Surfacturer.je suis en procédure.mais travail bien fait mais l on M avait dit 150 $ pour la première intervention déplacement + 100 $ de l heure. ça ne ressemble pas du tout à ça.

Worst company ever. Charge you for 2 people for an half an hour job. Owner needs to retire asap. You can't charge people without a quote and drop a 500$ out of the blue.

Furnice was leaking all over the basement and
AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave while I had family visting from the States. Trying to get someone the same day is like calling last minute to reserve a truck on July 1st moving day.
So I put in a call for an emergency request.
It was pricey but worth every penny at this point.
Receptionist was friendly and provided the proper details I needed.
The technician, Ghislain, was an absolute professional and wasn't afraid to get completely soaked and dirty.
Problem was fixed and he even gave tips to avoid future repairs.
Overall, a great experience, will recommend to anyone!

J'ai appelé pour une réparation et il m'ont simplement répondu qu'il ne prenait plus aucun rendez-vous pour des airs climatisé murale pour le reste de l'été alors que nous somme au début du mois de juin. Très mauvais service.

Service ordinaire, il on installer mon unité d air climatisé. Il avais pas la bonne fiche électrique donc il récupérer et jointé un restant de fil #14 alors que lappareil requis du #12. Et c'est que 1 ans plus tard que je me suis aperçu que l appareil avais un option de chauffage, qui lui a été complètement oublié de connecté par les techniciens sur mon thermostat.
À part cela, le travail était propre et les technicien était courtois.

Évitez les services d'Air Spécialiste!
J'ai appelé en juillet 2022 pour une AC murale qui ne fonctionnait pas. Ils sont venus 4 semaines après avec une facture de 350$ pour me dire que je dois changer le moteur de l'AC.
Après 6 suivis de ma part, ils sont revenus 5 MOIS PLUS TARD, en décembre, pour me changer le moteur: coût 1200$.
L'AC ne fonctionne toujours pas après le changement de moteur et le technicien, Patrice, me recommande de remplacer l'unité. Coût pour le temps de faire un nouveau diagnostic de changer l'unité: 300$.
Leur facturation est également frauduleuse avec des coûts "d'outils" pour 40$ pour utiliser leur propre tournevis. C'est complètement ridicule.
Les suivis de la gestionnaire principale Magdalena sont mauvais et BEAUCOUP TROP LONGS, c'est impossible de leur parler alors que les agents téléphoniques ne font que laisser un message sans que Magdalena ne retourne jamais les appels avant plusieurs semaines, et les techniciens tentent simplement de facturer le plus possible à chaque appel de service.
Je recommande fortement d'éviter cette compagnie.

Called them to fix my water-based central heating that they had serviced prior years. After 2 hours, they couldn't find what the issue was, and said I should replace the pump (that they had installed upside-down a year before).
Technician made me wait 15 minutes outside while they filled in the bill, and charged me 40$ for a piece of duct tape. They had me waiting for 7 days without heating before calling me back. I had to argue with them to prove that the pump was still under warranty.
I solved the problem myself - all I had to do was turn off and on the pump, and purge the radiators.
Either they are crooks, or they are blatantly incompetent.

The receptionist Is lovely and very very helpful, she managed to send me a technician in the following days and he was very professional too. Prices are expensive but not more than any other companies and the problem was solved in one day. I would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you:)

These clowns are the worst. Very long story short: ordered an AC unit which was promised to be delivered up to 8 weeks back in May. We expected it to be delivered in July or August. It came in JANUARY. We had to contact on multiple occasions for updates and they are never proactive about letting us know what's going on.
We've asked for some compensation, but they refused.
No one should be doing any business with these people.
