From the moment I walked into the agency, David was super friendly, approachable, and ready to help. He made the whole process feel so effortless, taking the time to explain all the options and answer my questions. It's rare to find someone who can make insurance feel fun, but David definitely pulled it off!
Overall, my experience at Allstate Assurance: Montreal Centre Agency was top-notch. I can't recommend David Fostokjian enough - if you're looking for an insurance advisor who knows his stuff and genuinely cares about his clients, he's your guy!

They are very expensive if compare to others.in other words they will rip you off. Must shop around before taking auto policy with them.

They were unable to send me the updated renewal policy by mail before my renewal date. I got the renewal policy, one week after the renewal date. I don't like it and want to cancel it, now they are asking me that I have to pay the penalty of 300$. Waoooooooooooooo.

I've been having car and home insurance over the past four years with Allstate, and I never had any claims or accidents since then. However, they tend to increase the premium cost dramatically every year.

This year they want to increase the car insurance policy by 60%, and when I complained about this huge increase they offered only a 2% discount!
What a shame!

Oftentimes unreachable by phone. During holidays season the business hours are different than stated online. Employee promised callback from broker, did not get a call back. Claims are set "at fault" without consideration for the supporting evidence and details you provide. Strictly required things are done fairly and pricing is competitive, you get what you expect.

I just bought a new car and I did my insurance with Peter Asswad and he was amazing to talk with. He took the time to explain and listen, and did everything I asked. Never met an agent like him, he's one of the best> Amazing experience! Recommend it!

Pour une première fois, mauvaise service à la clientèle, manque de communication, vraiment déçu, j'attends patiemment la fin de mon assurance et plus de renouvellement c'est sûr.

Worst service ever. We had a minor car accident. The car was towed to a garage. The insurance expert didn’t show up. The car repair shop cannot start the work. It’s Been over a week. We feel hostage as we have no car. Nobody responds to our calls, emails or message. Don’t use this insurance

After being a client for almost a decade I am quite disappointed with the level of customer service I have received in the past two weeks. Not only was I not advised correctly when changing from a condo policy to a rental one, I then wasn't even offered a credit for over paying while not even living in the rented property. To make things worse, they sent all my renewal papers to the condo which I did not reside anymore and then canceled my policy completely. After speaking with Darlene, she told me if I paid the amount in full, she would speak to head office and get me the right amount credited for a rental property. Two days later, calls me back just to tell me she can't do anything and thats the amount I have to pay for the year. Why would I pay the full condo insurance when I am not even living there? Is there a reason why after 10 years of being a good client with no claims that I can't have the insurance that I need? Why should I stay with AllState? ! *update* Fouad handled the situation professionally.

Poor service, Please avoid this allstate, avoid Specially the guy named Josè.

Been with them for over 12 yrs.never had a claim. 2 cars and 2 house's. Every year they increase the Premiums well above inflation. Customer service is not a strong point with them.
