Les aliments ne sont pas bien placé tout est éparpillé dans le magasin. Difficile de trouver ce qu'on cherche et les prix sont très élevées. Par contre on y trouve de bons produits frais de bonne qualité

Disappointed in baked goods. Cheese cake I order a few months ago was awful; super old. The nutty outer layer had to be discarded.
The frui this year I found often looks good on outside but ends up in my compost bin. Shame the merchants are tricking people like this.
The take out needs to be fresh, not old dry batches.
Fish, meat and cheese so far ok.

Lack of respect for clients. Price is not right and some more expensive compared to other supermarkets. Only three cash registers were open in a busy rush hour. Long wait time at cash registers as if they wanted to give away free food items during war time. When I complained to the manager about long wait time as compared with other supermarkets she said: "This is because we have too many more customers". I told her you will have one less for sure. Terrible cashier service as they seemed over-worked. Staff are mostly unpleasant specially if you you don't speak arabic. My recommendation: Don't buy there, they have too many customers and don't care.

The worst place to go and buy from
On many incidents we found expired food on shelf and we advised the manager and all what they do they take it from us and put it back on shelf to sell it again and it happened many times.
Customer service is horrible and the staff is unprofessional and very rude so they can do mistakes and not even apologise and when you ask to speak to a manager they reply that I’m the manager!

Very disappointed with the cake I bought today. Remembered years ago when I would buy it at Adonis it was moist and flavourful. Years later for a birthday decided to buy it again today. (West Island location). She assured me it was fresh. Still frozen in the middle while leaving outside on my counter 25+mins. Has 0 flavour, 0000000…Would not recommend at all and will definitely not be buying this ever again, to be honest turned me off completely from going there for any baked goods or recommending to anyone. Barely anyone in my family even wanted to try it! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

Very bad experience, employee Donia very impolite and rude, even the manager very impolite, service for client below zero.

Used to get their spicy chicken wings to barbecue from the meat section all the time. Was one of the best spicy wings recipe ever. Went the last few times and they must've changed the recipe to tone it down. Tasted like they marinated it with ketchup.

Lots of Middle East favourite choices to be found here. And the fruits and vegetables are always of the highest quality compared to other chain grocery stores.

Nous sommes nouveau dans le quartier. Chez Adonis nous étions étonnés de voir autant de produits, autant de choix et très spacieux. On a fait notre shopping avec facilité. Le personnel était accueillant surtout la dame à la caisse qui a été super gentille. Elle m'a semble être le proprio. Je recommande vivement ce hypermarché et goûtez à leurs succulentes créations de gâteaux, baklava et autres. Si vous avez un petit creux, plein de choix de nourriture déjà préparé et même quelques tables pour consommer sur place.

Unfortunately the quality has severely gone down since Metro bought Adonis, and prices have gone way up. The prepared meals are good.

Excellent variety in fruit and produce section. Great meat and fish often on specials. Wonderful choices of Mediterranean fare.

While the grocery store is great and most of the staff are great, their ready eat resto-food bar is awful. Not only did I wait for around 10 minutes to get served, but when my number was called, I gave the server my order, only for him to start serving another customer and completely ignore my order.

The store hours are not updated; waste of people's time. Online, Sunday schedule says open til 8pm, but the store closes at 7pm.

The meats are not freash and repaked. DO NOT BUY their process meat (any sausages) or marinated meat, its rotten and dangerous. I bought Italian sausage and they were so smelly and rotten, it was terrible. I returned them right away and the butcher appologized. I told them (the butcher and woman owner) that the whole shelf (50-60 packs of sausages) were the same. They did not remove them and sold them to costumers! Horrible and dangerous place to do groceries.

Got their shish taouk sandwich and its just falling everywhere. I know it doesnt require much effort to put a sandwich all together! So disappointed. Ruined my appetite.

This is one of the nicest Adonis stores that I have been to on the island of Montreal. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. The shelves are well stocked and staff is always filling them, so there is rarely an empty shelf.

My impressions are that it is fresh, clean spacious. Staff interaction was courteous with two members of the team. Certain items like corn, onions, watermelon were on display outside like a market, good touch.
This was my first experience and it rates well compared to the Laval location.
I have commented on that particular property but it remains the same.
I would go out of my way and return to this store until I see changes at the other location per my comments.

Honestly the grillade section has the best employees and service ever, specially this one guy marwan ahmady, he would welcome you with the maximum amount of respect and would always welcome to adonis, so if you ever go to adonis and want a perfect service go for marwan ahmady and don't forget to tip him cuz he honestly deserves it like deserves my heart. I love marwan, I love adonis

I have been shopping at Adonis for years but I feel that the problem I had today happens often now and it is really frustrating. I tried to get the floor manager three times but was disconnected so maybe they will see this review and remedy the problem.
I did not have a large order but I went there specifically for the tandori chicken and red peppers and at the checkout before I could finish packing my bags the other customer’s groceries were being checked so in my rush to get it all in the bag I left the red pepper behind. This is so frustrating and it happens often…either get people to bag the groceries or give the customer time to get their bags packed and out of the check out. You feel very rushed at the cash and it ends up with a very dissatisfied and frustrated customer.

It's one of the best place to buy Oriental and Mediterranean stuff in the West Island. Yet their prices are always like 5 to 10 % higher from anywhere else of a same product of the same brand. Good weekly specials, available parkings and good location

Si les fruits et legumes sont tellement beaux (et chers) pour payer les engrais et pesticides des producteurs.
Parfois on a de la difficulte a trouver quelqu<un qui parle francais!

Top of the line store as the quality of food is world class and specially the friendly staff member Ghada and Supervisor Ghassan are so professional and perfect in service, its amazing too see them work as you realize how important is Customer Service.

C'est très dommage que la qualité des produits soit tellement détériorée.
Les fondateurs de cet établissement ont vendu le nom mais leurs savoir faire est irremplaçable.
A part la mauvaise qualité des fruits et légumes, á des prix excessifs, même une pizza au thym n'était pas mangeable.

Excellent service, no matter who you ask, they support you immediately, in other stores they tell you "that's not my department"

The quality of the food and prices are good, but im not impressed that no one helps us bag our groceries, when dud Adonis become like Maxi? I had to bag my own groceries while the cashier stood there abd watched, didn't even attempt to help. Not impressed.

Always great atmosphere and staff at any Adonis. But at this one people are even nicer. Today we were served by the cheese man, his name is Amgad, great person. He was very kind.

Meat department won’t cut to customers request. “We are here to serve you” isn’t a policy they should post on their counters. More like “take it or leave it” is the experience I keep having at the meat section. Management!

Cashiers on more than one occasion have charged more than needed. Take heed - Go home and verify your bill. It has happened more than once, at first I thought it was an oversight but a trend is not an oversight.

Quality and experience have changed at this Adonis, since their acquisition with Metro. Colleagues and friends can attest.

I miss the old Adonis.

People avoid going to Adonis in DDO. It is a disaster, the store has bad customer service and very poor managent. I called Adonis in DDO in a working hour, after many attempts someone answer and I asked her if they have Atlantic saumon? After few minutes she checked it out and said yes. I went to the store after ten min and the fish department manager said we didn’t receive it today.when I asked for the manger everyone completely disappeared in front of me. So my point is they lied because they want you to go to the store and do impulse shopping.scam alert for this store.

C'est pas spécialement la succursale que j'irais. Les produits périssables de celui-ci, ne sont pas d'une assez grande fraîcheur. La conservation des légumes est ardue et les produits fromagers m'ont déçus plus d'une fois. Seul bon coup est la sélection méditerranéenne des étalages.

The meat department is awesome, its so fresh, really excellent quality. Adonis has everything you need with great prices and the staff are so pleasant and helpful. The store is clean and has so much variety of items.

Par où commencer.pas le choix de commenter car j'y suis aller peut être 4 fois et toutes les fois je regrette amèrement.les fruits et les légumes pourrissement très vite et les dates de péremption sont à vérifier attentivement. À chaque fois, j'y vais pour le poulet cuit mais il y en a pas, les salade déjà préparer goûte le passé dates et ça Picotte dans la bouche et me donne des mal de ventre ou les légume sont mois tellement qu'ils ont trempé longtemps. La viande n'a pas l'air fraîche non plus. C'est la dernière fois que je vais là bas, si vous voulez jeter votre argent par les fenêtres, vous êtes au bon endroit

Generally ok. Good selection & fairly clean. Service counters are sometimes inefficient & confusion regarding which customer is next.

Better then the old place on Sources. Amazing and a great variety of products. Employees are very nice when choosing meat and fish however, staff at the cash could smile a bit more as some are a bit rude, which is why I rated only 4*.

Workers here are not happy so they pass on their gumpyness to the customers. Ladies at the dessert counter are not getting employee of the month plaques any time soon. Actually now that I think about all the times I've been shopping here, the guys are ok but the women have been rude and grumpy.

Expensive.went there because they've got a special on meat.the guy working there won't sell me the meat and i was told that there's no more even though there's still three packs of meat just right in front of me.i'll never come back.wish SuperC hadn't closed.

This store likes to lie about their specials. They post sticker prices that are magically wrong when taken to the cash. Then the excuses come. If you shop here PLEASE be careful of the price being scanned at the cash. You might be paying more than you bargained for.

Poor service, employees seem unhappy and it feels like contempt towards customers is the norm.

- Cashier chitchatting at the cash while I wait holding heavy items, only to be met with disdain when I finally catch their attention
- Waited 15 minutes to be served while there are 6 employees behind the meat counter and only 3 customers waiting
- You take a number and wait patiently only to see someone walk in, chat with the person behind the deli counter and get served before others with a number in hand
- No garlic sauce included with the flat chicken? Since, when?
- Order Ghraybeh at the pastry counter, I get home to find all of them in the box are missing the signature piece of pistachio. Did someone have a craving for pistachios?: P

The new store is bigger, cleaner, brighter and more modern. Used to be a regular at the old location, it's just a shame the quality of service has gone downhill.

What an embarrassing disappointment.
We celebrated our parents anniversary, and spent $80 on an inedible absolutely STALE, DRY CAKE.
Truly an Embarrassment to my out of town and Montreal guests.

Their ready-to-eat food are delicious and the prepared meats too. Pastries not so much. Prizes of the dry goods are higher than your usual grocery stores like Maxi, Super C. Plus Adonis doesn't carry any generic brands similar to no name brands, selection or great value so there's not much options for buyers. Some cashiers are not trained to be courteous most especially the cashier named Donia B. She has a terrible customer service. Everytime I come to her cash, she's always in a bad mood. No greetings, no thank yous, nothing. Hope by this review, management will train her to have a better rapport with the customers.
