Great Service! Matt and Pat were awesome throughout the process. Taddeo Auto was the only dealer that I didn’t feel pressured at and agreed to give me winter tires in the middle of November. So that saved me a headache! They were also willing to negotiate my trade in vehicle to we’re both parties were happy! 110% recommend I am very happy with my 2017 Tiguan!

What a great experience! I had an issue with my newly purchased car and they brought a courtesy car to my house and fixed everything so quickly. Personnel incompétent ou indifférent, pas capable de me donner de l’information, réponse vague à mes questions. Alors je suis aller acheter mon Alpha Romeo à Montréal à la place.
Ces gens ne mérite même pas de travailler-là!

Was about to purchase a mazda cx-30 from them for my father 72 years old. I tell Marc-Andrè i wanted something reliable it would probably be his last vehicle offered to leave a deposit. He told me we would finalize it tomorrow. Day after no call! I call him and im told it was sold. No word i will never deal with this place. Karma teaches us all in the end. Ps signed him a 2023 for 4 k more than your overpriced used. Thanks for wasting my time and stressing out a 72 year old man. Hopefully the market will change and sales people like you will learn.
Response! When i offered to leave a deposit it wasn’t sold! I was told it was not necessary! So nice try at trying to avoid the error, lack of professionalism, but if i can save one client alone from being mistreated then my review has done what it was intended to do. Respect people and stop treating them like numbers. Food for thought

J'ai été reçu par Loic! II a su me mettre en confiance, je n'ai ressenti aucune pression et il a même amené mon véhicule pour le faire inspecter dans un autre concessionnaire puisque j'habite loin. Il m'a offert les pneus d'hiver et d'été neuf. Il s'agit d'une entreprise très honnête avec des réponses RAPIDES. Merci!

Pas très intéressé à compléter les ventes on dirait. Après lui avoir envoyé les photos sur ma voiture pour savoir sur la valeur d'échange. Le directeur André ne m'a jamais revenu avec une réponse à ma demande. Ne perdez pas votre temps avec ce que concessionnaire.

Submitted my trade in info and pictures through email to Andre but never got a return as I was ready to close the deal with him for a Stelvio. Not even a confirmation. I end up leasing a Stelvio TI Sport 2021 at John Scotti.

I didn't want to go because their last reviews but they got the car I so want and I can't find anywhere! Finally I learned than the owner of the dealer just change and it was a good surprise!
The buy process was amazing and I still so love my car, no problems on it!

Méfié vous! Surtout sur les voitures d'ocasion il mon volé 500$ je vais le revoir avec la protection du consommateur mais ça reste une perte de temps et il on rit de moi je suis très sérieux
