Hier j ai achete des poissons suppose frais! Arrive a la maison, je les ai jette car c etait tellement Anciens et ca sentait mauvais.mieux que de les faires mange a mes enfants. En plus ils m on charge $6,30 pour les trop grille pour que ca parait pas que c est anciens.

J ai jamais ete victime du racisme par une caissiere age dans la quarantaine.elle dit bonjours a tous le monde avant moi mais quand j arrive a payer je lui dit bonjours mais elle me repond pas mais le client derriere moi elle lui dit bonjours.est a cause de ma peau quel ne veux pas me repondre.j imagine combien de clients on ete victime? L endroit 10/10 mais le service 1 /10

Gâteau n’était vraiment pas frais dure comme de la roche incroyable avis à tout le monde ne jamais acheter de la pâtisserie chez adonis place vertu je ne sais pas pour les autres adonis mais en tk celui là c’est pitoyable et incroyable même on risque de tomber malade je pense la MAPAQ devrait faire un tour et inspecter les aliments.

One of the worst super markets in Montreal. Some of the products are expired, poorly managed, over priced and employees don't care at all.

I just paid $13.78 for a jar of strawberry jam and peanut butter… this location NEVER has many sale items and they are gouging customers with ridiculous pricing; I understand inflation is a problem right now, but there becomes a point when a retailer is simply gouging its customers… combined with countless staff standing around with nothing to do, makes it incredibly frustrating to shop here - I will not be returning for any future purchases, Adonis Place Vertu… you just pushed away a very loyal customer.

Bought fresh shish taouk marinated chicken from the butcher. Cooked it same day… tasted over a wk old (like overly sour and rotten egg taste). Checked the rest of the raw chicken in the fridge. Had a terrible smell (my husband didn’t realize its smell, when he was cooking it on the bbq) Had to toss the rest.next day we all had stomach uneasiness.

Expensive. Rude and inconsiderate management. I visited this place alone with three young kids. Asked to use the shopping cart to get my heavy groceries to the car and bring it back. The superior shrug her shoulders and refused. I asked if someone from the store can come with me (like it happened in other respectful stores) and she refused again. First and last time to come to this place.

Got sick after eating a couscous salad from this location. It tasted off when I was eating it. I know it was that because it was the only thing I had eaten for lunch. Not sure what they did to it or if it was expired.

I only go there when I don't have a choice since its the closest store to me. If anything else is open, I won't step a food in there. Staff is super rude. I am surprised they still have clients. The only employee that is still pleasant is the older man in the spices section.

Probably the best place to eat in the mall and in the neighbourhood in terms of value.

The shawarma plate comes complete with rice, potatoes, hummus, choice of salad, and pita. Everything has been fresh when I’ve eaten here and the portion size is good.

Since Metro took over, service is getting worse and worse every day. The Lebanese know how is gone and it is just like any other Metro. Too bad for an institution that become that insignificant.

For the first time ever, this year we opted to purchase ready made Thanksgiving Turkey from Adonis Cote Vertu store and it was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised how appetizing it looked and it tasted great! It was a sizable portion. Great Quality and perfect quantity! We will definitely order it again next year.

Attendez-vous à jeter vos légumes cher payés le lendemain de votre achat, car complètement pourris, idem pour les fruits qui ne murrissent jamais, mais finissent plutôt par pourrir. Erreurs de prix à la caisse et mauvaise rotation des produits frais avec date de péremption, bref à éviter!

Very good store. Food items are neatly and conveniently located. Lots of different food products, friendly staff. I often order fresh fish to cook in the store - the quality is excellent, the oil is fresh and light. The store is always clean. Thanks Adonis

Adonis n’est malheureusement plus ce que c’était! Ma belle-mère, qui vient de France, a acheté du poisson « frais » de la poissonnerie.
Arrivé à la maison, lors de l’ouverture de l’emballage………l’odeur du poisson était d’une puanteur indescriptible. Aussi, elle avait acheté du couscous et de la taboulé du comptoir pour emporter. Lorsque je l’ai gouté…. Quelle horreur,
les aliments à l’intérieur avaient sans aucun doute passé leur date d’expiration, et ce depuis assurément plusieurs jours!

QUELLE HONTE! Adonis est en train de salir l’image de la cuisine du moyen orient qui
est une cuisine qui utilise des produits de qualité et frais.

Malheureusement, je vais dès aujourd’hui éviter Adonis, et plus particulièrement la succursale de la place Vertu à Ville Saint-Laurent. Pour votre bien-être, je vous conseille de faire de même.
P. S. Pour les amateurs de la cuisine du moyen orient, étant moi-même moyen-oriental, je vous assure que la cuisine de cette région ne représente en rien notre cuisine faite avec amour et bienveillance.

Good selection of grocery items, but awful customer service. Management need to hire staff who actually want to work. Was in the line up with several other customers and the cashier ignored everyone to talk to and serve staff members (?). Hello? Don't your customers come first? No smiles, no greetings, staff arguing with each in the aisle, and if you ask a question you are made to feel like you are bothering them. No one there seems to like their job.
I'm in the hospitality/service industry and this Adonis store gets an 'F' for customer service.

J'ai essayé aujourd'hui le 17 Aout de retourner un bloc de beure que j'avais acheté avant hier et qui est pourri à l'intérieur (J'avais égaré la facture).
La jeune fille à la caisse (Elle s'appelle Dounia) m'a répondu de façon très impolie que, sans facture il n'y a pas de retour, En plus elle me demande d'enlever le block de beure (qui était dans un sac en plastique) pour ne pas salir le comptoir.
J'ai répondu que le block est dans le sac en plastique et que je ne veux plus la beure ni un remboursement.
Elle a répondu que je dois prendre la beure avec moi et ne pas le laisser au magasin. Quand j'ai proposé qu'elle le jette à la poubelle, elle m'a répondu que c'est à moi de la jeter è la poubelle.
J’ai demandé de parler a un gérant. Elle appelle le gérant. Après 30 minutes d'attente je me suis aller chercher un gérant dans le magasin. J'ai trouvé un qui m'a adressé de la même façon impolie que la caissière.

It been three times. I went there with my bf to eat crepe…… but its third time today. No one is there to take order even i ask other employees and they told us to wait for sometime. But its been 15-20 mint and nobody came take the order…

Normally Adonis have the best of shawarma meat I give one star only for the shawarma meat it was chewy gummy no flavour what so ever greasy omg not eatable I felt a shamed I brought it to my friend they are Lebanese and they told me it’s the worst shawarma they ate ever, I felt so bad cause I’m proud to buy from Adonis simply because the store is very clean the product are very fresh everything is perfect
but the food as shawarma meat or chicken are super not tasty I think they have to find a good Lebanese chef to do the mix and use better meat quality the only people who like to eat the shawarma there are the one have no clue what’s shawarma is or never ate it in them life, please Mr Adonis fix this issue cause you are the only place we love to shop.

We ordered some chicken wings from the ready made ones, couldn't even eat one so smelly not fresh at all.and had to throw them out, not acceptable.

J'ai voulu faire une course de dernière minute et à ma grande surprise, 19h43 la porte d'entrée barré. 6 ans d'expérience en super-marché et je n'ai jamais vu ça de ma vie. 17 minutes avant l'heure de fermeture.très ordinaire.

Mise à jour mars 2022:
La fraîcheur de la viande est redevenue correcte.
Les pitas sont souvent peu frais.
Les baklavas et desserts ne sont pas de la plus grande fraîcheur (auparavant ils étaient faits à la succursale originale sur Sauvé Ouest mais cette cuisine est maintenant vide, aucune idée où sont faites les pâtisseries).
Attention aux dates des yogourts et fromages, on en trouve en vente au prix régulier qui ont déjà dépassé la date de péremption ou "Meilleur avant".

La qualité et la fraîcheur ont diminué beaucoup dans la dernière année. J'y vais à toutes les semaines depuis 4 ans, et ça n'était qu'une impression vague, sans que ça perturbe mes habitudes.
Ça fait deux fois dans les deux derniers mois que de la viande fraîche est avariée dès le lendemain de l'achat (une fois du souvlaki de porc commandé au comptoir des viandes, une fois des cuisses de poulet halal prises dans le présentoir), hier les pitas que j'ai achetés étaient moisis, la majorité du temps les pitas sont rassis, hier les fraises du Québec étaient défraîchies (tous les paniers contenaient une majorité de fraises abimées et commençant à pourrir), au rayon des desserts les boules au miel étaient raides et pas fraîches.
Les fromages, les marinades et les noix sont encore frais.

I brought some bread and it was rotten/fungus. Thank God I noticed it before I served it to my son. Trying to report the issue and try call them many times but no one picked up the phone so sharing it here.

Adonis is a good store. You will find items you cannot find in other stores. Management serves clients needs. Saide is a fine polite & professional lady with excellent customers skills, serves with a smile. She is happy with what she does. She makes sure the client is happy and satisfied. I admire Saide's talent and professionalism. This lady has style that should not be overlooked. I would recommend promoting her. She knows what she is doing and she is smart and confident. This lady has business acumen and she will do well in any environment/setting. She looks at the big picture and outside of the box. I am certain she will be successful in her professional life.
Another amazing person that is worth mentioning here is Roger. This guy welcomes you with a smile at the door. He responds and meets the needs of customers with a smile and without any hesitation. The guy is awesome and makes you wanting to come back to the store. At one point, He even carried my groceries to the car. Roger makes you feel welcome and will do his utmost to make sure that the client is happy. He is serviable and does it with pride and integrity. He deserves praise and will be a great asset to any workplace. Please retain these two great people. They are promoting your business and seeking its prosperity.

Very easy access and parking. Not very big but still a lot of choices, and very good prices. Located in the place vertu mall.

I go to this Adonis because it is clean and the products are fresh and quality however the ticketing system for ordering food or meats/cheeses seems to be problematic since its inauguration they need to implement an easy and friendly system that will work

I want to share my experience at Marche Adonis on Thimens (Place Vertu). This used to be the GO TO store at the beginning of the pandemic as it was one stop shop. I can without exaggeration say that the last 4 times, it has been the WORST visit ever. No doubt that their quality has gone down the tubes & It never fails I end up throwing stuff in the garbage when I return home. Their fruits & veggies are disgraceful & my dog wouldn't even accept eating them. Rotten, expired (specially packaged products) & damn expensive on top of it. It is obvious to me that their QUALITY CONTROL managers/staff are not so in control & they are arrogant to think that once regular client will not go somewhere else when they are cheating us like that. SHAME ON THEM, never going back there anymore!

Whoever is managing the service counters should be fired. I'm talking about the hot food and the charcuterie/cheese counters. Extremely long wait time, mismanaged chaos, where 5-6 employees are behind the counter and only one is barely serving anyone.

Bon rapport qualité-prix, produits généralement frais, service correct. Idéal pour les lève tôt. Sauf que je viens de me rendre compte que les erreurs de prix a la caisse sont très fréquent, il faut vérifier la facture a chaque fois et presque toujours une erreur. En plus ils ont le bon argument de dire que la vérité des prix ne s'applique pas sur le vrac, donc ils sont toujours gagnant. Mon dernier exemple des pêches qui devait être facturé a 3,76 au lieu de 11 et quelque, plus de 7 dollars de différence je trouve ça bien léger pour ne pas dire malhonnête.

Bought peaches Friday afternoon at #Adonis. Opened the package yesterday morning to find them wrotten on the INSIDE, where they were all up against each other, not showing on the outside through the package. Brought them back less than 24 hrs after. No receipt, sorry. No return. Today the peaches were twice as disgusting. Went back today, again same thing. Pointed out that the packaging was there's and there's alone. 1 person called another person, called a manager and another manager. Finally, 'I'm doing you a favor and will let you take another package'. I opened the package and checked every single peach, Covid be damned. Told him 'I'll do you a favor, I will never shop in this store again! ' and walked out. Salut, Good Bye Adonis.

This place is very neat and clean, strongly suggest for halal food especially beaf salamy, turkey, cheese.

Je suis une habitué des produits d'Adonis, les employés dans la plupart ne sourient pas trop, mais ça c'est un problème de moindre impact, contrairement à l'attitude grossière et mal élevée de votre préposé au nom de Choaib! Je veux déposer une plainte contre lui, d'Abord il est venue m'harceler alors que je choisissais un produit dans la section des fromages spéciales, son attitude misogyne et hyper stressante est incroyable! Il est venu dans ma direction déposer quelques produits en écartant mon chariot (Impolitesse)! Puis en me disant qu'il ne faut pas toucher ni mélanger les fromages car c'est le même prix (Du jamais vue), puis ils déposent quelques fromages sans se soucier de ma présence, d'abord il devrait attendre que je finisse mes achats, étant une cliente, et deuxièmement le prix des fromages varient entre chaque emballage et c'est des spéciaux tete de crapeau, son attitude Était trés désagréable et le pire il n'a même pas pris la peine de respecter la distanciation sociale et a osé toucher les produits que je regardais et essayer de les arranger en écartant mon chariot plusieurs fois, et en plus est venue me déranger alors que je regarde les affiches! Si tu veux faire ton travail, par respect aux clients, tu dois attendre que je choisisse mon produit et après tu viens faire ton travail!

Je fréquente Adonis depuis plus de 10 ans et ce n'est pas un préposé minable et impoli comme CHOAIB qui m'interdit de toucher les produits ni faire mon achat tranquillement! Ce geste risque de me pousser à acheter ailleurs!

Worst Falafel, worst shawarma you will ever eat in your entire life if you are familiar with a good shawarma. Since Metro took over, everything just went down to the drain. Never again. Always check the sales price sticker matches the product. Today a price of $2,79 for a jar a sun dried tomatoes. They were $7.00 at the cash.this is not the first time either.
They say it's the customers responsibility to make sure the sales tag matches the item.

Difficile d'obtenir du service en français. La caissière m'a dit d'une drôle de façon d'aller au comptoir de service à la clientèle pour obtenir des services en français. Longue files d'attente! Gens du quartier, n'allez pas chez Adonis. Allez plutôt chez IGA Duchemin, ça ira mieux comme ça!

First of all every week I have to go back and return something, because the quality is bad, expired, rotten etc etc.twice now I return chicken, I open the chicken and the smell was horrible, so when I went to store to return it the manager Ali's respond was maybe you should not come and buy food here anymore, and said how do I not know that you left it on the counter all night, so this is what you get from Adonis cote vertu. Either change that person or you need to do quality control. Very disapointed because I've been shopping there for the past 7 years and the quality is going downwards.

Clean place. Good products, although NOT cheap. Prepared food as well is ok. A lot of variety. Very crowded and people do not respect distances.

Very disappointed with the quality at this location. I bought products (hummus, bread) just to get home and find mold when I opened them. I also bought salmon and even though it looked and smelled fine, the texture and the taste was very bad. I keep getting disappointed when I shop at this location, I do not recommend!

Twice I’ve been in the Cote Vertu store and each time was served at meat counter and cash in a rude manner. Employees are mostly unpleasant (never smiling, welcoming). I felt like I was a nuisance to them. Both times, The cashiers never said Hi, threw my meat and things on the mat after scanning and never said thanks after paying. I go all over, IGA, Costco and staff are always pleasant and professional.

My review is about the Deli counter only. Every time I go, I get great service at the deli counter. I only gave 4 stars because when it gets busy they never add employees to the department even though I see what appears to be management in the area doing tasks that should be put off to reduce the wait times during busy moments.

Recently visited after their renovation/expansion - store is huge, clean, and well stocked. *Cheese, meats and veggies may not be fresh, so be wary and cautious. * Lots of nice staff. Unbeatable/wow prices, and distinct sale pricing. Plethora of counter services and in-house options, as well as adjacent dining area. Good amount of cashes, free plastic bags, easy access to mall, good parking, good access to public transport.

Prices are decent, but staff is rude and it's ridiculous that you have to take a number to buy cheese, desserts etc.

Bad organization and mass like never before there were just 2 cashiers and It took over 20 minutes to pay my items. They were rude with the customers.i was there at 10 / 12 / 2019 between 6/8.

I stopped bying meat on special (expired), avocado (it can stay hard for weeks), apples (they're always rotten inside), peaches (same thing), dill (full of sand! _had to throw away the cooked food twice), the list can go on. Why? Because of the cheapest choices you guys make on food, yet high selling prices.

Adonis is in my opinion the best grocery store out there. The friendly staff, the fresh fish, meats and the overwhelming array of cured meats and cheeses makes this experience amazing. Beer is always on sale, the vegetables are always ripe and the samples are to die for. 10/10 suggest a trip to adonis to fill your fridge with delicious treats.

Super tasty fruit and clotted cream with honey, tabouli (lotsa parsley), and thyme paste bread (other tymes I've had elsewhere just dry, theirs isn't at all)

Great grocery store, with a wide selection of nuts, olives, cheese, deli, prepared middle eastern foods, pastries, produce. The meat counter is the best! They actually have real butchers there to serve you! The marinated chicken, pork, beef are all delicious! They also have a fantastic fresh fish market! This place is worth the detour!

This is my all time favorite store for food, you'll find all kinds of sections with several selections; crepes, deli, juice, fish, roasted chicken, kebab, pastry, fruits, veggies, desserts, full meals and good deals, international food and service is great too.

The meat section is always fresh with plenty of variety i have to do a detour just to come to this place but it's worth it. The one downtown is grossly incompetent don't even go there. The staff are very friendly and always smiling when i go. For those who put a bad review cause the staff is not smiling everyone has an off day and dealing with customer service is not always easy cut them some slack be human and have compassion they are not robots. The line up to pay is a little long but they can't go any faster then they are doing everyone has 2 hands:) Fresh vegetables and fruits are always available and store is very clean compared to other Adonis over all great supermarket. Always a returning customer.

Second time ordering from here. I went home to eat my take-out. I remember chewing something hard but I was too hungry to give it a second thought. After finishing my meal, I noticed something in my potatoes.
I'm kind of shocked/scared.
(Also, the paella didn't taste that good.)

Very impolite and unprofessional cashiers. They delay clients and keep them waiting in lines intentionally. After over 10 mins wait, my wife asked the cashier, how longer she will take to finish the one client she’s holding. The cashier answered her in a very rude way “you can go to the next cashier”, and she communicated discreetly with the next cashier to delay my wife more and not serve her immediately, so she did delay her again. My wife had to go to the 3rd cashier to pay. It took my wife almost 30 mins to pay for just 7 small items. The management needs to take a serious action to stop such behavior from staff with clients. They should be very selective in hiring when it comes to dealing with clients.

Toute est beau sauf une fois ils m ont vendu des crevette pouris avec mauvaise oudeur, et j ai remarque aujourd hui le 13 avril 2019 qu ils ont des crevette expires mauvaise odeur, svp faites attention a ça.
