Very much unsatisfied with the service! Waited for almost two months for an appointment and suddenly had a call from the doctor's office that my appointment is cancelled due to the doctor's vacation for the whole month of July and I have to wait for another two months for the next appointment. The staff is rude and speaking very abruptly.

Dr. Balbul was great. My review is for the staff. Grumpy! I get it, you hate your job. That doesn't make it ok to shake your head at an elderly client for not being able to hear you and your repeated questions. Your unacceptable attitude has rubbed off on your regular clients. One thought it was ok to comment "why does this place look like tiny Tots" (aimed at my kids who I had to take with me. Would it have been better if I left them in the car? Home alone?)
Have some compassion, consideration, empathy, sympathy, kindness?

Dr. ALFRED BALBUL is the only Dermatologist that i know who could fix my eczemas. I saw 3 others before him who were prescribing me cremes that weren’t even working

I have been seeing Dr. Balbul for a very long time on and off and only when I needed to see him with my doctors referral. He has always been very good with me and I have nothing to complain about, he is one of the best in his field when doctors couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my skin it took Dr. Balbul 3 seconds to tell me what it was. Thank you Dr. Balbul for all your help and I know your looking at retiring soon if so, well deserved. As for those who complain about his rudeness, if at all, you must be the kind of patients that he sees that are petty continue to complain about everything and anything because it doesn’t go your way or that your feelings are hurt well to you I said get over it if we had more doctors like that about more things would run more smoothly and faster. He doesn’t have time to babysit you. He’s got serious patients to see, so get over yourselves

I've seen Dr. Babul infrequently for many years and he's always done a good job of treating my ailements, although I've never been fond of his bedside manner (abupt, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5). Recently, he removed a wart under my eye and did a great job (was careful, got it all, no scarring, didn't damage eye or skin).

I am very pleased with the staff and the doctor. Dr Alfred took the time to explain things to me. Thank you Dr. Balbul for this excellent consultation.

From the understanding receptionist to the ultra competent doctor, I could not be more pleased.

If I could I would give this doctor a minus 1. His staff is rude, uncaring, unhelpful and dismissive. The doctor does NOT speak on the phone himself so it is impossible to correct any problems. He loves treatments that require cash payments only. If you have a RAMQ issue, don't bother. Cash machine doctor. Staff are terrible.

He is quick, blunt and gets straight to the point (could come off as rude or rushed) but the results are always amazing

I went to Dr. Balbul to get his opinion on a few moles I had on my back, he quickly examined them and said they were benign.

When i asked if we could have them removed for cosmetic purposes, he agreed.

The procedure took about 4 minutes and we chatted the whole time to distract me of any pain while injecting the local anaesthesia. He then scraped the moles with a special tool, showed me how to take care of the wounds and that was it.

He seemed to be in a hurry but that's understandable because 4 other patients were waiting outside. He wasnt rude at all though, and took the the time to answer all my questions.

The only downfall is that you have to book an appointment literally 3 or 4 months in advance

Il ne désire même pas une étoile, lui et sa secrétaire. La dernière fois, je lui ai dit que je vais prendre accutane. Il m’a dit oui, mais il faut faire une prise de sang pour savoir si tu peux le supporter ou pas. J’ai fais la prise de sang, après j’ai appelé sa secrétaire pour savoir quand le résultat sort. Elle m’a dit une semaine. Je lui ai appelé après une semaine, elle me disait que le résultat va prendre un mois! De plus, elle me dit que Dr. Balbul a dit que je peux le prendre. Quand je lui ai demandé comment je peux le prendre si le résultat n’est pas encore sorti, elle me disait ok alors attend un mois. Je ne comprends pas vraiment ce que lui et sa secrétaire essayent de faire, mais vraiment ne pas aller chez lui, c’est un conseil. Sa secrétaire est la personne la plus impolie du monde, de plus, elle me disait que c'est mon visage et non pas le sien, alors si je veux je peux attendre un mois. Quelle réponse!

Je m’appelle houda je recommande ce dermatologue dr bulbul il a beaucoup d’expériences il est accueillant et je l’ai recommandé à mon amie qui a un problème de peau.

Dr. Balbul m’a rencontrée ce matin, a pris le temps de me questionner, de m’examiner les zones affectées (eczéma) et de me conseiller. Il est rapide mais extrêmement efficace et consciencieux.

Dr Alfred Balbul is genius, he knows what he's talking about, he explains everything to you, it's my third time visiting him. I had this skin condition for 14 years, I saw several dermatologists in Montreal and Toronto, nobody knew what I had, few years ago I visited Dr Balbul and within few seconds he told me to use a cream that I paid $109 at the pharmacy and 5 days later my condition vanished after 14 long years.
