Amazing service! We had 4 alarm companies quote us for our industrial building. The first 3 just wanted to try and convince us that our existing equipment had to go. Doven was honest and assured us that not only can they use our existing equipment they added an app which was included in their already very competitive monitoring. I will not have to shop around again next alarm system. I am even switching my home alarm to them as well.

Mon système d'alarme était défectueux, un de leurs techniciens est venu réparer le problème. Fonctionne comme si c'était tout neuf!

Le calcul est simple.

The 8 good reviews are obviously friends and family. The initial installation the technician didn’t have a ladder with him therefore he couldn’t completely install the equipment properly. He came back a few weeks later finished the installation and left without explaining the alarm pad and or if all the functions are working. Since the install twice I had to leave and couldn’t arm the system. I called the owner and asked if the STAY function had been programmed. He said he had no idea and that if I want a technician to come and see if the functions are programmed I need to pay for a service call. WORST SERVICE, WORST COMPANY.
