Pire expérience client, première fois que j'essayais leur caisse libre-service tellement pas une bonne technologie!

I wish there was more selection of birthday cakes and also an option to put edible pictures on the cakes.
Some of the cakes there expired that day with no discount.

Nous venons de déménager à l'Ouest de l'Île de Montréal (Hudson). Nous étions contents de trouver un Metro à Vaudreuil car nous étions habitués à cette bannière à notre ancienne adresse à NDG / Montréal et nous aimions le système de points et de chèque cadeau. Au début, le magasin nous offrait une section bio avec un assez bon choix de produits sans gluten. Dernièrement, ils ont démantelé la section bio et nous ne retrouvons presque plus les produits qu'il nous faut. À croire que cet établissement ne voit pas les tendances pour les produits bio. Leur concurrent IGA à Vaudreuil l'a pourtant très bien cernée, cette tendance. Aussi, nous allons donc déménager nos achats. Désolée pour Métro mais leur manque de vision (et de service) nous aura convaincu de ne plus leur donner nos $.

Vraiment décevant. Aucun service disponible à partir de 20: 00 (boucherie qui refuse de servir car fermeture, juste caisses en libre service…) S’il n’y a plus de service apres 20: 00, fermez à cette heure.

Nice grocery store with plenty of choice, my only two issues are this place is costlier and fruits & vegetables are hit and miss quality wise.

Épicerie est bien entretenu, bien stocké malgré la pénurie de certain produits. En général, c'est notre épicerie de choix.

J’ai utilisé le service en ligne. Les instructions sont clairs et la procédure est rapide pour récupérer les courses. Rien a dire.

J aurais aimer qu on me dise par courriel la date et l heure de la livraison comme c était à Montréal

Produits manquants on ne nous offre pas de substitut pour moi c est une lacune

This Metro location is very clean and well laid out. The people on the floor are very helpful and will help you out if needed. Produce is generally in very good condition and fresh. If there is one improvement that is needed, that would be the front line staff at the cash. They never say hello or thank you, good bye, etc. An improvement in that department would have earned Metro a 5 star rating.

I usually do not pay attention to the store, but I do pay attention to the expiration date on products. Please be careful when you buy dairy products there, especially milk. Last week I bought lactose free milk with expiration date of july 19, and I opened it today to find the milk is spoiled. Maybe is my fault for buying milk close to expiration date, but still I assume milk should be good.
There should be extra attention of how they store the dairy products especially on summer.

Lots of parking located close to other stores and the highway. Shelves were well stocked with a variety of products although I had to wait quite a while in line at checkout overall I would shop there again

I am disappointed. I bought a cream of mushroom from the brand Première Moisson yesterday (19 july). Ended up with major diarrhea only to find out the fresh soup was expired since May 12th! Over 2 months ago. I just went back to tell them, they reimbursed me the the 7 dollars which I really don’t care about and when I told them expired food is a public health hazard (granted I should have checked the date), they agreed but that was that. I asked if the owner was around and no. I have worked in infectious diseases in the past, Bacterial infection is no laughing matter.

Très mauvais service ne surtout pas utiliser commande en ligne à ce magasin on met n’importe quoi dans l’épicerie sous prétexte que ce qui a été demandé n’était pas disponible et j’ai reçu des fruits pourrie de plus il a fallu j’attende 40 minutes pour qu’on prépare mon épicerie je l’aurai fait moi-même plus vite

Decent-sized metro that has all the essentials and most of the hard-to-get items, although these tend to go quickly. Ive had to come back after a couple days to get salted herbs, soup bones, semolina flour, etc.

Très déçu d'avoir des caisses ou nous passons nous même la commande qui est très long, à cause de cela il n'y a qu'une caisse d'ouverte avec caissière et j'ai attendue 10 min.avant de passer. Conclusion, ça retarde au lieu d'aller plus vite.

This is by far the best looking Metro I have ever seen and if I had to transfer to a different Metro to work at. This would be my number 1 pick.

Big clean store and has variety of items. The quality is very good but price is higher then other stores so if you'd like to buy your grocery from metro, you should look to their flyer first.

Congratulations for the efficiency of all the staff in this great period of confinement. My orders have been filled and.delivered in record time. They are courteous and so pleasant to deal with. It's a up market supermarket, the product range is good, staff helpful, prices are a little higher than some of the other supermarkets, however this is made up for with the quality of the food.

Franchement, vous avez refusé de me vendre des saucisson sec "passé date" et vous les avez jettez à la poubelle devant moi!
Vous représentez tout ce qui va mal dans la grande distribution!

Best grocery store in the area.
Top notch butcher with on site dry aged meat, fresh bakery, deli counter and great fish & seafood counter as well.
Health section, bio, organic, gluten free etc.

Always had great service from the staff as well.

Bon choix bon prix et personnel sympathique.

Very nice inviting food offerings. Large choice of fresh vegetables, meats, cheeses as well as frozen foods. No need to shop elsewhere. Recommended!

Vraiment déçue ça fait déjà plusieurs fois que j y vais pour prendre des mets préparés parce que j ai terminé de travailler plus tard et Il ne reste plus rien entre 17: 30 et 18: 00.
Faut croire que les gens de Vaudreuil soupent terminent très tôt de travailler.
En tous les cas là c était la dernière fois.

Fantastic Metro location. Very modern with a huge selection of organic, vegan options. I like that they have lots of meats that are no antibiotics. They also have fruit and veggie platters freshly made that are reasonably priced. Lots of selections of different brands. Can also collect metro points for savings.

Depuis ce printemps, je lui attribue la coche de POURRI. Les excuses remplissent une encyclopédie. Jeudi matin les spéciaux commencent. Nous devons travailler afin de faire notre épicerie, donc après une journée de travail, nous arrivons à 18: 00 au Métro Smart Center (Vaudreuil). ET ça commence: le camion est pas arrivé, pas reçu la livraison de l'entrepot. Le boucher est disponible jusqu'à 20: 00 mais 18: 15 peut pas te servir p.c. Q.il est entrain de laver son équipement (durée de 45 min.selon ces dires), Un autre soir il en a pas de boucher. Il manque facilement 2 spéciaux annoncés par semaine. Nous sommes pas contents, nous devons aller ailleurs. Je veux pas être mesquin mais l'ile de Montréal vous a donné des clients mais votre aptitude, votre mentalité de campagnard n'a pas sorti de vous chers administrateurs!
P. S.: Achetons local, par ici c'est une farce!

Bon marché, bon service. Les caissières sont gentilles et l'on trouve ce que l'on cherche! J'y vais souvent pour mes achats

I came here just because they have better quality bread than Walmart, as they're freshly made here. I never shop here, because you're getting the same products that you would at Super C, but for something like double the price. The prices of their seafood are outrageous. They also treat their employees like trash.
