adidas Originals Store - Montreal

J'ai été dans ce magasin cette semaine. J'ai demandé au commis si le modèle de chaussures que j'essayais était végan. Il m'a dit que non, que toutes les bonnes chaussures étaient non-véganes. J'ai demandé alors en quoi étaient faites lesdites chaussures et il m'a dit qu'elles étaient faites à partir de fibres synthétiques. J'ai vérifié de mon côté et elles sont faites à partir de plastique et de polyester. Je donne un trois étoiles, car mes chaussures sont confortables. Les employés devraient être mieux formés.

Nous sommes des fan du lieux, souvent des promos, guetter les journées « toute la boutique à 40% » nous vidons la boutique à chaque fois!

Le service client est très bon mais pas grand variété de produits, le magasin ressemble en centre de liquidation avec des restant de items.

The worst customer service ever!
If your package was lost or stolen, you would hardly receive an exchange or refund.

I ordered a sweatshirt and track pants online and didn't received any shipment notice. The official website shows standard delivery is by UPS, but it actually shipped by TForce. I work at home all day on 21th June. The tracking package link showed the package was arrived mailbox room lobby on 6pm 21 June when I checked shipped status at 7 am on 22th June. It's horrible I couldn't find the package in the mailbox area. I checked with the apartment office and even inquired the delivery detail on the tracking the shipment website. TForce just quickly replied an email with a picture which showed a package placed in the mailbox area - a long shot. Then they didn't answer anything.
I called the customer service to report the missing package. But they answered they would investigate this issue around 8-10 days and sent a conclusion by an email. Until 7th July I received nothing and I checked reddit someone said as follows "However, if the tracer confirmed your package delivered to the shipping address you provided but gone missing, in this case, we are afraid to inform you that we will not be able to assist you further with it since this issue is considered package theft.adidas is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen and/o damaged before and after confirmation of delivery. ”

Luckily, I received an Email on July 8th to note they had issued a refund in the next 3-5 business days. The whole process was unpleasant, it would be great to add an option such as order online and pickup in-store.

J'étais très déçu de ce magasin:

1. J'étais malconseillé car l'objectif est de vendre un max pour avoir la commission.

2. Retour difficile à faire (excuses bidons pour éviter de retourner sachant que le produit est inconfortable).

3. Adidas ultraboost 22 pire chaussure pour la course à pied.

Tu aimes Adidas, vas chez Adidas.

Très bon service et un grand choix de chaussures Adidas avec ma taille. Ce que j'ai du mal à trouver ailleurs. Évidemment ils vendent d'autres choses que des chaussures. Ce sera pour une prochaine fois

A very friendly staff.my card was declined due to an error from the bank. I was paying for a yeezy and it was really crowded, but they waited for me to sort it out. That was really nice

They have very less variety as compared to original
And the shoes the showroom have are much more expensive…

Shame they don't sell the Japanese national soccer team jersey, but they do in the USA and no chance of ordering it from there.

Staff was friendly They had a great sale going on (40% off most items). And even treated an old guy like me with great respect. Nothing but good things to say. Great experience and love my new pair of shoes.

I always have a super positive experience at this shop. The staff are friendly. And without any exaggeration, my stop here today literally made my day.

They need to be a little more faster in moving their waiting customers. Get sanitizer which they are able to dispense. Theirs is too thick it won't come out of the bottle and worst of all was that the product i went looking for was not in store at all. The staff is friendly.

I ordered shoes online and it has been 8 days under the status "order confirmed, waiting to be packed" and I don't know until when, and when I ll receive it.worst online experience with adidas.ca

Not very exciting Adidas store. Selection is limited when compared to the flagship stores in New York City (565 5th Ave and 115 Spring St). Even outlet Adidas locations would have better selection and value - and there are at least 3 of them in the Montreal area: Boisbriand, Mirabel, and Boucherville.

Went to buy shoes got 2 pairs and my hair cut done cool place with new collections and the staffs where co operative and nice to the customers

Customer service here is impeccable. Everyone was super helpful in assisting us to make sure we had everything we needed. Very helpful with product line and finding alternate sizes. Would definitely shop here again! Thank you!

Service à clientèle médiocre. J'aime beaucoup plus faire mes achats en ligne que de me présenter dans cette boutique. Les vendeurs ne nous regardent pas et parlent entre eux, personne ne se propose pour nous aider.

Dear Adidas,

After wearing your basketball shoes for more than 10 years I think it is time to switch it to another brand. Time by time your staff is getting uninformed, untrained about your products plus they are getting rude.
In November my sister wanted to buy me basketball shoes as a birthday gift for my upcoming competition in January and we went of course to adidas (adidas originals), which located in Montreal (1238 Saint-Catherine St W, Montreal, QC H3G 1P1) I asked some suggestions and new products from the staff and they gave me a pair of new designed shoes. They were nice and comfortable so decided to choose them as a birthday gift.
My competition held in January so I was training with the other pair of shoes, deciding to keep my new pair until the competition.
That day came. But only 6 minutes into game, I was out of the game after almost breaking my ankles after a slipping hard fall. I was so mad that I couldn't play but yeah what I could do. After I got home I learned that your staff sold me lifestyle shoes that are not designed for basketball. [Crazy byw nude+pink]
I went to your store to return them explaining the situation but your staff won't do it, won't even apologize for the mistake they have made and were rude, which was very unexpected.
If you want to stay in the business and keep your loyal customers, you should train you staff better.

Had a pleasant experience at this Originals store. They have a pretty good selection of mostly sold out stuff online. Only cons about this store is a virtually impossible situation with parking as well as the really small size of the store that makes it hard to move around when there is a few customers. Overall great store!

Staff and DJ made all the difference. I shop heavily, and in Montreal I rarely experience such a genuine good service. Bravo!

The staff is amazing and there's plenty of stock in the backstore so ask if you don't find your size.
