Horrible experience. Fridge bought Oct 30/23 only rcvd Jan 13/24. Stopped working Jan 14! No support from store. I finally reached manufacturer who said it needed new board. Owner called me 2 wks later once company agreed to return it. He wouldn’t pick it up until Jan 31. Rcvd cheque but still had to pay delivery charges of his own store after all I had been thru. That says it all! Quite the nightmare!

We have bought a few appliances from here from both Barry and Erik and the service and knowledge is always top notch. We have never been pushed into buying something more than we need. Always such great advice and friendly service, they really know their stuff. Everyone whom we have recommended to come here has been happy as well. They do only carry certain brands though, but if you want great brands like Bosch or Miele, this is the place to go.

Great purchase experience from start to finish. Barry guided us on our selection of fridge, cooktop, oven, dishwasher and hood. After 2 months of using them, we are thrilled with our choices. Had a small issue with the oven and Barry handled the problem swiftly and efficiently.

When our fridge gave up the ghost, Barry helped us pick out a new one based on the kitchen layout constraints we had. The whole process took less than 24 hours from visiting the showroom on Thursday afternoon to hauling off the old appliances and installing the new fridge and range on Friday morning. Everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend for all your appliance needs. Thanks to Barry and the team at Almar.
