Horrible service, the lady was very rude and impolite, it took 3 phone calls with her talking over me, interrupting rudely, to convince her to answer 1 simple question. Better go elsewhere, bad bad bad clientele service

Très bonne expérience. La réceptionniste était très accueillante. La prise d'empreintes a duré 5 min et les frais sont très abordables.

I was informed that if my application wasn't updated after 6 business days, I had to do something else that I couldn't recall. After waiting 12 business days, I decided to call this agency to understand what to do and the agent was extremely rude and insisted that for the fact that yesterday was a holiday, it could take longer (in fact, the 12 business days I mentioned before obviously didn't included yesterday's holiday). Now I'm unable to understand what to do because they just will give me nonsense information, on top of being extremely rude. If I knew their modus operandi, I would have gone straight to the RCMP for my fingerprints. Avoid this place.

Five star service, I need it a background check done for immigration for the US government.
And it only took 5 days Plus it was Canadian Thanksgiving and there was a weekend in there it was extremely fast I would say that this place is reliable and convenient highly recommended.
The lady was charming knowledgeable and friendly. The background check was $60

Yes, it's far from Downtown, but it's worth it. Very quick, punctual, knowledgeable. They speak multiple languages and the location is easy to find on the second floor of the mall 5 minutes away from the metro station. Special thanks to Tatiana. J’ai rarement eu un rendez vous téléphonique aussi professionnel et efficace. J’ai demandé un rdv, la dame m’a donné un rdv le jour même, et m’a très bien expliqué les papiers qu’il me fallait, et n’a pas manqué de me l’expliquer à nouveau lorsque j’ai eu des doutes!

Une fois la conversation terminé avec le client au téléphone, on vous revient sans même s'excuser.
Faut croire que la politesse n'existe plus.

One of the few places in Montreal to take this kind of pictures and it's very far from everything. The young lady in the desk, it's really nice and efficient, but the older one who answer the phone. OMG, she really need to find happiness on her job.

I read other reviews and yes, the girl with the bad attitude has a very rude accent. Maybe she is the owner and she thinks that because of that she can be rude, precisely because it's really hard to find another place to go.

Fast, friendly ladies, cheaper than other places, small station but cool. There was no queue so it went by real fast!

Overall very good service. I did my RCMP and FBI checks here. The girl answered all of my questions and explained very well the process. They also did my FBI check here, filled out the forms for me. Excellent service, strongly recommend

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experience. The lady with the accent has to have the worst personality and attitude I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I do not recommend anyone going there ever.

The reception lady with an accent needs a bad personality check, extremely rude. We did not deal with them just because of how rude she was on the phone on answering a simple question on their services. If they want good business they should think about changing their recptionnist. Honestly that was superior rudeness!

If you ever need fingerprints, police clearance or whatever, this is the place to be. The service is swift, easy and affordable

This is only my personal experience and different people might have different opinion:
If you need a police certificate for the U. S, I cannot recommend this place. The lady who did my fingerprint in May, did not listen to what I was asking for and even though I was very clear about what is requested, she just told me: "I know my job and this is not my first time". In result, my police certificate was rejected because it was "non-certified", I told her that this is not what I was looking for, but she insisted that this is the ONLY FORMAT, which of course wasn't and my police certificate was rejected, however everyone else who had a different police certificate passed the interview with no problem.
I went back there last week and another lady did my fingerprint and even though I showed her a sample, she was sure that there is not such a thing, but fortunately she agreed to do it as I am asking, not as what they always do.
Finally I got my police certificate on Thursday and it's on correct format, but my time and money was wasted and I have to be apart from my wife longer, because of their mistake and unfortunately not even one small apology.
In my opinion, this is not how people deserve to be served in Quebec!

UPDATE:
I initially gave them 1 start because of the inconvenience and problem that their employee made for me, but after they replied that the person is no longer working there, I give them 3 stars now (I still ran into problems because of their employee, paid twice and have to apart from my wife, otherwise I would give them a better review), but I appreciate their willing to apologize.
Hopefully it doesn't happen to others:)
