Leurs services à la clientèle c'est de la m.e. R.de, après 4 jours d'attente ils ont annuler ma commande sans prétexte que le produit est en rupture de stock alors que l'article est disponible en vente sur leurs site web à ce moment là, la réponse de la personne dans le chat 'Andish' est d'une négatives.

Today I bought a bag from this store, the lady was too rude there! I just put a bag in its place back face by mistake and she told me in a disturbing way that i have misplaced everything! She was not nice at all, she is there to help with these. I will never go back to this store because of her!

Très mauvaise expérience client. Je me déplace au magasin pour retourner une commande faite en ligne. Les vendeuses n'ont pas été capables de reprendre la paire. Elles m'ont conseillé d'aller aux autres magasins de centre ville ou bien de renvoyer par la poste.j'étais venue pour éviter ça!

My experience at the Aldo accessories store at the Montreal underground city was okay. The store however didn't have a lot of options to choose from. Saddest part was after buying all I could find and paying, I realised a bigger Aldo store was just next door. The service was great tho, the lady at the counter was very helpful, although she didn't tell me there was a bigger store next door.

C'est toujours un plaisir de magasiner au Aldo du Centre Eaton. Le personnel est très gentil et professionnel, particulièrement la gérante, je l'apprécie beaucoup! Service rapide et très amical.

J'ai accompagné ma fille pour acheter un sac noir qu'elle voulait offrir. Le. Sac est beau. Cependant, le Service était nul. La Vendeuse nous a laissées et est partie se promener à son retour nous avions attendu pendant quelques minutes pour payer.grande et mince. Aucun sourire

Rude service. They treated my friend like she lied about return thing. I bought accessories there as a gift for my friend. I was told it's ok to exchange or return if it doesn't fit. My items have full-price tag. My friend's fingers don't fit one set of rings, so she came to the store to return or exchange it. The associate denied her request and stated that their return policy changed and they're no longer accept return for accessories. I and my friend wouldn't bother to come if we were explained well about policy. But why did they give us the wrong info and then act like we lie about it? We are upset about it and thought of letting it go. But because of their attitude, I have to public this review.

Le vendeur parlais un peu français mais ne le comprenait à peine. Il n'a jamais verifier s'il y avait la grandeur et le modèle que je cherchais, dans un autre magasin.

People are friendly and provide great recommendations. Ended up purchasing 3 pairs of shoes.

Mauvaise expérience de service à la clientèle dans cette succursale Eaton lors du retour pour échange d’un article qui clairement avait un défaut de fabrication. On m’a repondu avec agacement que j’aurais vérifier l’article avant de l’acheter, que rien ne prouvait que ce n’etait pas moi qui l’avait endommagé Heureusement, une autre boutique Aldo sur Ste-Catherine me l’a échangé avec le sourire.il faut croire que toutes les succursales ne se valent pas.

They always think someone is stealing like ew no one is trying to steal 20$ earnings honey.get real the store is LITTERLY the size of a bathroom.
