They didnt have my size so i ordered shoes in store to get delivered. Never got the shoes (shipping label created but never picked up by UPS?) and they wanted me to go back in store to get my refund. (?) Didnt even get an update that they lost the shoes. Learned my lesson, stick to Browns

Excellent service ce weekend! La jeune dame Agnès a été excellente! Très douce, très attentive et gentille! Le corps d'un mannequin et la personnalité d'un Ange! Il a longtemps j'ai pas reçu un aussi beau service.cette jeune dame ira loin dans vie. Jsuis un client regulier du Aldo depuis 2 ans et je continuerais d'y retourner pour recevoir cet excellent service. Merci Aldo

Je suis passée au Aldo pas l’accessoire, l’autre avec plus d’options au carrefour Laval. J’ai été servi pas la gérante Marie-loup yeux bleus et cheveux blonds. Service à la clientèle terrible! Tu gardes ton attitude chez toi quand tu viens servir les gens. J’ai acheté des bottes avant hier, ils sont petits et je suis venue pour prendre une grandeur plus grande. Elle a refusé de me les échanger à la porte! Les bottes sont en parfaite condition je les aime beaucoup, portée une seule fois dès qu’ils m’ont fait mal je les ai enlevé. La fille être gérante d’une magasin et avoir la tête dans le ciel avec une tell arrogance ne donne pas vraiment envie d’y retourner chez Aldo alors que je suis cliente depuis des années. Très déçue d’avoir été passée la.

Les associés du magasin carrefour Laval sont très portés sur le client, ils ont été au petit soin durant mon passage de bons conseils, bravo équipe magasin carrefour Laval et merci

Aldo = Voleur.
Les employés m'ont soit disant commandé les souliers dans un autre magasin pour ensuite venir prendre ma commande. LA j'ouvre la boite et je vois que ce sont les mêmes souliers vue ne magasin 2 semaines plutôt. La gérante m'offre 10% + VENTE FINALE. C'est une vraie blague mon article n'est plus dispo nulle part. J'ai reçu le pire service à la clientèle. La gérante nous a laissé poiroter 2 heures de temps dans la magasin avant de venir nous voir. Pire service. (18 - Janv-19)

They have je worst customer service. The district manager doesn’t do the follow ups and she ignores the complaints. Aldo is company that frauds their clients and they’re ok with that. They will lie to you straight in your face and they won’t be sorry. I had the worst customer service ever. Bottom line just don’t buy with them, they have bad after sales policy.

Less than 1 star, the customer service was HORRIBLE from someone called LAURIE, she's the WORST! I entered and she didn't say hi, nor if I needed something, then I asked her for the size, and she literally throw me the shoes box without saying anything. Never going there again!

Je suis entré et elle n'a pas dit bonjour, ni si j'avais besoin de quelque chose, alors je lui ai demandé la taille, et elle m'a littéralement jeté la boîte à chaussures sans rien dire. I always visit this place and always think the same: service is very good and I love the variety of shoes. Went two weeks ago to realize that the shoes I was looking for, were on sale, so my daughter and me bought the same model, different colors. Amazing!

I like shoes from Aldo and usually I am happy with their service. But my experience in THIS SHOP was totally upsetting.
The pair that I wanted was out of stock, so I ordered to have them delivered by post. The girl who took my order was so unpleasant. I am used to speaking in French, so I talked a bit slower in English (she is English speaker), she showed so much impatience when I was telling her my address (no smile at all of course).
Well that’s fine, the worst thing happened later. When I just received the mail about the expedition, I just saw the city and the postal code were totally wrong.with three spelling errors in my names.
Then I called the shop, and I was just told to call the ALDO client service (they did not care a little bit).
'So what is the number should I call, please? '
'Oh you have to find yourself, it must be a number begins with 800. '
Well.

GARBAGE SERVICE! It’s all children hanging out with friends here, no managers, no control! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at Aldo. Never going to buy from ALDO again.

Aldo is full of good looking shoes and accessories at an affordable prize. You notice that these are not precisely luxury items, but they look fairly nice and you know they'll be useful for a while. This store also has a great selection of bags for this season (Winter/Spring 2017), but when I asked the sales guy about the material, he frowned upon me and said this: "Synthetics. You won't find an authentic leather bag at 65 dollars". He totally killed my interest, so I grinned him back and got out of there.
