Allô! Mon Coco

Went for brunch with friends last Saturday and absolutely loved the food and the service. As it was our first time, we asked our waitress what to order and she was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu (we had alot of questions). Shoutout to the staff and our waitress Maria T, can't wait to come back soon!

Niveau cuisine c'est pas exceptionnel. Nous avons reçu les assiettes pratiquement froide, on a dû renvoyé les assiettes à deux reprise et on a pas arrêté de se faire dévisager par toute la cuisine. Gros manque de professionnalisme! Merci beaucoup pour le mal être.

Une femme gérante d'un certain âge est très impolie et sa façon de parler aux clients est désagréable. C'est pas la 1ere fois et pas qu'avec moi. Je souhaiterais parler au propriétaire pour qu'il fasse des choses rapidement car c'est pas les agissements d'une personne qui va détérioré la réputation de ce restaurant.

Dined here recently and there was a manager that was extremely rude to not only my table but other tables next to me. The way she talks to customers and workers there is extremely unprofessional and classless. It's a shame I won't be coming back because of her poor customer service and attitude.

Nous avons êtes bien reçu/installes. Petit déjeuner très copieux, les fruits étaient très bon sucrés juteux, le jus d’orange top, les gaufres vraiment bien faite à mon goût par contre bourratif ceci n’es pas un scoop

The bfast was great, lots of options and the sizes are pretty big and filling. I am a tour guide, I went there with a group of 35 and everyone loved it. We're going back tomorrow and looking forward to it! Thanks to Paula the manager who was exceptional and very accommodating!

We didn't receive any condiments.and our food didn't arrive simultaneously, and had a significant delay. This resulted in some of our party sitting without food.

Surprisingly, some tables that arrived much later than us got their food before ours. (ordered the same dishes as us)

To add to the confusion, we had three different waitresses attending to us who didn't seem to communicate with each other.

When our order of beans arrived, mine was only half full.the melon slices they gave us were from the tip.meaning it was not possible to eat and barely had fruit in them.
The portions in general are also extremely small compared to other breakfast places.

This has been the most disappointing breakfast experience I've had in Montreal. I'm left puzzled as to why people choose to dine here.

Always love it here! All the branches I've been to almost maintain the same standard. Nice staff, friendly, helpful, amazing food, nice variety, and really nice atmosphere.

Il serait primordial d’aviser les serveuses de s’attacher les cheveux, sans parler des fenêtres dégueulasse a l’entrée et la poignée de porte gluante. Sérieusement les portes sont épouvantable/ Sans parler de la crêpe servi dans le spécial allô ….

Service was slow
Coffee 15 mins later, went to get my own milk.
Food was cold, asked for well done bacon and it came sort a raw
No jam or peanut butter

If you're deciding between pancakes and waffles.get the waffles.

The pancakes are doing it, takes blah.petinos has better pancakes.

Also the waitress messed up our orders, just a poor experience overall.

Cold coffee.poor service.service was not personalized. Floor is dirty and slippery that i almost slip.like greasy.they don't clean.disgusting.

Agréable pour un brunch entre ami. Il y avait une bonne ambiance dans la salle. Le menu était varié et bon. Je vous recommande le smoothie epinards, mangue et ananas il est tres bon et les benedictines aussi c’était très bon.

Service rapide mais nourriture trop cuite ou beaucoup trop sucrée!
Incapable de faire une crème anglaise c'est plutôt du cremage.vraiment pas bon le sucrée

We arrived at around 10am, it was fairly busy, however we were seated and served quite quickly. Everyone in our party of 4 enjoyed their meal. Overall a pleasant experience.

Food tasted nice. Ambiance was ok. Service was friendly. Very expensive, but overall good experience.

Friendly staff, on a 6am breakfast on Sunday. Portions never disappoint you here. Perfect mix between sweet and sour flavors. Nice cocktails too.

Today January 9th, 2023 around 8: 35 am my friend and I ordered the early bird breakfast. My potatoes were cold, the cheese I ordered extra didn't melt on the potatoes (what is the point of the cheese, then) the decaf coffee I ordered never arrived. When the waitress said it was on its way. The waitress inquired multiple times about her tip our way out, following us and talking aloud. She stated "if this is for me you can have it" because we accidentally left 25 cents. We were on hurry.she was aware that she took a long time to give back our change as well.

Well at this point we did not get what we ordered, the food was discussing, I would rather give the money as a tip then pay for the food. Service was bad but the waitress was friendly and nice but the food:/ really bad I actually advised the manager. I will not be going back to any allo mon cocos, ever again

The best allo mon coco because of service, tidiness and parking. Food quality is almost the same as the other branches

This was one of the worst breakfast meal experiences in a restaurant I have ever had. I had 2 eggs over easy that were practically indigestible. They were rubbery at best. Ham and sausage were a little better. Potatoes were like little bullets and bacon was massively undercooked. Cretons was okay, baked beans were not plentiful. The pancake was horrible and I wasn't provided with syrup or margarine/butter. The saving factor was fresh fruit and toast (although I was never supplied with jam, peanut butter, etc.)

I admit I showed up at shortly past noon on a Saturday and it was filled to overflowing. However my waitress Isabella was indifferent to the point of apathetic. It was a complete waste of my time and money. More than likely I will not return to this Allo Mon Coco or any other franchise in the chain. One of the worst ways I have ever spent my money.

Great place and service! I always go to this place, but it was my first time at this location. I was very pleased with the service. I went on a busy Sunday afternoon, so I expected poor service and long waiting times. My server, Paula, was fantastic and very friendly. She was so kind and helped us with our orders. She answered all our questions with ease and made the overall experience excellent. I did not wait long, and I was delighted. I will be coming back, and I hope to see Paula again!

Jai trouver l’endroit vraiment propre, les associés était accueillants et j’ai eu un très bon service. Les serveuses était d’une bonne humeur indéniable. Sans parler de la nourriture qui était au goût du jour! Incroyable expérience. A refaire dans les plus bref délais!

I went to this restaurant and liked the food.but then the server leaned over me and whispered '' would you like a side of death with that? ''

then she took my coco waffles and formed a pentagram on my table.

Whenever I am in Montreal I have to go to Allo Mon Coco for the Eggs Benedict the gourmet one with the Brie and mushrooms it is to die for so delicious and I love their potatoes and the fruit bowl they give with the breakfast is awesome! Delicious coffee too. You have to go you won’t be disappointed I always leave satisfied!

Ordered food with uber. Waited so long and the food arrived 1.5 hours later. Two drivers canceled the order after waiting 30 minutes each. Never ever ordering food from them. It’s disrespectful to make the customer wait for so long. Disappointed!

The food downgraded a lot. I used to come here to brunch often and its not the same anymore. I took the bucheron and the filet de porcs that came with it were disgusting. Extremely greasy and dry. I asked if I could have something else instead and the waiter brought me one small sausage. Also the service was slow. I highly suggest eating at l'oeufrier instead. You'll get your money worth there.

I am absolutely disgusted. I opened the container of cream I ordered on the side, and after scooping some out noticed a DEAD BUG in the container.
As an aside, the fruit was old, and the cream that came with my pancakes was melted and spilled all over everything.

I ordered special Charly to take out and got very disappointed. They just provide the eggs with the toast and fruits. The bacon and cheese and mashed potato were missed. I trusted them that didn't open the closed pack that they gave me but apparently I was wrong.

Great service and great food. I loved my breakfast here this morning. Service was personable and friendly which makes the difference. Loved every bite of my Copenhagen eggs Benedict. I’ll be back for sure. *Very LGBTQ+ friendly

We arrived today at 3: 35pm. The first hostess was about to seat us at the table (4: people including 2 kids) when an older one came (maybe the manager) and told us that they closed at 4. I asked if that was the time the kitchen closed and if we could eat our food, she replied that the kitchen closed a bit earlier than 4, that we could eat but that we couldn't stay "forever".
Then I said that we weren't staying and she replied that was my choice. MY CHOICE! Not really you should be a lot more welcoming!

Wanted to treat husband for father's day and the cutlery was all stained, the cups was stained. We sat outside where it was dirty on the floor. The tables are also stained. No water was offered. The waitresses kept messing up bringing stuff to our table asking if we ordered this before we even ordered. The food did not taste good and when asked to take off bill she said no which is fine. Everyone else got a happy father's day except us. I'm so sad I chose this place to eat of all days. He did not enjoy at all. Food literally made him sick. Only thing was good was the fruits and the smoothie. Usually they are good but we have not come in a long time. Will not be returning after this experience.

Ordered from UberEats and the food was honestly horrible.
The eggs tasted like oil and way over cooked and the potatoes were raw

The taste of the food was pretty good, but when we received the delivery, was cold and felt like made in advance, which it probably was. The worst is the delivery was actually very quick, so it couldn't possibly have cooled down during delivery had it been hot and fresh out of the restaurant.

If I could give them less than 1 Star I would.

Ordered a "Santé 2/Healthy Choose 2".

Now where to begin.
1) All the ingredients where package individually as if it was a "make it yourself" project.
2) The egg where supposed to be well done. They where hard boiled (barely) with no salt or any type of seasoning. Again in a seperate bowl.
3) I asked for extra tomato and avocados. The tomatoes where sliced with no seasoning in a different plastic bowl. The avocados weren't ripe and put in a different bowl.

***All this plastic is not HEALTHY for the environment. ***

4) The bowl of fruits were dry and almost frozen. In a different plastic bowl let's not forget.
5) I got a bagel. That was burned and hard.

Really disappointed. I payed $35.

Food is sacred. People that serve food should be honored to be able to feed others because without food, we are dead and nothing. The privilege to prepare for individuals is tremendous because you are literally giving life to people.

Please take this seriously.

Belles assiettes, très bien présentées. Comme je voulais mon omelette non-baveuse, ils m'ont demandé si elle était à mon souhait lorsqu'ils nous ont servis. Attention au détail qui donne le goût d'y retourner et de suggérer ce lieu à d'autre.

Very disappointed. I ordered through Uber Eats and about 25% of my order was missing. Also the portions were off, one of our dishes had way too much potatoes while the other one barely had any, which makes me doubt of the preparation process, the person who put my dish together clearly wasn't paying attention. I used to love this restaurant, i expected more from them.

Overpriced for the quality of food received. Tables too small for the plate size, horrible planning. Staff not very friendly or inviting. I will not be returning.

Was there earlier this week and got served by Katie. She was absolutely amazing! Great attitude, and we felt very appreciated. She had a big smile and kept coming to check on us. Came here on saturday morning with my family. We were served by the waitress Kaley. She was extremely funny and fast. We had a great time and it was only 10am.
