Very well stocked store for people looking for biologic products. There is anything you can imagine, even good service.

This is my go-to store for my health-conscious purchases. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If the store does not carry an item they will look into it.

I Love this place, people are so friendly and helpful, and if they don't have the supplement you're looking for, they will order it for you, if they can.

I live in the area and enjoy shopping at this store. Every food store should be loaded with organics. They have a nice selection and Sabrina is very knowledgable, helpful, and kind.

Love this store. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. If I go in with a question I always come out with an answer and one I trust.
Store is clean and well laid out although squishy due to the pandemic.

Very grateful to have this resource in our community-natural products, bulk foods, etc.and the ability to place special orders for things is really useful.

I have been coming to Fleurs Sauvages for well over 30 years for the excellent bulk foods, supplements and wide variety of herbs and medicinal plants which are difficult to find elsewhere. As a smaller independent store the prices are a little higher but the quality is worth it. I also like the up to date varieties of gluten -ree and vegan pastas, cheeses, veggie pates etc.and there is always a small supply of good fresh produce.
I've always enjoyed the atmosphere, slightly reminiscent of the hippy 60s and 70s and the friendly staff.which is ongoing despite new ownership since the original owner's passing a couple of years ago.
They are handling pandemic shopping safely and comfortably too.

My goto store for raw sauerkraut, tea, vitamins, and more. Easy to order online and pickup. Friendly helpful staff.

This is the second time this happens:

There was a price discrepancy between what was asked for at the cash and the advertised price on the shelf, which happens.everyone makes mistakes. I asked them if they knew about the quebec consumer protection law which says that in this scenario i am entitled to 10$ off. They said no and ignored what i informed them about.

They’re not bad people but this is bad business practice. I just hope other people aren’t paying more than expected on already highly prices items.

EDIT: The owner has quickly dealt with the issue and has reimbursed me the correct amount for the two times I was overcharged. I hope that they modify their system to reduce the amounts of these incidents and educate their employees on customers' protections. Thank you! I have regained trust in their store which is why I raised the rating from one star to four stars.

Avec les changements apportés avec la COVID-19, le magasin apparaît mieux organisé quand on y entre et plus propre dans la vente des produits en vrac. J’apprécie les sacs déjà préparés.
Le seul bémol est le service à la caisse. La caissière qui s’adresse en anglais à la cliente malgré des interactions en français de la part de la cliente. Ceci a été mon expérience la dernière fois que j’y suis allée avec cette personne mais il reste à vérifier si cela sera une nouvelle tendance dans le futur. J’espère que non.

I love it, finally I found products rare to find in other stores, they have great selection of quality products, store is very clean and safe, they have a touchless quality disinfectant at the entrance.employees are nice and friendly. Absolutely this is my store.

None of the staff was wearing masks.
I only come this store when I have urgent needs, because the Internet shopping has better price and clean products. (I saw dust accumulating in the products)
And if you guys don’t want me to look around supplements, put the sign and be nicer please.
The blonde woman like Manager acted to makes me feel so uncomfortable.

I don't often post reviews. I just have to say the staff seem to actually have a lot of off days. I feel that when a customer walks in they should be greeted with a smile. I also noticed some confusion at the cash over pricing that could have been solved with simple mathematics. I was also ringed up with the wrong pricing and met with rolling eyes when I had to make corrections.

I am a natural soap and cosmetic maker as well as cook who always shop locally. Not to be a bother by saying this but, not all health nuts wear granola colors and have Birkenstocks. I advise you all including the manager try to show a little more respect to customers. To the manager your employees look up to you. Lead them with sincerity and integrity. We see you.

I love shopping here. Prices are good and the fruits and vegetables don't rot the next day because they're organic. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff, great selection and competitive prices.

Nice place, but stock is sometimes limited. Some of the staff members are very helpful, others are less experienced but nice.

Fairly wide selection of 'natural' products for such a small store, good quality items, but you will pay the price for quality.

The woman with brown hair in her 35-45s who works with the supplements is super rude. She is the reason why I don't shop there anymore.

I like the selection. And the staff have been pleasant with me, but every time my boyfriend goes there to get me something specific there is one older staff member in particular that is always rude and giving my boyfriend attitude. This has happened every single occasion that I send him and do not go myself. I can only surmise that it is either racism or pure uncalled for rudeness. Either way if this behaviour happens ONE more time I will cease to be a customer. I purchase things there every other week. So if they do not want to lose consistent sales I suggest the owner deal with this matter personally.

Selection is amazing only basing myself on that it would be a five star. However I have never had a staff member ask me if I needed help and when I've asked them it feels like I am bothering them. But a must go to for the products available

They are the real deal! They have been around for a very long time and they are not about food or lifestyle trend but truely about health and advice

Extremely rude staff. I've gone in three times wanting to get advice on which vitamin D would be best, but no one even acknowledges that I am there. Every time that I go in the staff are huddled chatting with their heads down, not even bothering with a hello. Also, when I go to pay no one says hello, and again their heads are down. Like what is this? An extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

Terrible place.far too much space given to so-called remedies. I can never find what I want. Last time I was looking for coconut flour. The price was through the roof and it had expired years ago. There were 2 elderly ladies at the cash who spent over $200. They had brought their own bags but ran out. They asked the manager if she had any bags and she offered them cardboard boxes. Seriously? Great management! Nothing healthy about this place except the owner's bank account.

Great selection of natural food items, beauty products, vitamins and homeopathic remedies. I especially like the variety in their bulk section. Prices are fair and items do go on sale. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

They have many choices for many things natural, nice and helpful staff. Might be a bit overpriced, not sure.
