservation online for 1: 45pm start. Showed up and was told our two races would be at 3: 30pm and 430pm. They didn't seem to understand reservations or safety. Looking at the batteries here, wondering who will be the first to touch it an electrocute themselves.

The escape rooms are well designed, but both times we went the staff forgot to add certain items to the games which made it impossible for us to continue.they also refused to compensate us for the mistakes afterwards

This was so unexpected and fun. The karts are like little formula 1 cars, the cornering, the speed, the excitement, Wow i loved it so much.
C'était tellement inattendu et amusant. Les karts sont comme de petites voitures de Formule 1, les virages, la vitesse, l'excitation, Wow j'ai tellement aimé ça.

J'ai aimé et, en même temps, été déçue de mon expérience là-bas. Premièrement, très long à réserver au téléphone. Ensuite, plusieurs objets dans les escape game étaient brisés. Pour le Karting, les employés n'ont jamais levé un seul drapeau, alors que cela aurait été utile à plusieurs fois. Ils étaient tous sur leur cellulaire et ne regardaient pas du tout la piste. En terminant, je trouve que c'est beaucoup trop cher pour 8 minutes de course, même si j'ai apprécie ces 8 minutes.

C’est une très belle place pour passer soirée à faire des activités avec ses amis. Très bon service. Les réceptionnistes sont très gentils et le service est rapide. Je recommande fortement cette place.

Le paintball sur Hochelaga est dégueulasse en plus de l'endroit qui ne semble jamais être nettoyé et très glissant, une odeur toxique de drain d'égout nous envahit du début à la fin causant des nausées. Pour une première expérience, je ne consielle pas. Le paintball extérieur est préférable et de loin.

It was fun, we came to celebrate my son's 10th bday and the whole family had a good time.
The staff was friendly and available if we had any questions, even before we asked they accommodate my pregnant wife with a chair.
The car racing was fun and accelerating.
Definitely a place to come back.

Réservation en ligne une fois sur place tout a bien été et le staff gentil, le mercredi est le meilleur temps pour y aller car il y a moins de monde

Action 500 dorval is one of the best actions 500 ive been at so far all the staffs are heart warming and welcome to make sure every client has a good time

Really nice place. Had a blast with the racing and they have a really nice track. Staff was exceptional and they were real helpful. Would recommend.

L’emplacement de Dorval était fermé samedi et dimanche en matinée et en avant-midi malgré indication contraire de leur plage horaire. Une réceptionniste ne se serait pas présentée à ses quarts de travail. Aucun employé n’était en mesure de nous aider et aucun superviseur n’était disponible. Malgré avoir demandé clairement qu’on communique avec nous s’il trouvait un remplacement au courant de la journée, personne ne nous as appelé bien que l’emplacement était fonctionnel en après-midi. Très déçu de cette expérience, nous n’avons reçu aucune excuse.

Went to action 500 for my first escape room, it was a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back for more!

After being to this location a few times for different things I have to say it is annoying when you can get in to race for karting you are stuck with kids who go to slow and do not allow experienced drivers to fully have fun.
2) doesn't accept debit, which not everyone has a credit card.
3) I've found that the kids working here do not really care about what their doing.no one is passionate about what their doing.also for the price there are better karting options that are electric that offer Jr/adult tracts.

I have tried several amusement locations and action500 never disappointed me. I had a very great experience going the escape room. Moreover, the staff are very nice and helpful when it comes to choose the xcape. Overall, very good service and great environment.

Went to action 500 in dorval for a date night with my boyfriend. We decided to do the xcape room. We had such a good time and so many good laughs. Staff was amazing. Place was super clean. Planning to go back with a group of friends!

Terrible experience, tried to call ahead for reservation on my phone for two separate occasions, both of them left me on hold for over an hour, never answered the phone before i finally gave up. I had to instead book a reservation on their website where i had to pay in full ahead and some extra fees. Also someone could not make it in the reservation and they refused to refund him his share.would never go back

Great place to go with family or friends. The go-karting is fun and the karts are electric, which means it doesn't smell like gas and you could barely hear the karts; compared to the gas karts! My favorite activity would be the X-cape rooms. They are not easy but a great challenge and team-building exercise. A great activity to put down the phone and come together as a team to get out of the room before the times up. Pass by if you can! You wont regret! Worth the money!

This place scammed my friends and me into reserving for an Escape room when their Escape Rooms are CLOSED and have been for quite a while! For some reason they cannot explain how we were able to reserve online 9 days in advance and they only thought to call us ON THE DAY OF OUR RESERVATION, 5 hours in advance to let us know our activity was impossible since they were closed. Now they are telling us they cannot refund us for a service that we paid for and was not given to us and they offer to give us a credit for one of their other activities.

COVID OR NOT, THIS IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL DISCOURAGE EVERYONE I KNOW FROM GOING THERE AGAIN.

Paye le plein prix un samedi, ok cest très normal mais avoir sû que le timer pour les course de kart n'es pas fonctionel sans que personne nous avise avant meme de payé et meme apres la course cest vraiment n'importe quoi, mes frères mon fils et moi y sont allés pour voir qui est le plus rapide et avons parié sur cette course vraiment decevant malgre je suis un adepte et memebre des action500

We were originally at K1speed across the street but they were at capacity. My 2 friends and I decided to try action500 out. Luckily on Sunday afternoon the place was almost empty so we asked the front desk if it could just be my 2 friends and I on the track seeing as how we are avid karters. She told us it would not be a problem even though we didn't have reservations. We even let a few people go ahead so it can be the 3 of us on the track.

Low and behold when we got on the track they placed a mother and son with us and ruined the experience. It's not the mothers and sons fault, but they should not have told us it could be only us 3 on the track and make us let a bunch of people pass ahead of us. Waste of time and money.

The customer service rep Amélie Beaudin was not helpful in any way. We will not be returning and will be giving our business elsewhere.

It's sad to promise something you can't deliver. We were not asking for special treatment, especially since there was only a few other people at the track. So we kindly asked and was promised a track for the 3 of us since there were only a few people racing. But yet.you still felt the need to lie and take our money.

We will be taking out business across the street to K1speed. Better track, karts, and less expensive. If I could give 0 for customer service I would.

Very nice experience! Great location. Clean, professional, and fun. We were 8 and did an Escape room (The tomb of Anubis). It was enjoyable but very difficult. The props were amazing though. Thank you for the fun evening Action 500 Dorval. Thank you Amelie Beaudin for making this experience so much better than the one we had at Action 500 Montreal. I recommend the Dorval location. PS: The Covid-19 sanitary measures were respected there and we felt safe.

Did the Escape Room, we were 8 people, it was sooo hard lolll but extremely fun experience, I must add that the guide that was assigned to us tonight was so nice and so helpful, unfortunately I don’t remember his name but he was awesome!
The staff is simply absolutely amazing, such nice and welcoming people and everything was so clean, the cleanness was definitely respected. I has a great time in this location!

Nice place and staff but my youngest 12 had a hard time on the adult track. The staff was patient but not so much the other racers of course. We were 4. Paid 230$ and my 12 year old did not participate in his second race. We asked for a “coupon” or something to justify the loss $. Especially since we were there for his birthday. Anyway as usual.business is business ‍️
Will not be returning soon as our financial situation can’t afford it really

Had a pretty decent time here with my girlfriend and little brother playing laser tag. However, I find its a little pricey for 20 minutes of gameplay its 51$ tax included. Also theres no one in the room making sure people are following the rules, there were kids climbing the walls, a kid without a vest blocking his friends vest sensors. But overall its a fun room, I would lower the price and have someone walk the maze just to ensure people are following rules.

Great place to go for my sons bday party have a great time in the oval for my little kids for there big party they all had lots of fun. They were doing oval with employee Samual A he was a great help and pleasure to have to insure all the kids had a lot of fun. Had a gear time at action 500 would recommend to a lot of people

Receptionist weren’t that nice though but for my first time there with my son i was glad that they had fun in the oval Samual made it a fun little race for all the kids they all had so much fun can’t wait to go back

Karts + Track:
The karts are cool, they accelerate way quicker than gas, which makes up for the track’s many turns and lack of straights.
It is very hard to pass on the track, especially without bumping people.
They should have a screen with live timing somewhere, similar to what they have in Hochelaga.

Event:
We reserved for a group of 16, scheduled for 8: 30pm. We didn’t get started until 9: 30pm.
They broke us down in to 2x groups of 8. As other customers would show up, they would slot (the walk-ins) between our 2 groups. E.g.: Group 1 would do a qualifying session, then 2 random guys would have 10mins, then our 2nd groups.
We were there from 8: 30 to 11: 40pm. I feel like if we reserve the track, we shouldn’t be there over 3 hours.

If they add some live timing screen AND (more difficult to accomplish) lengthen the track this place would definitely beat the other indoor karting locations.
