AMAZING experience getting my 5-year old's ears pierced, with Jimmy and Lily. They pierced them at the same time, so it went really smoothly. Jimmy explained all of the cleaning and care, and was really helpful. Definitely will go back!

I went with my daughter, first for a consultation (with Lilly) and then for piercing with Jimmy. Both times the service was excellent. First we were given very detailed information about various options. Then, for the actual piercing, Jimmy was very reassuring and knowledgeable. My daughter was given very detailed after-care advice. The shop is very clean and spacious. Overall an excellent experience.

I got my nips pierced by Chris, and he did an AMAZING job. Could not be happier. Chris was fun and professional and made sure that the piercings were straight. I’ll be going back to Adrenaline for any future piercings and recommend going to Chris if you’re thinking of getting any yourself. He was also super accommodating to my friend.

Horrible place to get a piercing.or to get jewelry… I bought an industrial bar was told it was implant grade titanium because I’m allergic to surgical steel. They put the jewelry in. 1st photo is what my industrial looked liked before going to adrenaline and 2nd photo is after. I had to almost go to the hospital to get the jewelry cut out of my ear… thank god the other piercing shop was able to get it out.not to mention now I have a very bad infection … as well as when I went to adrenaline to talk to the manager they simply laughed and argued with me.don’t recommend this place

Got my nose piercing done today. Very professional and friendly people working there. The place has a good vibe to it.

I was very anxious about bringing my daughter to have her nose piercing. But the staff is beyond AMAZING! Jimmy is AWESOME! He was very kind through the entire process, explained everything very precisely and made us feel very confident about what we went to get done, he was not in a rush, very patient and has a calming voice that reassures you of the decision you’ve made.

Extremely friendly and clean professional environment. I went to get my 3rd lobe piercing and received useful advice on which earrings to pick and on placement. They also offer free checkups a few weeks after the piercing to make sure everything is healing well. The girl who pierced my ears, Megan, was super sweet and I didn’t even feel her pierce them and they healed perfectly without any pain at all. I’ll be going back for my next piercing for sure!

I got my earlobes pierced here awhile ago. I got charged 284$ for both ears. I was surprised and when I asked the girl why it was so bloody expensive she said that it is because the studs I chose are Swarovski crystals. If I would have known beforehand, I would not have chosen those as they are only temporary until my ears heal. I was really upset. The piercer was very nice and the place is clean. This is not my first time there. I also got my nostril and my septum pierced there on different occasions. Both of those piercings combined were less expensive than the earlobe piercings. All this to say that the price they charged is ridiculous and I would recommend getting pierced elsewhere if you want to save money. They could have at least gone over the cost of everything with me before hand. I could have asked, but since I had already been there and knew that they price range was acceptable, I assumed that it would be reasonable for earlobes as well. Very disappointing experience.

Had the most wonderful experience here! I had my nose pierced by Chris who was absolutely the most welcoming, and friendly person. Extremely clean, made me feel at home, and got the job done quickly. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

I called a Friday night with a piercing emergency, during a pandemic with a legal curfew in place, while they were fully-booked, and they squeezed me in between two appointments. The piercer was clearly knowledgeable, and he was professional, efficient, and actually very nice, too!

Terrible experience! I went in wanting a simple tattoo. ONE WORD. Regular font. It has been over a year and I hate it. The writing is thick when I asked for thin and even showed a picture of what I wanted. Letters arent even straight. What a disappointment to think i have to look at this everyday.

I went to get emergency earrings for my baby because we lost one. The store wasn't open yet (reduced hours because of covid). The store clerk was SO AMAZING she saw me waiting and opened up a bit early. I was waiting in my car. She was kind, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. They were really clean and followed every precaution for safety due to covid. I'm impressed and would go back.

My piercer was super friendly and funny, she made me feel at ease, i got 2 conch piercings and everything went well. She’s very sanitary and fast. My experience was 10/10!

Take my review with a grain of salt, because I feel like my experience was the exception. Everyone was extremely polite and courteous when I called, then scheduled an appointment. The lady on the phone was superb, and the tattoo artist I met with was well reviewed and pretty cool when we met.

I presented my idea for my tattoo and the artist (who I'm not naming because I don't want to hurt their business, again they're really nice people) told me to send them my idea by email. I asked if the artist could confirm that they received the email since the attachment was large. I also indicated my time frame was within 3-4 weeks as I wanted it done before my child was born.

I sent the email over, parroting my request for confirmation. I waited a few days with no confirmation of receipt. I called the shop and the same polite lady picked up the phone. She was super enthusiastic and professional, saying that the artist was in the middle of a session but she would have them send me a confirmation within 1 day. I could even hear the artist acknowledge her ask.

Unfortunately, that was the last time I heard from the shop. Since my timeline was reasonable but firm (again baby was to be born soon) I waited a week for a return call but never received one.

So in all I
- called for a consultation
- got one the same day, met with an artist
- presented my idea
- confirmed I'd hear back within a couple days
- Would have an appointment within a couple weeks
- Followed up by email
- Followed up by phone
- Never heard back, and shop did not meet agreed upon dates

Ultimately I had the tattoo done a few weeks later at XS across the street and if I were asked to give a recommendation, I would recommend the shop across St-Jean near Mr. Puffs.

They’re really great! Always take walk ins right away! They have good prices & explain well how to care for your piercing & do follow ups.

I went to Adrenaline for 2 tattoos over the weekend. It wasn't the first time I had been there and it has always been A+ service and quality. Abbie was very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable! The artist, Doug, did an amazing job.

Walked in to get my daughter's ears pierced (6 mths). I was conflicted because I read on online it could be traumatizing for babies. I worried. First we met Chris. He explained everything to us. He was very nice, reassuring, informative and straight forward. Then we met Jimmy whom my daughter was very comfortable with. He was very nice, also informative. I really appreciated him giving her the time she needed to adjust before proceeding. Everything was quick, clean and believe or not, it took my daughter about 5 seconds to move on. Literally! Felt great about the entire experience. I know it's a long review but as a parent: all details are important. I'll be seeing them again for sure!

My experience with Adrenaline was okay. It was not my first tattoo. The outcome of my small tattoo was nice but I felt like my artist rushed to get it done as soon as possible. They also pressed too hard at some points. The price was also a little high for how small it was.

I made an appointment with one girl (she apparently doesn't know what their policy is). Come to find out they gave my appointment away. Terrible customer service.

I truly do not recommend this parlour (for tattoos) and I especially do not recommend walk-ins. The artist did not disclose that he was an untrained apprentice, he blew out a line and pressed way too hard while tattooing, which led to severe bleeding for almost 24 hours. This artist also took advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding tattoos. I asked for a very fine lined tattoo done with a thin single needle and he assured me that was what I was getting, but as you can see, that is not what I got. Montreal is full of amazing artists, but the person who tattooed me definitely wasn't one of them. Just a reminder to always do your research and speak up when you feel uncomfortable.
