I got my septum pierced by Michael yesterday and he was professionnal, knowledgeable, kind and funny! Made me feel super comfortable and safe. It was quick but well done. The pricing is good too. I walked in and was out in 20 minutes. Would definitely go back for another piercing!

This place is amazing!

I have gone twice for piercings, one for my young daughter (she was 3 at the time) and one for me. (I'm 43)

They are extremely helpful and kind. I (and my daughter when she went a few years back) felt instantly at ease. Any stress or worries about how it would feel were released, the experience was actually fun and the aftercare support is clear and I've been very confident.

The first time we made an appointment so my daughter could get both ears done at the same time.

My most recent time was a spontaneous birthday present to myself (single upper ear piercing). I was a walk-in appointment and I was able to be seen really fast and they were so helpful when I was picking out the jewelry.

I highly recommend this place, for whatever age! Truly an exceptional experience.

La fille qui nous montrait les bijoux était bêtes comme ses pieds, pas patiente du tout, on avait quelques questions concernant les types de bijoux les pierres et elle nous répondait comme si nous étions stupide. Le service était tellement médiocre nous sommes allez ailleur. Honnêtement, c’est beaucoup d’argent, c’est la moindre des choses de donner un bon service et de répondre à nos questions. Je suis extrêmement déçu et heureuse d’être aller voir ailleur.

Bonjour j’ai eu une belle expérience le staff hyper gentil par contre je suis extrêmement déçu. J’ai fait percer mon industriel il y a quelques mois et le perceur ne ma pas dit que je n’avais pas l’anatomie pour alors la barre c’est simplement détaché de mon oreille alors j’ai payer très cher pour rien et j’ai une cicatrice qui ne va jamais partir. Dite toujours a vos clients si ils ont l’anatomie ou non.

Amazing staff! I got my navel piercing done about 2 months ago and it healed perfectly.the placement is on point, the piercing process was quick and almost completely painless! Prices are great for the quality of the service

Went there for a conch but the jewel used was too thick which put a lot a pressure on my ear and caused a keloid. Overpriced: there are places way cheaper for a better service.

Employees are extremely condescending, ignorant and unprofessional. Minimalist jewelry is overpriced. I feel that they very much take advantage of their customers in any way possible. Very unpleasant experience at a “reputable” parlour.

The artists are good but if you can get pass the MANAGER to get an appointment. I had 4 tattoos done there and I was happy with them but today Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with the Manager (so he called himself) He just HANGED up on me on the phone while trying to make an appoint for a very small tattoo and a touch up. He said they have procedure - which they did not follow in my previous 4 tattoo appointments. The so called Manager should Better not talk to customers.

A bunch of scammers who try to take advantage of you as much as possible. I just needed to replace the ball of my septum piercing aka horseshoe barbell, and they asked for 10 bucks. Just for that tiny little ball to screw onto the barbell, which I can get online for a few cents.

I've gotten my ears pierced on three separate occasions, the service is very clean and good, however the quality of their piercing seems to depend on your piercer. The first two times were great, the last time I went, the piercing is a little bit crooked. I don't think it's visibly noticeable as much as it is something I can feel if I have to change my jewelry or clean my piercings.

First experience pretty bad: messed up my ears with bad piercing.
Second experience good: was listened to, and good service. Guess it depends who you meet.

Got pierced here a few months ago and had an amazing experience, the team is welcoming and professional! I will definitely come back again!

Here are my experiences with adrenaline:

1. I've been to Adrenaline for the first time when I was 16 and still in high school. I had my nose pierced. The guy was really nice and I was really satisfied with the service although it was a bit pricey compared to other shop.

2. Went back after to get my eyebrow pierced. This time the lady was rough. I was a bit nervous about the pain and she didn't have time for my ''shenenigans'' she didn't show patience nor compassion and didn't feel the need to reassure me about the procedure. She instead told me: ''Listen are you doing it or not cause once I open my tools you pay wether you're doing it or not'' while opening the tools without waiting for my confirmation.

3. Went again this time for my first tattoo. I had Roman numbers tatted on me. The tattoo cost me a arm and a leg. Especially after I had other ppl telling how ridiculous the price was. (the Tattoo wasn't biger than a looney (1$) and it cost me 100$. It was my first and last tattoo there.

4. I went again when I had to redo my nose piercing. The lady was nice (another one). She slightly move the piercing area but I was still satisfied with how I looked espcially due to the fact that I was planning to wear a ring there instead of a stud.

The reason I kept going was because although the customer service (greeting etc) was sometimes good sometimes bad, and it was pricey compared to other shop, since my skin is proned to cheloids and never had issues with any of there piercings/tattoo, I was willing to deal with the uneven customer service.

5. Last time I went, this time, I had a baby and I wanted to have her ears pierced. In my culture, girls are being pierced at the hospital when you give birth. They don't put jewelry but they put a plastic thread. You pull on the thread every other day to keep the hole open and when the baby is in age, you can cut the thread and replace it by a small jewelry. So I brought my baby when she was about 5 months to have her ear pierced (we believe the sooner it's done, the better) but the girl at the frontdesk told me she didn't advise because she was too young and her lobe was still developping. I told her I was okay with taking the risk and that's when she started giving all the side looks and sighs and attitude and I never went back because I didn't feel respected. And again the price was ridiculous. We come from diffrent backgrounds and I feel like its okay for a piercer to advise but you can't take decision for a grown person and you can't judge them for the decision they decide to make once they have all the information.

For all those reasons, I give it 3 *. The service never disappointed but the CUSTOMER service did. Too uneven. And the price. But I feel like we wouldn't mind paying for quality if the customer service was TOP tier.

Wow! The staff extremely professional and courteous, and super helpful. The piercer was really patient and reasuring. He gave a lot of advice regarding the aftercare and maintenance of the piercing.

I Definitely recommend this place.

Walk in are welcome but preferably take an appointment.
Place is at 5min walk from metro Guy. I went for a very peculiar piercing so it couldn't be done but the staff explained all the steps before doing it, answer all my questions and even suggest a derma but didn't guarantee it was going to stay. Finally, I had a derma next to my cheek bone 100$ with the jewel with Michael is very patient and experience. Friendly staff overall expect for a lady who secretly seem to comment with a colleague about me making a big deal for asking an experience piercer for what I ended up doing. I also called to know how much for 2 tattoos on the finger and it was 140$, I went somewhere else 90$ for both so I recommend the place but depending on what you're doing and your budget. * always do research and feel comfortable with the artist is your body

I had my ears pierced 3 times at this place. First time, everything went smoothly. Second time, I had to remove one of my piercings because it wasn’t healing well. Third time, I had to go to another salon to get all my piercings changed for a longer bar since the bars they gave me were way too small. Now, I know the healing process fully depends of how well you take care of them, but I’ve followed their instructions and still managed to have to change them out. I would recommend this place for any piercings that are NOT on your lobes because these healed well.

Got my industrial piercing done. They where amazing. Everyone was super friendly and polite. They answered all mine and my friends questions. It was a great atmosphere and I am so happy I decided to go with them for my piercing

Great service, showed me everything I asked about (was hoping to take a look at many types of piercings), despite me not actually going through with buying anything. I highly recommend Chris! He is an expert! I got my Helix piercing done. It’s been a 3 to 4 months recovery + aftercare and follow up appointments with Chris, he has gone beyond to take cake of me! I absolutely adore him. Not only is he a pro, he has gentile hands that says it all!

I had a great time at Adrenaline. A small group of us got a few tattoos and piercings - our piercer Chris was professional, knowledgeable and knew how to guide me through the 3 piercings I got. My tattoo artist Dwayne was great as well and put us at ease. The front staff (I forgot her name) greeted us warmly and answered a million questions very patiently. She was super knowledgeable and kind! Will absolutely come back. Cool merch as well! Thank you all!

Piercer was so rude and made comments on the positioning I wanted for my piercing saying that it wont look nice and that he knows better. Do yourself a favor and dont go there

The service is really nice, the people who work there are offer a really good service, the only thing is they have a women working in the reception who is not gentle at all.

I am currently reading all these reviews, since a friend of mine is planning on getting a tattoo and I want him to get a great experience. Most reviews seem good, however the few bad ones i see worry me a bit. First with their receptionist (not sure it is the same one from the comments) and then their artists. Every bad comment i’ve see has been replied by the owner finding excuses (every single one she replied to). She does an apology but then follows with (well you must have done something wrong too, or a client saying this happened, and she replies they dont do that so possibly what is being said didn’t happen).
This review is based on what I’ve read so far, hopefully i am wrong and my friend has a great time.
My review will change in time.

I found this tattoo shop near a year ago and I've been in awe ever since. The staff are so friendly, the tattoos artists are so talented and everyone is so professional. I 100% recommend this place to anyone!

My daughter is 16 years old. I was told to wait on the street while she attended her appointment. I am fully aware of the covid restrictions but they could have shown an ounce of humanity. As I waited other groups came and went with ease. Well never go back.

I did my tragus and conch pierced on both sides. Followed the instructions and came back for check up few weeks ago, because of a tragus infection on one side. A pharmacist prescribed me a topic ointment, however at Adrenaline they just said it was fine, I have to continue to do saline baths for my ear and after few minutes the check up was done. I started asking if there is a need to remove the jewelry or maybe change it, but the girl didn't really care. It will pass, whatever, next. Pretty disappointed, yes I understand that they are not doctors, but at least take your time to inspect and analyse the piercing. You guys ask us to come back for check up's, but you do not provide a service that you claim to offer.

It was a piercer that worked on March 6,2020 in the evening. I specified that my right tragus has infection and I removed the plaster to show it to the person.

My first experience with this place was super positive. The male piercer that day was very nice, gentle and accommodating. He painlessly changed my navel piercing and it was free of charge. Today i came in to change it since the bar was too long and the piercer who changed it (a blond woman) was rude, impatient and rough while changing it. She also made condescending comments and made me bleed. She made the process painful and I ended up losing the piercing. The front desk also wanted to charge me 10$. Will not return.

Artist know what they're doing and have good conversations with you while being professional and clean

Ma perceuse n’avait pas pris son temps et ne m’a pas expliqer se qu’elle allait faire. Je suis rester sur le siege pendant seulement 5 min avec mon nouveau perceur, j’y reste 30 min. Mon nouveau perceur m’a aussi informé que mon piercing n’a pas été bien fait. Ils n’étaient pas accueillants. Je sentais qu’ils voulaient juste se débarrasser de moi et que j’étais un poids.

I've went there 3x to get pierced and every time had issues with my piercing even after thoroughly following their aftercare instructions. I gave them the benefit of the doubt so that's why I went back but now I'm convinced that something is off with their piercings. Only reason im giving them 2 stars and not 1 is because they are very kind and want to help you (even if what they suggest doesn't work). Definitely going elsewhere for my piercings. But yeah, this is my personal experience so yours might differ.

Très déçu. Anneau de narine mal posé qui a fait en sorte que le trou s’est refermé. Aussi, certains membres du personnel ne parle pas français. En demandant quelque chose à une vendeuse, elle me répond brusquement ‘ Do you speak English? ‘ sans s’excuser de ne pas pouvoir me servir en français. Je n’y retournerai plus.

I live a little over an hour away from this location and i liked one of their artists work and decided to proceed to do a sleeve with him. Ive book over 8 appointments with this artist for consultation and tattoos. I had 4 other appointments canceled on me. The cancelation was done 15-20 mins before my appointment time, meaning i already spent money on my bus and metro and was 75% of the way there ONLY to turn all the way back. Today was the last draw and told them they would no longer get my service. GOD DAMN RIDICULOUS. My sleeve is half way done.didn’t even get to finish.

Went in for a smiley piercing and had an excellent experience. The shop was immaculate and the man was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The procedure itself went smoothly and the result is perfect. I felt I was in good hands. The shop itself also has a wide variety of jewelry for various piercings available for sale. The prices are also pretty reasonable. I would totally recommend this place.

J'ai acheter deux percings, qui m'ont donné une facture assez couteuse donc je m'attendais a plus de service en retour. J'ai porter attention seulement a mon nouveau percing qui lui était parfait mais mon deuxième achat qui n'était pas un nouveau percing était vraiment trop grand. Pourtant ils mont dit par téléphone que je pouvais l'essayer sur place et si ça ne fonctionnait pas que je pouvais l'échanger. Je ne vois pas la différence entre l'essayer dans mon oreille et qu'on puisse me l'échanger et non de revenir une heure plus tard et que ça ne fonctionne pas pour rectifier l'erreur. D'une façon ou d'une autre il aurait été dans mon oreille et il stérilise toujours le produit avant de l'appliquer donc je ne comprend pas pourquoi ce n'était pas possible. Vu qu'il est trop grand j'aurais également apprécier que le perceur m'en avise. Bref je travaille également au service a la clientèle et j'aurais apprécié une meilleure expérience.

I got my helix done from here and honestly it was such a good experience.the staff was so nice.the lady who did my piercing was so sweet.i was really nervous but she calmed me down.i really recommend this place if you want to get your piercings done.it is worth the price

If i could give 0 stars, i would still give the 1 just because everyone was friendly. Other than that, I hate my tattoo, so I am being generous.

I come from Toronto to get my tattoo done, even emailed the design days in advance so they could work on the stencil before I arrive. Once we came in, I had to show the picture for him to create the stencil on the spot. It came out nice.

Once the tattoo was done, I was told that they added extra lines to be more "artistic", which should have been discussed before it was tattooed on? I had given my arm a full month to heal before writing this review. What was supposed to be a simple, clean tattoo looks very sketched out, a bit thick, a bit shaky, and almost free-handed. As if there was no stencil. There are random unfinished and unecessary lines, random unecessary shading, and just a whole mess. I absolutely hate it, and may get it removed.
