Came here as part of MTLàtable. Elegant presentation n friendly service. We enjoyed the Lisbon style shrimp and the desserts in particular.

Mon coup de coeur. Meilleur restaurant visité dans la dernière année. Mon conjoint a pris l'assiette de fruits de mer à partager, j'ai pris la morue, quelle délice, et ma fille le saumon. Aldea, un incontournable à revisiter.

The service is excellent, even with the house fully booked, they managed to squeeze us in. The wine suggestion was perfect, and affordable, considering the price of wine in Canadian restaurants.

This is one of the best Portuguese I have had in a long time. Food is a bit less intricate than you would get at Helena or Ferreira, but just as tasty and very authentic. Service is great and prices are very reasonable! Mixed starters, lamb, seafood rice, duck risotto, were all excellent!

Might just be my favorite top tier real Portuguese restaurant it's a small and cozy restaurant with kind and joyful staff.

This was a last minute option as I had never heard about Aldea before it was promoted on the MTL A TABLE events offered throughout the city so I was not sure what to expect.well I was very pleasantly surprised.

This is a classic Portuguese style restaurant, nicely decorated, warm, inviting with super engaging services. We were greeted with large smiles and seat almost immediately upon arriving. The seat space is relatively small and closely packed with approximately seating for 35-40 people in total.

Although we could have ordered from the a la carte menu we took advantage of the MTL A TABLE deal.a 3 course meal for only $55. We had excellent Lisbon-style shrimp and a tasty green salad for our first service. The mains include a large lamb shank and maple baked salmon with walnuts (it was very good but I am not sure the Portuguese connection with that dish). Both were excellent. Dessert was flan and chocolate mousee.also very good.

Overall we had an excellent time, service was extremely quick and efficient and we strongly recommend as a nice pleasant date night locale.

Resto portugais avec cuisine raffinée, service courtois et belle ambiance. Bémol: prix élevés le soir. Pour se faire plaisir entre amis! Situé au coeur du plateau. Peu de stationnement.

J'ai adoré ce restaurant! C'est très bien décoré, très propre et la nourriture est déliceuse et avec des produits frais. Tout le staff était très accueillant et à l'écoute. Je conseille vivement cet endroit!

We (party of 3) had a Friday evening meal here. Service was excellent as well as the wine suggestion by waiter. 2 of us shared a seafood platter. I would have preferred some scallops & less clams/mussels. The other party had a steak which she said was very good. Restaurant was quite full by the time we left. I would rate it 4.5.

This is definetly one the best restaurants offering supper good seafood portuguese style. Sangria was very good as well as the Porte

Incredibly good service, the food is good, albeit a little over cooked/grilled, but very traditional to the Portuguese cuisine.
The staff is awesome, and is definitely one of the reason we'll go back, the wine card offers an good selection for the food menu; and they have a good selection of digestive or "dessert" alcohol that are not on the list

We had an amazing experience. Started with a smooth online reservation process, than we were greet by our name at the door and the table was already ready. Great $60 wine, with options starting at $40. I had an amazing and fresh lobster ($37) and great fried sardines ($9). Service was excellent from start to end. The food was so good that we did not have time to take pictures!

Amazing discovery! The caldo verde and bolinho de bacalhau are really good. Must try it. Fish plates are cook in perfection. We will be back for sure.

Amazing food and great service. It was a pleasure going out again and at such a great restaurant. The food was tasty, well cooked and menu has a lot of options. The service was great, the waiter was welcoming, made us feel at home and well taken care of. I highly recommend Aldea and will definitely be back!

Beautiful, intimate restaurant with incredible food and really warm service. Had the mussels (the sauce is one of the most flavorful things I've ever tasted) and their surf and turf dish, and I was happy with everything. Will definitely go back

The food delicious and the service is great. Please stop by and try it! We orderes 3 0lawa fish of the day, arroz de marisco y Bitoque a Portofuesa and cold Super bock Portuguese beer.and.can't complain about anything. I give them 5 star and I recommend them a bit of work on their interactions.
