Action Sport Physio Centre-ville

The physio therapist Éric-Olivier Sirois was excellent. He found a solution for my pain. I have to say though, Action Sport Physio Centre-Ville is extremely expensive. Never take a half hour slot thinking you will save money, it is not the case, the cost is almost the same price as a full hour.

Highly recommend Eric Sirois (PT) if you have any sport injury! He was so helpful with treating my traumatic running injury, along with providing clear explanations and fun exercices. In bonus, he has a great sense of humour and is bilingual. Thanks Eric!

I recently saw Eric for an ankle injury I experienced playing basketball. Eric was thorough in his evaluation of me, gave me appropriate exercises for strengthening and prevention, and listened to my concerns and goals for return to sport. He was thorough, listened, on time, and enjoyable to learn from in my road to recovery. Highly recommend seeing Eric at this accessible location in the Atwater area!

Eric m’avait promis de me ramener de deux fractures partielles à la cheville à reprendre le volleyball en 6 a 8 semaines et non seulement il l’a gardé, j’ai put reprendre apres 5 semaines. Une fois que je pouvais me remettre a jouer, on a prit quelques autres session pour redonner la mobilité complete au pied et maintenant terminé, je suis au point où je pourrais me tromper sur quelle pied était blaissé!

Éric-Olivier is a guru! He managed to pinpoint the issues with few exercises. He reassured me right away and was very clear and detailed in his explanations. I will no doubt ask for him if I am ever in need again.

I had a set of appointments at this clinic, with Éric-Olivier Sirois, for addressing the effects of a back injury. While I was skeptical at first about some aspects of Éric's approach, we were able to quickly zero in on rehab exercises that made a huge difference, as well as complementary exercises for strengthening and prevention. It was delightful working with him throughout, and I felt respected and well looked after in the process. The injury is largely healed and I know what to do in case of relapses. Good outcomes.

He diagnosed the issue, explained it to me, and over the course of 3 appointments guided me through exercises and stretches that I did at home, which helped resolve the underlying issue within less than a month. I had a very great experience with Eric-Olivier as my therapist. He was super helpful and professional and fixed all the knee and back problems I had effectively!

I saw Eric-Olivier Sirois (physiotherapist) once a week for 3 weeks.
I went to see him because i had strained my neck pretty badly. At the end of 3 weeks, my neck was basically as good as new! He gave me new exercises to do at home every week that really helped my recovery. I do high level sport competitions and he really took that fact into account in his work. Very professional and welcoming.

Eric Olivier gave a great service. He is very thorough in his technique and was able to identify exactly which muscle needed to be targeted. A week after my first session, I had recovered at about 90%. He gave a lot of tips on how to prevent future pains/injuries. I highly recommend working with him.
