La pire compagnie d’aviation pour voyager de Paris à Montréal. Ils ont interdit de laisser ma valise cabine rentée dans l’avion, alors que c’est visiblement à la tête du client, surtout les équipes de Paris. Et au final ils ont cassé ma valise. On ne veut pas leur confier nos bagages et on a raison. Pas de service client à l’aéroport de à Montréal. Obliger de passer par le site web ou rien est simple. Service client inexistant. Tout est payant dans l’avion et les repas très mauvais. Ma société et nos clients n’utiliseront plus cette compagnie.

Service à la clientèle exécrable! Impossible d’enregistrer une 2e valise à plusieurs jours d’avis du voyage! On se fait dire que ‘l’avion est plein’ (alors que plusieurs billets sont encore disponibles pour notre vol!)

Nous voyageons avec un bébé et avons besoin de valise supplémentaire. AUCUNE aide de la part de transat malgré plusieurs appels! Aucune empathie pour une jeune famille avec bébé.

Compagnie à éviter!

Just read about Air Transat on CBC, they screwed an elderly couple out of their Ireland trip because of a name misspelled by the airline. I will not be flying these guys, give Douglas his money back, how can not reimburse an elderly couple for their trip and costs that they saved up so long for. Shame on you

MINABLE. Personnel désagréable, hautain. Pas la même taille de valise cabine que dans les autres aéroports, obligés d’enregistrer en soute seulement à Montréal alors que ça passe partout ailleurs.
Arrives avec un fauteuil roulant, ils ont fait passer tout le monde avant.
Il faut faire du tri dans le personnel.

Young employee tried to say my carry-on didn't fit. I explained it was a Samsonite Ecodriver, one of the most common bags in the world and it fit their form. Of course she gave attitude. Luckily a more senior employee recognized her error and let it pass.

Never ever fly with this service. Decent planes, horrible planning. They never leave the tarmac.

Delayed flight caused us a lot of troubles and the personal at the airport instead of helping us they called up security on us!
After an emergency landing and a wasted day in a foreign airport and a stinky hotel, we reached out to Montreal to find another surprise, they cannot put us on a plane to Toronto and suggested another hotel stay or else they will call security to get rid of us asap so other customers could not hear our struggle!
Bottom line never flying with you again and your sketchy airplanes. It seems to me that they keep flying their airplanes non stop until an issue comes up (isn't risky for passengers?). Well I might be wrong though as this is just an impression based on my experience with them.

My daughter is a young woman with a medical condition that causes her difficulties to get focused and fully concentrated.
She made a mistake with her reservation dates, which is too bad! After multiple phone calls, Transat refused to change the reservation. Myself and my daughter explained them that we as family made a huge effort to collect money for her to travel to Canada for Christmas. Now, because of her involuntary error with the dates, and also due to Transat’s refusal to act in a compassionate way, she won’t be able to be home for Christmas and in addition will lose all the money we collected with great effort. Sad

Sad to be leaving this review as I’ve flown with Air Transat many times and had a great experience. I was told by an agent to purchase a ticket while on the phone with them at the airport. I did as instructed but Air Transat’s team was unable to check me in on time, so I was unable to board and missed my flight. I was promised a refund by two separate agents on two separate calls. My complaint was dropped and denied without explanation. Very disappointed and frustrated by the lack of customer service.

Check-in et personnel de bord très corrects.

Service client au téléphone sans attente et efficace.

Vol Paris Montréal satisfaisant nourriture peu mieux faire.

Vol Vancouver Montréal sans divertissement c'était un peu long > Perte d'une étoile

Aucun soucis pour les bagages.

Je recommande cette compagnie par rapport à Air Canada sur l'expérience client

Hi,

I wanted to express my disappointment with a recent flight. I flew Air Transat flight number TS 2308 last week and expected in flight entertainment. My flight details specifically said “individual touch screen offering a wide array of entertainment options” (screenshot attached). To my surprise, there was no touch screen on the flight and I was quite disappointed to spend a 9 hour flight with no entertainment. This would definitely make me choose a different airline in the future. Is there anything that can be done to rectify this error?

Very good experience flying with Air Transat going to Athens and Coming back to Montreal. The food was like all the other planes. But no delays or luggages lost or anything. Great service on the plane. Will prefer them over Aircanada that’s for sure.

Payer 1300$ pour se retrouver entassés comme des sardines sur un vol Montreal -Toulouse sur lequel on ne peut rien changer, ou on se fait charger 90$ par bagages, ou le repas est congelé, où l'on entend toutes les 5min que air Transat est la meilleure compagnie en Amérique du Nord. Suffisant pour dire que nous ne remettrons jamais les pieds dans un avion de cette compagnie

Most disgraceful company in history and worst customer experience. Im a student and was traveling from Athens, Greece to Toronto. I was denied boarding without reason and I have a disability. They didn't book me another flight and left me stranded in Greece without enough money to book another ticket. I have the whole interaction on video and will be posting on Twitter.

En réalité c'est 0 étoile. J'ai effectué un vol de paris pour Montréal avec escale à Toronto, déjà une semaine j'ai pas reçu un bagage j'ai pourtant effectué un constat d'irrégularité dès mon arrivé. Aujourd'hui une semaine plus tard j'appelle le service de bagage pour savoir où ce trouve mon bagage, la dame en question me gronde en me demandant d'attendre le mail. Un service clientèle agressif et désagréable, je me demande si elle à reçue une formation. Bref si vous voulez avoir l'AVC aller chez eux.

Horrible airline! DO NOT BUY A TICKET WITH THIS USELESS AIRLINE. 2nd time flying with 2nd time lost luggage! No regional office, no one answered the phone, no help at all. 3 week vacation, no clothing to wear, lost my car rental waiting for baggage that didn't show, had to re-rent a car costing twice as much. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!

Terrible airline. Baggage check in at YUL took forever. Waited in line for 1
5 hours and didn't get close, I was gonna miss my flight, so got rushed to the counter, paid the fee for my bag, but they never sent it. Now I can't get a hold of anyone who can tell me where it is, or when I'll get it. Will never fly with them again, just awful.

After flying with dozens and dozens of airlines, I have no doubts that air Transat is the worst. Yesterday, my flight was delayed 3h30min. Obviously everyone was upset and there were some ladies complaining bc after the 3h delay they kept us waiting on the airplane. Everything went really bad when the flight attendant Marc that was onboard the flight TS0121 came to talk to the 60yo lady that was sitting next to me like he was in a bar fight, yelling and shaking. It was one of the hardest thing to watch. He said the door was still open and she could get out of the airplane and if she kept complaining he would take her out of it. He was clearly having serious anger management problems and we were all surprised to see a flight attendant with such an unprofessional reaction. And as this was not enough, the other flight attacked Karen, very convenient name, came a couple minutes later to lash out at the lady that at this point was just sitting quiet. At this point I had to entertain and I raised my voice and said they were giving an attitude to a costumer and on top of that it’s a 60yo lady that deserves respect above anything. As a response, me and the lady were mistreated the entire flight. They skipped us on offering food for purchase, a third crew skipped when collecting my trash and the WORST was when we were landing and I was *sleeping* with my chair reclined. I never had a cabin crew pressing the back reclining bottom without the passenger even seeing it in a aggressive rude way and having her arm crossing the face of the other passenger way too close to be accidental. I definitely think the cabin crew should be drug tested and go trough a better selection process.

Do not book at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would. My wife and I had a flight booked. It was rescheduled without us knowing to a date we could not travel on. Air transat would not let us reschedule our flight and informed us there would be a $200 cancelation fee. Only email notification we received about our flight change was in French. The flight is in August as well this is not a last minute cancelation on our end.

This is criminal behavior someone needs to hold this airline accountable for their corruption and lack of any moral or business standards.

I booked a +$3500 trip with Airtransat last night. Called CS immediately. Waited an hour and hung up, thinking I'll call tomorrow. We are now tomorrow. I have been on call waiting with them for almost 6hours now!

I've always used other airlines in the past. Thought I should try Airtransat this time and they had a slightly better price. But this is beyond ridiculous. I am actually wondering if they HAVE a customer SERVICE department.

I am NEVER EVER booking anything thing with them again!

My biggest fear.is that during our trip something happens and we actually need to reach Airtransat. I guess I'll die in the tropics before someone answers my call.

We booked our vacation package with Air Transat online to Varadero Cuba and called to book airplane seats because we have one year and half baby with us…
The trip was organized and the staff of Air Transat are very friendly and helpful…
However, the seats booking in the airplane is useless, we paid more than 100 CAD to end up sitting in non comfortable seats… don’t ever waste your money booking seat on this airline because it is useless…. I lost all the relaxation I had in Varadero in the way back in the airplane holding my baby into my arms…
